Echo systems installed a Savant home automation system at my residence in Lenexa KS. This involved running a lot of in wall wiring and quite a bit of custom installation. Everything looks amazing and works great! More importantly when I run into issues Echo systems provides expedient high level service. With home automation that’s what matters most. They are very patient and respectful and will help you achieve your goals while respecting your budget. I highly recommend them!

Ive had the pleasure of working for Echo Systems for nearly 7 years. It never ceases to amaze me how company leadership strives to maintain expertise at the forefront of a rapidly changing technology field.All the while keeping with solid Midwestern values and an awareness that employee satisfaction is achieved in part by allowing staff to put their family first. Its no surprise that turnover is almost non existent at Echo Systems.Furthermore, the belief that taking care of clients is a central mission, is very refreshing.I am pleased to be a part of such a progressive team.

Working there was awful.Their so called family-values environment is nonexistent. If youre not friends w/ their operations director prior to working there then you pretty much HAVE NO CHANCE OF MAKING IT AT THIS COMPANY. Plus youre pretty much going to be put in the warehouse and not allowed to go out on jobs w/ the more experienced technicians to get the actual training you need to succeed.There is absolutely no training at this job. They have you go out on the job with the more experience technicians to learn about how things are done, but the environment is filled with such competitive people that youll NEVER be able to fully learn about the system.

We had a great experience at the Store when we went to check in on Lutron motorized blinds. Doug gave us lot of good info and even offered us to show his house (which turned out to be next st from ours) where he has Lutron shades installed. Also, they have an amazing display at the store which provides a good taste of live home automation.

Echo Systems is incredible. Ive never seen a home theater company quite like it. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions.Their showroom is basically a mock up of what Id imagine Tom Bradys house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then theres the home theater. Oh my god the theater! Its a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed.Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in.Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions.I totally recommend you take a visit to their showroom. You wont regret it.

We used Echo for a whole house automation system based on the Savant system when we built our new home. Fantastic system and great design work by Echo. Working with their people was great.
