Came in to the store the other night and was greeted with such kindness! Those ladies in there are all such sweet gals. Made sure the wife and I were getting everything we needed. Amber and Amanda were both funny and helpful. Couple of great gals you have working for you! Definitely will be returning for more goodies!

My fiance and I went in a few weeks ago. We were looking around, it is a nice store, huge variety of great products. However, we began to notice people following us around. From the 5th minute in until our $430 purchase, we had all staff, a secret shopper, and a peering manager acting as if we were going to steal. It was horribly insulting. I dont know what it was about us, but my fiance was ashamed, I had a difficult time having a smile, and even as we were paying at the register, the obvious manager had narrowed eyes watching, obviously expecting my card to decline. It didnt. My fiance and I are visiting the adult store again today, and we will be driving to a different one. It was dehumanizing.

Every time I go to this store I am met with such a kind and warm welcome. They women in there are very knowledgeable! One of them told me how amazing the womanizer was, and pulled one out for demonstration. O.M.G Let me tell you! She was right! Fantastic shop.

Don’t worry! They don’t do refunds, ever! Even if you literally bought it a day ago and it was with cash and the item wasn’t opened. ✌🏻

I have been coming here for years, then I left and came back 5 years later and it’s STILL THE BEST! The staff has always been incredibly knowledgeable and I have never felt uncomfortable, ever! I do rely on their knowledge of the toys/lube/ect to guid me into the best decision for myself and I have never been disappointed. So far over the past 12 years I have yet to be upset or sad by a purchase recommend to me by the staff. They listen without judgement and they really do love their job. Way to go ladies I have really appreciated all your help over the years!

Rose helped me out, she was absolutely awesome!!! I like certain things... other stores were kinda judgmental... NOT HERE! Rose totally figured out, what I needed, gave me choices, helped me figure out what i wanted just from talking to me... totally professional and understanding to my needs. She could have steered me to the biggest and most expensive, but she didnt, its like she knew me! 10 stars! Rose you are Awesome!

I have been coming to this store for about 5 years and my overall experience is pretty good. The other day when I came in, I was very surprised to see a guy in there with two children! I thought that was very inappropriate. They were both under 10 years old. I think the store should definitely be 18+.

It is a nice store, it had the stuff I was looking for. The staff was super polite and friendly and helpful, some pretty nice sales going on as well. I enjoyed my experience here, Id come back here to restock on massage oils and other stuff 100%

Went in clueless... Natalias expert knowledge and seemingly personal experience was an amazing help. She spent over an hour with me explaining and showing me different toys. Great place larg variety of what looks and feels like quality everything. I personally went in for a toy and came out with bondage things and a head full of things to consider about my toy purchase... It was a great experience and I will be back again.

The store is clean, organized, well laid out and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are very informative with out making you feel awkward. They will help you find what you need with out making you feel weird. Also my husband noted that the bag is discreet.

Excellent customer service!! I spend about an hour in the store and had a ton of questions and the girl waiting on us didnt blink and eye. If she didnt know the answer, she found someone who did. She was very well informed. Had great recommendations. They entire staff gets and A+!! Awesome job!

Definitely wont be making another trip to lovers, i found something that I wanted to purchase for my girlfriend online so once I went to the store I could just pick it up. Upon entering the store, one the associates greeted me and began her spill about the different things the store has to offer. I explained that I know what I wanted and where it was located she then began to ask me what it was. I was already nervous about being there but she diffently made it more uncomfortable by asking prying questions and ince I made my selection she began to tell me why the product wasnt a good choice and asked why I choose that particular one. By then I was to embarrassed to make my purchase so i left. For now on I will take my business to Castles instead.

The women there were completely judgemental and rude. My husband and I were treated as if we were not going to buy anything and also as if we were gonna steal. They stayed within w 5ft from us the hole time we were there. They made us very uncomfortable. Those girls need to find a different profession cause they arent making that place any money. I no my husband and I will never shop at the Laceys Lovers package again.

I love this store. Good quality items! Mabey spend but worth every penny! I spend too much money here. The ladies are just amazing. They really make you feel at home and comfertable. They dont judge by body size or sexual orientation. Its better than victorias secret where I feel uncomfortable and judged for being bigger but here its fantasic! Will be back soon haha ;)
