WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS FOR THEFT ON THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM! I LOST $50IN ONE TRANSACTION AT THIS STORE! On October 10,2021 I made an in store purchase of $214.32. This transaction was almost entirely eligible for 25% rewards. Like I always do, I held my phone for the cashier to scan my rewards and coupons which she appeared to do. When completing my transaction she again asked for my rewards. We had a brief exchange about whether it scanned or not. I handed her the phone again. She seemed to scan it and then asked if a email receipt was okay. “Sure. No problem.” My mother was with me making her own purchase right after mine. While lingering near the door waiting on my mom to finish, I checked my email for the receipt. No receipt. I immediately returned to the cashier and asked for a printed copy. She informed me she had no way to print one. I asked to speak with a manager, also a young girl who informed me they had no way to provide one. At my insistence to escalate the matter, she called the store manager, Clef, who was already at home for the evening. He assured me that he would resolve the matter when he returned to work in the daytime. We exchanged contact information. He did follow up on a couple of occasions to let me know he was still working on it but had no immediate resolution. On our last phone call he had found the receipt but my rewards had been scanned to SOMEONE ELSE’S REWARDS ACCOUNT!! He wouldn’t tell me whose but it’s reasonable to assume the cashier entered her own rewards or that of a family member or friend. It’s been over a week again since my last contact. My calls are not being returned. $50 is no small amount of money to lose to a store employees mistake or theft, whichever it is. If this Michael’s Rewards program is going to operate this way then customers are really vulnerable to situations like mine.

So many cool things usually on sale. Was pleasantly surprised the things I bought were half off.

Been looking for a certain leather punch for my Belt For a week or so. ( Wanted to do it right and not mess up) Michaels had exactly the one, and some leather remnants to make a sheath for my planer at work. And to think all this for $16.00. If Your kids or even yourself, need a new Hobby. Leatherwork is very fun, and when you make it right will last a lifetime. And thats the truth. I would recommend Michaels to all friends and family. Positive, Fun energy, flows thru the Isles, never time wasted:)

Great store with lots of craft idea materials. A lot of the stuff here is pretty good quality at an affordable price compared to some places in town. (Spent a few weeks price matching and shopping around.) Also they have a military discount which the other art stores I went to didnt seem to have, or staff knew of anyways. But all in all a good store. One thing, the clearance items could use a bigger discount than a couple dimes off..I think that would help reduce that cluttered section tremendously.

Found the raffia we were looking for in the package size we needed and at a reasonable price. We were welcomed upon entering and received prompt assistance when asking for help. Store was clean, well organized, and brightly lit. Friendly staff and a great sale going on to boot. Great experience!

Theres a great selection, but always seems to be less of what you need actually in the store. Yes they have X, but not a huge selection. Im just always in too big of a hurry to shop online... might just have to start doing more when I can.

Michaels is my favorite place to go for craft supplies in town. I get all my knitting supplies here as well as various decorations for my living space. I love their yarn selection so much!

Only thing I dislike about Michaels is that when looking at the price tag you never know if thats the price or if its discounted. Otherwise I love this store and has everything that I need for my crafts.

Michaels always come thru. This time it was with my Cricut. Gave it 4 stars because the return was super easy but they gave me an in store credit instead of returning the money onto my card. It was ok tho bc I found what I wanted for $30 cheaper. So I still won!!

Good selection unless you are looking for diamond art. Hobby Lobby has a better selection of diamond art supplies

Eh, its a craft store. I feel that most places like this are overpriced, but I have usually found what I need if Im in a time crunch or deadline. Better than Hobby Lobby, I feel.

Didnt have cardboard or wood cutout numbers. Vinyl only 12 wide, nothing larger.

This store is super clean, reps are always attentive and they always have EVERYTHING I need from here haha. Not once have I shopped here and left disappointed. They are always stocked and have plenty of staff to go about answering questions and whatnot. 10/10 in my book

Slowest cashiers in the gd world. Like purposefully slow. Been at work all day, phone battery running low, got in line with 4% on my phone, had my 20% off coupon pulled up. Nbd. Phone died right before I wouldve been called to the counter so I walked out. Maybe I will re write this review when Im less annoyed.

The store doesnt have the best of selections for cake or cupcakes displays or stands for that you need to go to Mangelsons on 84th St. But the staff was very polite and helpful which is often a rarity in customer service. I will be happy to go back for other things.

The inventory has declined and the sales arent as good as they were. Sad that its changed so much. Employees are very friendly.

In-store or on-line• this store has everything for art, craft projects, framing, home accents, and more. Classes are offered for sign-up. Helpful, friendly employees are easily available, too.•The website and their app run super slow and locks up. It needs to be way more user-friendly. Its too easy to stop shopping due to the many quirks (like having to use exact words vs general descriptions to find products; or, having to take extra steps just to go pull up more items on next page).

There was a nice deal when we went to pick up more paint supplies.

Didnt have what i needed

Got exactly what I wanted. In and out.

Love buying online and pick up in the store...it would be a five if I didnt have to go to the back of the store (passing any product aisle anyway ) then find a clerk before getting the items. I will give 5 stars on coupons and most prices at Michaels though....but online purchase...not so much...not the convenience that I would hope. Lowes and Walmart experience is so much better with online purchases!

Purchased online and picked up in store. First time Ive had any problem. I am missing an item. Still give 4 stars because I will call them and give chance to fix.

Warehouse manager at this location has a serious Attitude problem. Her miniscule amount of authority thinks it gives her the right to order delivery drivers around and ask me to put my 70 foot truck in 60 feet of space. Not gonna happen. If i NEVER deliver here again it will be to soon.

Pricey I store better online pricing. Does not make since.

Spacious and clean

This place is a pretty good selection and usually has a really good sales going on as well. If you sign up online you can usually stack another discount on top of a promotion to save some money. I have personal experience with the framing department in the back of the store, and can say they did an excellent job with my project that I requested.

Always prompt with online pickup orders. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I picked up some frames and custom sized mats. Very friendly staff!! Side note: i saw a mom stop her kid from opening and licking the white glue sticks... Times have changed! Kids sniffed those when I was young!

Fantastic supplies and service

Usually I love dining here, especially in the warm months in the covered patio which is so serene!! But the last couple of times we have been here, the food was subpar & the cinnamon rolls from the bakery were hard like leftover from the previous day or poorly made!! I can get the same casseroles & select bakery products at another local restaurant/bakery that I have yet to have a negative thing to say about anything me & anyone Im dining w/choose to eat.

I love crafting! They have a great mix here. Floral, bridal, paper crafts, cri-cut and accessories, kids crafts, paints. They also have great minuratures, I make cities for cats so the small items really help.

Nice craft store. Big inventory and a wide selection of different things and topics. There staff was kinda helpful but not as knowledgeable as I would like them to be. All in all I will return.

Fun place to go, lots of good art supplies, though their fake flowers are a bit overpriced. I mostly go there for pens and art stuff, which they have a good selection of. Oh and frames, they always have good deals on frames.

The staff have given me discounts with out my having coupons of 40% off. They r wonderful and have awesome priced sketchbooks. Luv mine: ) got it for a great price. Good store. Small but nice.

I spend way too much time and money here, to the point that I am stopped nearly every time by other customers asking questions because they think I work here. Week days are the best time to go if you dont want to wait in the checkout line during the weekend rush or have questions. Great coupons offered.

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. Theyre helpful, knowledgeable, and not difficult to find in the store. A clerk even used his cell phone to bring up images to be sure he knew what type of flower I was looking for. Imagine! The inventory is well displayed, and they always have sale items and specials. Im so happy Michaels moved into our neighborhood!

I love Michaels. And I love the new site to store option where you can order online and pickup in store. But this is abit small as stores go so shopping online still may be youre better option if its a not so common item. But for anything youd usually pick up at a craft store this location has you covered.

I need assistance with a custom frame yesterday. I asked the associate for help and gave her the exact dimensions. I asked what that would run with the current promotion and she refused to answer. She seemed annoyed and then left. I later saw her at the checkout lane talking to a coworker. I will never go back.

Justine was amazing helping me find the prefect gift. She went above and beyond to help me get it from another store since they were out at her location. This is exactly why I am and will be a repeat customer at this Michaels for all my crafting needs.
