John S was a very professional, diligent problem solver.He wouldn’t give up until my issues was resolved! Made several calls and spent time online to continue finding ways to resolve. Might I add, as the only Employee working, he did the job of 3 employees!! Continued to greet customers as they entered, polite, respectful and was amazing at multi tasking !! He’s deserves recognition, commendation and an increase in his pay!
I have insurance on my only a year old phone that entitles me to free screen protector replacement. I made 5 trips to this store to try and get a simple screen protector. I was finally told that I needed to corporate which I did and they told me no the store must handle it. I go back to the store, wait 45 minutes to get helped, and get told sorry but they dont have time to help me and they dont know how to order product and cant be bothered to figure it out. I called corporate back who basically told me themselves that this store is not good and they tried calling there to resolve the issue and couldnt so they finally had the store in the Crystal mall help me which is who I usually use and they are fantastic! Dont waste your time going to the store were they cant even figure out how to order product.
John, at the Old Saybrook store is so competent, patient, multi tasking, friendly and helpful! He deserves an Award!!!
Darlene and Denise were both amazing!! They helped me with everything and they were very friendly. This store is taking wonderful safety precautions as well. Everyone was wearing a mask and they even offered hand sanitizer and cold bottled water on a hot summer day. I would recommend this store to everyone so they too can share this experience.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went to port two numbers from Verizon on to a corporate plan, staff assisted every step of the way and took care of and researched everything. Glad to be a new customer and would recommend.

The Saybrook store is a great experience they have a great staff.The service is kinda spotty and Cuts out while driving and No service in killingsworth, Deepriver,and in North Madison. They tell meIt will improve in apx one year, hope so.Al
Tmobile old saybrook was the worst place I have ever been.... ever! unless u want to spend a minimum of 3-5 hours there go somewhere else. Angel and Jason were incompetent to say the least. After spending 10 hours in this store I went to another tmobile and the other T-Mobile was able to help me in 5 minutes. Im not sure how angel became a manager... but corporate needs to do some serious training. It was torture going here.
