Cant say enough about this company. Ive only purchased a few replacement parts over the years (heaters, pumps, filters), but those purchases all came from one on one interaction with the tech support team. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. As my spa ages, Im sure Ill be purchasing more. Thanks to Ryan and the others in Technical Care.

I ordered a new spa pack on behalf of a neighbor and did the install myself. It took three calls to support to get the new system working, partly due to a setting that needed to be changed and mostly due to faulty wiring from the prior hot tub system. The calls were answered promptly and the technicians were knowledgeable and polite and were dedicated to getting things working. Ryan in particular went above and beyond. I had ordered from spa depot before and recalled that it was a good experience. I recommend them. My only minor criticism with the manufacturer is that I think the new system should come with extra fuses. I live in a rural area and had to wait several days for replacement fuses to be delivered. Our semilocal hardware stores dont have them.
This is probably the worst company that I have worked with, I purchased a control board for my spa back in December of 2020 and has still not received it. I have had multiple chats with support agents with the same results, sorry its a factory delay and we dont know when we will get your part or you dont understand the supply chain.Will never shop here again!
I ordered a replacement hot tub cover from Spadepot.com. The cover was originally sent in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they did verify the color was wrong and started making a new cover for me.The problem came with the disposal of the incorrect cover - they told me I could give it away or find some way to dispose of it. It is a custom cover so I was unable to get rid of it. I contacted spadepot.com and said I had a quote for removal and would like a refund in the amount to cover the disposal of the incorrect cover - the response I was given was we are not liable for disposal of the incorrect cover. They stopped halfway in their effort in rectifying the problem - terrible customer service.*Update - I was contacted by customer service again and they apologized for the handling of the incorrect cover and offered to pay for its removal. Much appreciated.*
Fantastic customer service. For the past 5 years, I have used a different online spa retailer, exclusively. When my 20-year-old pump finally died, I reached out to my old retailer for help finding a replacement. My old retailer sent me the wrong pump, and when I called for assistance, made me feel like I was bothering them. I ended up having to return the pump, at my own shipping costs. The old retailer told me they didnt make a replacement pump for my hot tub.Thats when I found Spa Depot. I first chatted with them online, and they provided excellent feedback via their online chat. I then had a follow-up question, so I decided to call them. John walked me through some specific pump information and had me email them pics to ensure I received the correct pump. Ryan followed up with me via the email and even took the time to double-check the pump and make sure it would work.I even took this pump to a local hot tub retailer/service center, and they werent able to find anything compatible either! I ordered today from Spa Depot, and I cant wait for my new pump to arrive! Oh, and not to mention, the pump from Spa Depot was $70 cheaper than the first one I purchased!!

Absolutely terrible service. I got the Belize 3 person hot tub and was having trouble getting the hot tub to run. When I finally got it running smoke started billowing out. Every time I called to try and get someone to come help I got a complete run-around and never received any assistance. I have called multiple times and when I was told I would be called back I never got return calls, even though I’ve called and been told this multiple times. Overall an awful experience. I would have a difficult time recommending this company to anyone.
Never had any problems ordering from Spa Depot. They always seem to have the parts and chemicals I need to keep my hot tub running perfectly. The shipping is quick; if they say order by a certain time for same-day shipping, they mean it!

Drove 30 to get a spa filter because google says they are open til 5, just to find a note on the door saying they are not open. This needs updated.
Friendly staff, didnt buy their top line hot tub that I looked at because the stairs inside the tub are on the same side as the side you cant put up against a deck. Wouldnt work for our needs unfortunately and they offer no option for helping place the tub in the yard, only curbside drop. I think Ill go there to get my chemicals when we get a tub though.
Dustin, Dustin, Dustin... I have been a customer of theirs for several years. The last purchase I made (Feb. 2019) was for a heating element and cables for my spa (totaling around $50). I ended up receiving an entire skidpad unit ($500) along with my heating element and they charged me for it. When calling to clear up their mistake, they refused to admit they messed up and were EXTREMELY rude to me. They charged me the shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee! What a joke. I have since disputed the charge and am in the process of getting my money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never use them again, and I suggest you guys do the same. What happened to good customer service?
Ordered a cover...Cons:- I believe we measured pretty accurately and thoroughly read and followed all the instructions, yet somehow the cover came out too big.- We were asked what our strap configuration was, but the cover came with the wrong configuration- The stitching is white which doesnt look as nice in my opinion on a brown cover- The fabric is thinner and feels cheaper than what I had previouslyPros:- Price is reasonable- Was delivered as scheduled- It covers my spa

I have had my spa now for 3 months...works perfectly...The support staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I previously had a well known name spa for 8 years and we like this one better...I have since ordered supplies from them and always had good and friendly service..

We drove up from Portland to see a few of their spas in person before buying. Staff knew we were coming and were very attentive for a long period of time while we asked many, Many, MANY questions. They had 4-5 spas there in person. It wasnt so much a show room as they had extra space in their office so they placed them in there as a bonus and it sort of served as that. They also sold some accessories and a lot of the spa perfume liquids. I dont recommend those by the way, scent types I normally love (vanilla, lavender) smell awful. One star lost because we bought the most popular spa they sell and it only came in two outer color choice and neither one of them were great. The jets are weaker than other spas Ive set in and the build quality is less than expected. That being said they are HALF THE PRICE of all others we looked at in the region and it made having a spa possible for my family. THEY DO NOT INSTALL and do CURB SIDE DROP OFF. The driver did not accept a bribe to pull the sucker up into our yard. (Not that, that is fair for being part of the reason for a star lost) Would recommend but in the future will probably save up more money first and buy something Im more confident in lasting many years.

I needed a new Spa Control pack for my hot tub spa dept was the cheapest by far! I ordered Monday it arrived Friday I installed it and now my hot tub is like brand new. thanks
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a new motor/wet end for my spa and paid $300. A week later when the motor arrived, the box was wet and damaged. So we refused shipment. The delivery driver told us it would be returned and we would receive a new shipment. After 10 days, I called to check and was told a replacement would be shipped today. Ten minutes later I get an email notifying me of a credit to my credit card MINUS $27 for shipping! So I called back. The woman I spoke to at that time told me, well, there is no record that you called this morning. So, accordingly to her, I dreamed the whole conversation! After 15 minutes of being on hold she agreed to credit my card for the $27 shipping charge. Im sure Ill have to contact my credit card company. You would think they would apologize for the misunderstanding and offer to send me a new motor right away. But apparently, business is good and they dont need mine.

Just opened a credit card dispute over my purchase. 2.5 months and the spa is still not here. They handed me off to their shipping company almost 3 weeks ago and that company keeps blowing me off and simply wont deliver the hot tub.

Ordered a brand new Motor and pump.Hooked it up. Low and High worked perfectly ran perfectly for 2 hrs then overheated and seized. All wiring is correct!They claim I wired wrong and will not send me a new pump. Not to mention they could of burned down my spa and home.Total waste of money. $239.00 for garbage that broke in 2 hrs.

Delivered wrong product and refused to take back/replace. Multiple Emails with Spa Cover Department Manager Garth with offer of $50 off another cover and suggestion to sell the incorrectly provided one on Craigslist. 5 years previously bought an above ground spa which works well...thus the stars.

I bought the Easy Pak Model EP2202A 18 months ago. This is their 120 volt system and I installed it myself. The installation was easy and when I had a question on the wiring I called their tech and he gave me immediate and helpful guidance. All in all, the EasyPak system has worked beautifully! I have had no problems and the water stays a perfect 104 degrees. I could not be happier about my purchase.
Spa Depot’s service technicians are top notch, and so is their warrantee service. We are building a new home in 2018, and I will be using Spa Depot to purchase a new spa from them. In May of 2016, we bought a kit to repair and replace the motor, pump, ozonator and electronics in our small spa. When we installed it, it did not work correctly. The technician asked me to email him a picture. He told me what to do, and then the equipment worked properly. After about 3 months, we started having trouble with the motor sticking, and I would have to shut the breaker off and hand rotate the motor to get it to go. I had to do that about once a month, and then in about a year the issue started happening weekly. In September of 2017, I had an electrician look at the motor, and he stated that the motor had a defective winding, or something like that. I wrote Spa Depot to explain the issue. They had us send in the tags off of the motor, and then a new motor with pump arrived. The spa worked better than it ever did with the older motor. Remodeling and repairs are always difficult, and Spa Depot supported us with our spa issues and needs. It was inconvenient to experience the inconvenience of a defective motor, but that issue was an issue of the supplier, not Spa Depot. Respectfully, Frank & Pat Penwell

Ive done business with SpaDepot for years and never had anything but a pleasant experience. Ive found spa maintenance to be an ongoing thing after a spa gets a few years old since first buying my spa from a local dealer in 1999. Since, Ive been through several spa packs, pumps, heaters and blowers as well as an assortments of jets, fittings, etc. Being handy, I have literally saved thousands in service costs by making the repairs myself. SpaDepot has been my go-to source for any and every kind of part Ive needed, and information as well. I pretty much learned to work on my own spa through them. Their website seems to be designed to eliminate ordering errors through the use of drop-down menus FORCING you to select proper size fittings, plugs, power requirements, etc. On many occasions in ordering Ive had to run out to compare against their clear illustrations to make sure I was getting the right parts, which is a far cry better than having to return something and wait. On the few occasions Ive had to call Ive always been met with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Well, my old spa is well past its prime. This is probably its last year before making it way to Craigslist or the junk heap. To heck with buying a new one from a local dealer at twice the costs when I buy a replacement! SpaDepot has taken better care of me than the dealer who sold me the spa could have dreamed...if theyre even still in business. Ill be buying my new one at SpaDepot! Especially with their free shipping and no Texas state sales tax! Theres NO WAY I would normally consider such a large purchase sight-unseen off the internet. But I truly have that much trust and confidence the spa depot will stand behind what they sell for many years to come. Great job guys!!!

It was really bad I bought something by mistake and they dont want give my refund back pass a month and they returned only 46 dollar and my items was 148 dollars
