False advertising! I grabbed a pair of jeans in the 60 % rack, then when I go pay the lady tells me, you get a discount but not 60%. What kind of mess is that? I asked why they put something in the discount rack if its not so? She said, its in the small print. I couldnt read the small print as the sign is hanging. Lost all respect for that store/brand.

I have been struggling for years to find jeans that don’t end up being high waters after the first wash since I’m tall. Many people told me to go to American eagle so I finally went and Sarah was THE biggest help to me. So thankful for that woman lol

I had a wonderful trip to AEO. I recently moved to Olympia and wanted to double check with one of the store employees about where the Clearance section was located. (Each store layout is a bit different.) The employee that helped me (Alexa) was very helpful and when I found a soft cardigan to buy from the clearance section I went back to her to checkout. Needless to say, the employees at this store were helpful and kind.

Granddaughter bought 4 items that were on sale. Love their style. Daughter loves there style and usually buy stuff on sale. We always get her a gift card from there.

Amazing prices

This is a good store for teen and young adult girls and boys. The clothing is comfortable, trendy, and there is a large selection. The only thing I dont like is the high prices, though the items are good quality.

Finally spring selection and a hint of Summer. Good Displays. Helpful and friendly staff

I love American Eagle. The customer service is typical to say the least, it isnt the best, but the clothing there is well worth it. In fact, my boyfriend/life-mate will only buy jeans there and no place else.Having grown up in WA on the suburban side of a rich town, I always wanted to dress like a girl from NYC or upper class Seattle (even though I wasnt rich, just lucky enough to live near the rich kids). Then I left to Wyoming for college, four years there make me learn to love American Eagle. I started relaxing in jeans, tee shirts, and plaid undone button downs shirts, instead of Betsy Johnson jeans and posh shirts.Now, I cant imagine not having American Eagle clothing, they make some of the best jeans, and they always have clothing that I can get on board with.

Lack of help on October 5th, rude customer service. Felt like we where an inconvenience to the store. Ask for a size in pants and the gal told me she couldn’t find them. Went out and then found the size I asked for. Very stuck up bunch working this evening!!!!

They have terrible service and I was buying $60 jeans that were supposed to be 25% off and they were trying to make me pay $57 and I didn’t have enough so they wouldn’t let me buy them.

This is one of my favorite stores, however I wear a DDD and unfortunately they dont carry bras that size. That is my only complaint!

Misleading advertising. Items on clearance not subject to clearance discounts. Staff far too greeting happy. All in all not worth your time or money.

I appreciate that they hire special needs young people 🤭😉But the prices for JC Pennies style is a rip off.
