Brought my machine in for service and got it back the same day, runs great and looked like new

Had me drive all the way from New Haven to old Saybrook told me that there was a Dyson factory rep on site to look at my vacuum free of charge and determine if it was worth fixing. When I arrived there was no factory rep only a salesman that turn the vacuum on said yeah the motor is shot cost more to fix it then it’s worth and then tried to pressure me into buying a new vacuum. Absolutely sleazy salesman and tactics.

Poor customer service. Didn’t want to hear about my needs...just wanted to sell me an Electrolux vacuum for a ridiculous price.
