You wont go wrong dealing with Eriksson industries.. customer service is Awesome.

I was searching for a specialty BMW part which has been near impossible to find on the web. I contacted ZF Industries (a quality BMW OEM manufacturer) directly, knowing they manufactured the part and they referred me to their authorized dealer Eriksson Industries. Once I contacted Eriksson, everything became much, much easier. In a matter of minutes, they located the part for me. Im writing this review not only because of what they did to help me with this part, but in speaking with them, I realized theyre a tremendous resource for BMW repair. They can source quality parts but they also provide expertise. This was a great find for me and I highly recommend them; they do very good business.

I’ve never left a review for anything before so I hope that gives this review more merit. I ordered all of my transmission parts for a zf 5hp19 rebuild project I took on for an older Passat tdi. I’m a mechanic but not well versed in transmissions by any means. Nat was as helpful as it gets in this industry and answered any and all of my questions. They never once questioned my ability to do the job but I couldn’t have gotten through this project without these guys. I will happily deal with these guys for all of my transmission needs, they’re just honest and great to work with.

The whole crew at Eriksson are awsome. Nat is a boss when it comes to ZF knowledge. I recommend their rebuilds over factory remanufactured BMW transmissions. Great service, fast turn around, and reliability.

All I can say is Awesome! Nat is truly amazing and knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would. My TCIM pins from my Bmw 745li valve body were bent and he straighten every one out like new. I would recommend anyone to him and his staff. A big thanks again Nat I really appreciate your help.
