Changing my one star review to 5. Had previously had numerous issues with an employee refusing to serve ice cream, saying I dont do that. Come back when someone else is working. Management took care of the issue. I was impressed with the way they handled the situation. Back to being my favorite neighborhood store!
In order to carry lottery tickets as per Washington State law… You must be able to cash in $600. I dont expect convenience stores to have $600. But when is a very busy gas station you would think they could do $200. I stood in line and watched the cashier take in more than $200. When it was my turn he said no money. For he has a very deep accent. Not that that matters. I was going to spend it in there lottery machine. I dont get it. You have no problem collecting the lottery money but God you pay some back
Rude grumpy employees, need to be trained on their customer service skills. Get a better job if you’re so miserable.
The staff has a bad habit of not honoring the price thats marked. & when you tell them that the price is wrong they pretend to go look at it & try to say its another product & that you must be mistaken. & even when you physically walk over with them & point to said product, you have 50/50 chance of them saying were wrong, sry or a flat out I dont know how to work the register, tough luck... Talk about incompetence.
They were fast about getting my propane filled! Highly recommend.
Staff was horribly rude to my husband when he came in to by some oil for my car, but because they didnt have the right kind my husband walked out. Then the cashier behind the counter proceeds to accuse my husband of stealing something. If you would have been a decent cashier you would of just asked, did we not have what you were looking for? I think someone should teach you what good costumer service is.
They filled my propane tank when the chevron at the bottom of the hill, would not. And the guy was on his lunch break. Great service and nice ppl
Whats with card fees? No one cares cash and checks are unreliable payment. Get with the times.
The worst customer service! Their pump would not pump gas and we lost all our safeway points. When we asked them to honor the points because we never used them, the rude and obnoxious cashier (she refused to give her name and had no name tag) told me that was my problem and to take it up with safeway as it would come out of her pocket. Seriously? She further stated the problem was mine not hers and there was nothing wrong with the pump. As soon as she saw we were leaving, she ran outside to block the pump. If there was nothing wrong with the pump why did she block it? Thanks chevron for your awesome customer service and hiring the best! I will make sure to tell everyone of my experience, cut up my credit card and use anyone but Texaco and Chevron!
Nice and convenient but the prices are only fair.
