Finally a place with gluten free goodies that is one of the best, if not the best bakery in the area. Each pastry has so much flavor and a nice light texture that doesnt weigh you down. I am allergic to eggs, gluten and wheat. I was able to find one of, if not the best double chocolate muffin Ive ever eaten. All of their scones are fruit filled (blueberry in the picture) and are also full of flavor. I highly recommend this bakery. The only thing I wish is if there were more vegan options readily available and more hours of operation for this business. Even with the limited hours and limited vegan on hand choices (he is able to make anything vegan with a custom order), they are worth the wait. Seriously, eat here.Update: the owner had more vegan options. I was able to try the vegan chocolate raspberry scone. It was literally the best scone I have ever had. I still highly recommend eating here. Whats good you ask? Everything on the menu. I cant wait to see what other goodies come next!

This is one of the few places to get gluten free food. It was my first time going, tried the Thai soup, bourbon bacon cornbread muffin along with two scones, a strawberry poppyseed and a peach one. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! 🤗 I will definitely be going back soon!4/24/2021 UPDATE: Thanks to my WONDERFUL HUBBY who stops by to pick up some treats for me every weekend, Ive now tried the french onion soup and bacon split pea soup.They are both ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! They are extremely flavorful!!!Im always trying to scrape every drop out of the container. So far everything [scones, muffins and soup] has been great! Highly recommend!!!

We tried a cheese scone and Marion blackberry scone and I am thoroughly impressed. The Marion blackberry scone was incredibly light and fluffy. Both were absolutely delicious and I will definitely recommend. I can’t believe they’re gluten free, absolutely incredible. The owner was very friendly and very kind. I will be back!

Yummy scones. All of them! The vegan chocolate muffin and vegan scones are delicious for those of us that can’t tolerate dairy! All items are good anytime and also for guests when you want something a little special. The soups are good too! The spit pea was dairy free too!

Just WOW! Sweet or savory - delicious all around. I tried the Hawaiian scone, and the blackberry (my favorite!) as well as the bacon cheddar green onion… all around YUM. I will definitely be back!

The Broccoli Cheddar soup is life giving. Add in the bacon, cheddar and onion scones or the Bourbon Bacon Jam Cornbread muffin and you just cant go wrong. My partner isnt gluten free, and he says you cant notice a difference in the food. 100% recommend, 100% delicious.

The best scones Ive ever eaten, hands down, and everybody at my gathering that ate one loved theirs. The first bite immediately reminded me of how subpar most scones are. A good scone shouldnt be dry like the Sahara desert, and these are crumbly on the outside, with a nice dense and buttery inside. In addition, this unassuming little bakery has utterly delicious sweet AND savory scones, with adventurous yet familiar and loved flavor combinations. Olympia baking company is owned and operated by a really nice guy, and you can sense the love he puts into baking. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a scrumptious bite or four. Even scone skeptics will rethink their view of the pastry, and supporting our neighbors small businesses is the heart of a healthy happy community and a beneficial act for all.

This place is amazing. Now I am not usually a person who likes scones but omg, these are just so delicious and unique. Its pretty hard to find Gluten-Free baked goods that actually taste good, that are not expensive, that are not small in portions, and that you can actually trust its truly Gluten-Free. The owner is an excellent baker and an excellent chef. This is a true dedicated Gluten-Free place. The prices are great, the portions are huge, and the taste is unbelievably wonderful. You can pre-order too to make sure you get the scone you want.

Go for the fruit scones, return for the cornbread! We discovered this wonderful place not long into the recent pandemic. Talk about a spirit lifter! The scones, muffins, and cornbread are out of this world. We love to support local businesses and this one keeps our tummies VERY happy! My aunt knows how much I love this place, and for my birthday this week, picked up a dozen (fresh out of the oven) marionberry scones. They were so warm the frosting on top melted - but they were AMAZING)! Oh, and those bacon, bourbon cornbread muffins -- a HUGE hit with the fam! Call ahead, place your order and pay for it and pick it up at the walk up window -- super easy.

There are some places in town that offer a few gf and vegan baked goods, but for those with celiac disease, theres always concern about cross-contamination. No need to worry at Olympia Baking Company, because EVERYTHING is gluten free (gf)!!!!! Some items are also vegan! They amazingly fill a much needed gap in the capitol city. Delicious savory and sweet scones and muffins are offered here, along with coffee and homemade soups. I know, I know....youre thinking, do they really taste good? Yep, they sure do! And theyre light and fluffy, not hard hockey pucks. In the kitchen is a trained chef - and hes also the owner. He has great personality and and a huge desire to meet your culinary tastes. He takes pre-orders and fills walk-up orders. I absolutey recommend OBC!!!

Beyond my highest expectations. Savory cornbread muffin with bacon and onions followed by a killer Marionberry muffin with a streusel topping, Gluten free just doesn’t get any better than this. Buttery, rich and sweet—no corners cut. And to top it off, reasonable prices and a very friendly owner.

The Olympia Baking Company is a much needed addition the Olympia food scene. The bakery is completely gluten free, and has a large selection of vegan options as well! My wife and I tried a cheddar-chive scone, as well as a lemon cupcake and a raspberry-coconut cupcake. Every bite was delicious and packed full of flavor, and the cupcakes were perfectly moist.Willis Maxfield, who was a chef at Gardners Seafood & Pasta, is the new proprietor. Chef Willis made the experience even better with his friendly and welcoming demeanor, and his obvious passion for providing delicious gluten-free food to his patrons. He said that starting next week he would expand the menu to include homemade soups, and mentioned that pumpkin curry coconut soup would be one of the first options available.The food at Baking Company is amazing and the fact that it is all gluten-free, makes it even better!

Wonderful place, deco is nice, drinks were awesome as well as the paninis and quiche.The desserts were excellent. The staff were all warm and welcoming there are puzzles, games and a small table for kids as well. It was a great family hangout spot for time we were at the mall.The food there is all fresh made not in some factory like Starbucks. We will be coming here again.

I was FINALLY able to visit a few weekends ago and Miss Moffet, again, did not disappoint! Not only is the staff amazingly kind and helpful but the food was delicious! I have been Gluten free for years and its always a challenge to find something that I can eat. Having an ENTIRE SELECTION I can choose from makes me insanely happy. We will be back, and often!

Though small, the place has a cozy atmosphere with a few tables and chairs and a couple of love seats, and they play Big Band era music in the background - great!The staff is very friendly, and they even have a few things set out for children.If youre walking the mall and just need to get off your feet for a spell, try this place!
