Called this morning (a Saturday), gave them the part number and Alex confirmed they had it in stock. Truly half what others had quoted me to get it shipped in (four days delay). Drove down, Alex had it waiting for me on the counter. Dey Appliance Parts Co will be my first call for any appliance parts needs and / or advice. Excellent service.

Looked all over Omaha for a capacitor for my A/C. This was the only place that had any that sells to the public. Spent a whole $4.71. Amazon wanted $10.50 if I wanted to wait 2 days. Very knowledgeable lady at the parts counter knew exactly what I needed and found it in a hurry. In and out in less than 5 minutes - on a Saturday!

Low prices and needed items are in stock. Just moved to the area and had both my dishwasher and washing machine go on the fritz. In both cases, Dey had the parts I needed and at significantly lower prices than other appliance part suppliers. They have definitely earned my loyalty as the first place I will call in the future!

I was having a bad week and having our dryer break was just icing in the cake. I was stressed about being bale to locate a part locally for a decent price...Im telling you I think the guy at the counter had my part looked up before I even had a chance to say anything. Had multiple options and prices. Only 18 bucks and my dryer is back to new. These people are phenomenal and are great at turning a bad day into a good Dey. ( see what i did there?) Im looking for other broken stuff just so I have a reason to go back. Thanks Dey for taking care of me.

I am a novice DIYer and I will try to fix most anything before I call a repair man. My A/C was on the fritz so I started tinkering. I went to Dey and they were very helpful. They told me to first try a capacitor then if that didnt work it was probably the fan motor. He was right, I came back with the fan taken out of the housing and we found a match. The problem was that I couldnt get the blades off. They called a heating and cooling professional who was a friend then used grease and proceeded to help me get it off! I couldnt believe it. Usually people are like heres your part good luck.What made it even better is that this is one of the only places in town that will sell parts to DIYers. Most places will only sell to licensed professionals. That is bull. If I would have called a heating and cooling place, more than likely they would have tried to sell me a whole new system for $8,000 and if not they would have replaced the motor and capacitor for $500-800. Instead I did it myself for $130 thanks to these guys.If you have any desire you can do it yourself and save a lot of money.
