Safeway is running stores they bought into the ground. The prices are astronomically... and selection is very poor compared to when it was Pre Safeway owned... Ill never go here for regular grocery shopping again... Fred Meyer/ Kroger is better owned with better variety and prices.

Bought my favorite, deli fried chicken. The drumsticks are the tastiest and perfectly salted. Great deal on the 2 liter pop 4 for $5.00.

Based on my experience here, I went to the bakery section and waited for approximately 20-30 mins without being helped. There were no employees. Other non-bakery employees saw me and before I could ask for assistance, they would just keep walking away. The store itself seemed well organized and clean. 5 stars for Albertsons, 1 star for the poor (or lack thereof) customer service. So rated this place 3 stars overall.

Limited items; cant remember off the top of my head but I know Ill notice when that time comes! Given my past reputation at similar stores in our state, I notice their eyes on me. They have the advantage to continue to make a profit off of me solely based on their location. Great place though, regardless! Last I checked the ATM was down and it seems that there are mostly females on shift for the hours I shop. Also, the pharmacy did not host COVID-19 Testing for the current pandemic so they most likely do not administer anything as well.💯😷🙏✝️🗺️🧩🌬️😁✨👍🔙

This Albertsons is not only the fave of mine cuz it is walking distance from my house but also the most friendly staff, courteous and helpful. Keep it going people 😋

I usually go grocery shopping after work (between 9-10pm) because there aren’t as many people, it’s more convenient for me & I don’t have to bring my baby & toddler. But, the last 4/5 times I’ve gone, it’s been disappointing. They only have the self checkouts open, so I’ve had to scan & bag a whole bunch of groceries on my own. Having to do that after serving people (at a restaurant) for 5 hours straight is not something I want to do. Last night I asked the person at self checkout if there was a register open because I had a cart full & she rolled her eyes & sighed under her mask. She scanned everything quickly & grudgingly, hollered over to the self checkout & flung my receipt at me. Why is there only one person working the front on the weekend? Also, there’s a cashier who has messed up so bad on 2 of my shopping trips that I’ve had to go back to customer service the following days for them to fix her mistakes, because I didn’t notice until I got home. Now whenever she checks me out I have to double check everything to make sure she doesn’t screw me over again. Maybe have enough people working & people who know what they’re doing. I’m just going to go somewhere else to do my shopping from now on.

This “used to be” a nice store to shop at, however it is losing much of its appeal. Shoplifting is out of control. Shoplifters just walk off with groceries and the employees are unable to slow them down. I know they can’t do anything about the homeless problem and it is not just homeless people stealing, but it is a negative to my shopping experience. It is amazing how many dogs are in the store, even though a sign is clearly posted at the front door that only service dogs are allowed. It is gross to put my food in a cart that someone had their dog sitting in. The chicken in the Deli is usually good, but the Deli is disgusting. The rest of the food looks dried out and if you go by later in the night, it is still just sitting there, long after they have closed. Makes me wonder if they put out fresh food at all. The rest of the store is not too bad, but those elements have a significant impact on my shopping experience.

USE DELI AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Extremely rude, & purposely slow because I did not call in an order for hot food..? Never in all my years of shopping at any Albertsons establishment in the entire state, including Tumwater which I live by & frequent, have I heard that. If that is a new policy, I get it, but maybe be more kind in conveying that. Were all hard working folks just trying to make it through our days.

My boss bought the whole staff lunch all week & today we decided deli lunch from Albertsons. The lady was outrageous! Had an attitude because I did not call first for Chicken & Jojos. I dont think I ever called the grocery store for deli food? Also I imagine if working the deli is what youre paid to do, it is your responsibility to have food prepared during the day, especially during lunch hour, & not wait for the customers phoned in request.... Overall weird experience, she made me super uncomfortable, & on top of low-tier service, wasted a good portion of my lunch break reluctantly doing her job.

I needed quarters for one of the few operational businesses in that same complex as the machined werent working right with my debit. When I went to customer service counter, the two upper management employees seemed annoyed with my interruption of their chat, told me they couldnt dispense me any quarters and to try a random bank for which they gave me no real direction or suggestive info as to where to find one. Being new to this state. I found this store to be of little help to the businesses around it and to myself.

Pharmacy techs went out of way to help me get Rx filled and billed correctly. Much appreciated! Fast in and out service, almost zero waits in lines.

Great selection, clean, very little wait in lines

Higher prices than some other very comparable stores so that is a minus for me. One plus is they offer N/A wine and champagne here which can be hard to find other places. They also have some unique food and grocery items that make this a once and awhile stop for me. Very clean.

My neighborhood Albertsons is the best local grocery store I have found bar none.

Quick n easy check out

I dont normally shop at Albertsons but I get my vehicle tabs there. So thats good.Only giving three stars just because I dont really know about the rest of the store. Its a pretty good size though.

The absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We dont get prescriptions often (3-4 times a year for the whole family). The last 3 we have gotten have taken over two hours. When we left our doctors at 2:20pm today we had to ask our nurse to call the script in ASAP since our pharmacy is so slow. I then called the pharmacy 20 minutes later to confirm they had actually gotten the prescription.. My family ran errands and got a bite to eat and I walked up to the counter at 4:40pm and they then said Oh, thats just come through and it would be another 45 mins. A total of almost three hours for ONE prescription! We just went home. When I called and asked if they could transfer to different pharmacy, Craig told me he couldnt do that I needed to call because of the 100s of prescriptions he had to fill, I wasnt the only one. We will never go back here. They are absolutely do not care about their customers and are completely inefficient. If people hate their jobs that much maybe they should find a new line of work.

Nice store. Always clean and well stocked

The manager that works the front registers, has been working at this store since I was a little kid. Back then they had penny machines at the front, where you could get fist fulls of candied runts for pocket change. Many things have changed over the years, including the stores name. One thing that has not changed, is the quality. One of the better places this side of town for produce, and the shelves are always neat and orderly.

Staff is always positive and helpful prices arent the best but its always open so customers can usually get what they need. Plus they care for theyre customers enough to get the hecklers and people that could cause problems off the premises.

They have the alcohol locked up and you have to get a register person to open it so you can get your product. Helpful employees if you can find one.

This is the closest market to my home. The prices are not the best, but not too crazy. The staff is very friendly, and helpful.

I enjoy this supermarket. Something about it makes me very comfortable there. Maybe its the layout and how Ive never been there where it was really busy.

Nice people here except in the vehicle licensing department. Those people could have a little empathy for those of us who voted for I-976 i.e. everybody who are still getting ripped off for tabs based on an escalated metric of our cars value.

Legitimately forget about Albertsons sometimes but since this pandemic began and Ive been ordering groceries for delivery Ive noticed they have better sales than freddies and things that are consistently out of stock there are stocked up at Albertson so theyve become my go to this year!

The lady working this evening in the self checkout was awesome before I got to the counter she got me a cashier to open up a lane since I had a full cart. The cashier Younger gentleman was on it right away extremely positive upbeat and efficient. The crew working tonight is on point.

Clean. That is the first item about this store having visited after 9pm. Meaning an effort was made till end of day to keep store looking clean and shelves tidied in every aisle. While a handful of customers disregarded the wearing of mask no notable effort was made to encourage the wearing. Regardless, the service at checkout was accommodating and helpful given only self-check was open.

Good location and merchandise. Prices are a little on the high side. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall a good place to stop for somethings.

Great selection of local products like Salsa de Rosa.There are some hidden gems here and the store is looking very nice. This store has improved alot lately.

The store is stocked pretty well. The produce is fine, but if you dont have much time to waste I would not go here the staff are not very friendly, or helpful, and typically only 2 lines are ever open. Takes forever to checkout.

Most of the employees are great.....but Ive had a few horrible incidents with the manager......about stupid stuff.....like them not wanting to give spoons out for free....even if I did buy hot food at the deli minutes prior. He even had the nerve to call me a vagrent and then threw me out the store!

Its always been a great place to shop. People that work there are really nice and helpful.

Close, convenient, quick and clean. Always stocked with great produce and fresh meats. Some of the prices are a tad high but the quality is spot on. Most of the employees have been there for years which lets me know they are a good company as well.

I like Albertsons, but like safeway I cant get what I need there.

Love being able to renew my car tabs and pick up a few groceries at the same place.

This Albertsons location is small and usually not terribly crowded, but it does get busy around dinner time, especially on weekends. There is also an auto licensing office, a pharmacy, and a Starbucks coffee stand inside the store.

Very close to my house, and very easy to browse through and the people there are really helpful

I had accidentally dropped two 10$ bills while checking my groceries out at the self checkout and hadn’t realized I had lost the money until I got home . I called the store to see if anyone by chance had found it and yes someone had it was an employee Todd had found it and was honest by putting it inside the register and not keeping it for himself. So I returned back to the store and he gave me money ❤️ So thankful for honest good people! Thank you Albertsons for hiring great employees.

Always great service in Albertsons. I picked up medication at the pharmacy today I received outstanding service as usual. I used the new self service registers for the first time and there were no issues. Overall it was a great shopping experience!
