A great company and even better customer service. I used to always receive calls from Matthew whenever I put in the wrong address on my order of B&M baked beans. His sweet, low, calming voice was always what I needed to get me through the day. He sorted out my address problems and would always so no problem maam, and even though Im a man I would let Matthew call me maam because I didnt want to break his sweet, sweet heart. Sometimes I would call just to talk to Matthew and tell him about my family that lives in Wyoming now, but grew up in Maine, so they really enjoy B&M baked beans.

Terrible, terrible.. I ordered a box in November to be shipped on the 19th to Florida! It has not arrived and this is the 21st. Upset cannot describe this situation. Now they are closed until Jan. 3rd I cannot reach anyone, how nice.well I actually heard back it seems the package is waiting to be delivered. This has been very stressful, hopefully it will be delivered by Tuesday.
