Do Not Shop here! Why would you when there are so many online mattress choices for a fraction of the price. Look at Wink, Brooklyn Bedding, Brentwood Home, Saatva, Dream Cloud. Most of these offer lifetime warranties and free painless alternatives to swap out a bed you dont like. There is a reason brick and mortar stores are dying off.

My spouse ordered a mattress in store. When the due date came he received no call. He called next day and the employee said it had not arrived. He asked for the manager. He asked the manager where the order was. He said it is here. Excuses were made. My spouse immediately went to pick it up. He went in the store and there were two employees typing into their cell phones. They briefly looked up and went back to typing. No greeting. No offer of assistance. So unprofessional. He won’t be going back for any reason ever again.
