Do you not bring anything to this lady or you will never see it again. I dropped a family Hummel for repair at her house in October of 2019 And almost a year and a half later she still has not and continues to put me off with a ridiculous runaround. On top of everything else she is incredibly rude, unhelpful and unresponsive. Such a terrible experience and I’m pretty sure I won’t ever get that item unless I file a police report.
