I GUESS CUSTOMERS COME LAST AND PROMOTERS COME FIRST AT OLD TOWN!!! 😔😔 The boats are very good. But the service is terrible to me. I order a predator pdl kayak last year in June 2020 in flash light color. So I went on vacation in September the kayak company that I ordered it through told me it came in, but it was not the predator series and not the color I picked. Instead it was the big water pdl series which is almost the same and that was OK, but they not call me and let me pick the color which I spend my own money. They gave me the blue color and I did not want. They just come out with the marsh color which I wanted and I asked to trade for that color and they told me it will be ready not until June of 2021 😔. Which I agree to, but it is June and they told no earlier than September now. I would not get mad but when Promoters get the same color months ago and sometimes they get them get for free and I spend my own money.

Great people here! Staff is friendly, loading is fast- I parked next to the gate overnight, there are residentials across the street so dont idle if you dont need to :)
