They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Matt fixed my windshield inside of 15 minutes and it looks great. He recommended a few places to eat since Im on vacation, and the pricing wasnt even bad. Definitely a go-to for anything glass-related. All the other great reviews you see arent lying, this is the place to go.

Based upon other reviews I walked in with a broken glass shelf from my Mother’s curio cabinet. The shelf had a semi circular shape with square edges in the back. They looked at the broken pieces and said they would complete it during the day. I left for another errand and received a call that it was done within 30 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very happy and highly recommend River City for their quality and customer service. Believe the reviews!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had our 8’x6’ bathroom mirror fall off our wall. It was balanced by a door. I called RiverCity around 4:00 and they were in my driveway in about 20 minutes.They were Professional and very personable. It took them less than an hour to reattach the mirror. I would recommend them for being so great.

I broke my passenger side mirror yesterday backing into my garage. The clip broke and the glass fell out and was cracked... I needed a replacement FAST and after calling other auto repair companies who had a wait time of a couple days I came across RCG&M and they were able to ultimately fix my issue in a matter of hours. I got a side mirror cut as replacement AND they glued back together my clips and put it in for me.10/10 best outcome. I appreciate their help and recommend them for auto glass/mirror repair. River City Glass was recommended to me, their quote was 1/3 of the price i was quoted at the dealership. The specialist was really upfront about what i could expect given the nature of my problem and never made me feel pressured. Both ladies were extremely easy going and nice, i had a really expensive windshield and they went out of their way to try to bring the price down to the absolute lowest price. I would 100% go back here for all of my glass needs

A rock came off the bed of a semi and hit our windshield while driving Cross country. As soon as we got home, I called RCG, as we had used them in the past on various things - all with great results. As soon as I explained the situation, they jumped right on it, ordered a new windshield and had me come in the next day. They replaced the windshield and I was on my way. They are so competent, that even though I was told by my insurance company I would have to have my cameras recalibrated, they removed the damaged windshield in such a way that it did not disturb any of the electronics....Doing it the way they did, saved me another $300-400 by not having to go back to the dealer for recalibration of the cameras.I am very appreciative of how RCG treats their customers. And I refer folks over to them all the time. This is a small family owned company that is focused on customer service, honesty and fair pricing.

Someone busted out my rear passenger window in my car and I needed it fixed. The same day I called I was able to get in and it was also the cheapest of all the places I called!! What luck!! Every other place said the soonest I could get in would be 5-12 days from now and quoted me $40+ more than what I paid to get it done with this company. The gal that works the front desk was so sweet and they actually fixed my window sooner than the quoted time! Hopefully I will never require their services again, but if I do I will be coming straight back! Thank you so much!!

My 16 year old son broke his back window of his 91 Ford Pickup. We were in a panic to find a replacement window. My fiance spent all morning calling around to everybody in the city. Becky was so nice and helpful. She found a used one for us. In turn saving us significant amount of money. The service was exceptional and at the right price. Over and above customer service.

I do woodworking and I often need custom cut glass. Im not concerned about time but rather about fit to exact dimensions. I have given RCG curved glass orders for clocks, octagonal mirror orders and simple picture frame orders. They always have the order ready well before I am ready for it and the fit is Exact. They have a lady up front that is a pleasure to deal with, I cant say enough about these folks. I tried a couple other places here in Omaha, they were more expensive although their delivery rate was the same.

Had them do the glass doors for a stereo enclosure. Custom size cut in smoked, tempered glass. When they delivered and mounted the two doors, the glass edges were not finished, and they installed it with insufficient mounts. The glass kept wanting to come off the hinge mounts. Called them for assistance and they told me to tighten the screws.Finally one of the panes fell out when opened and broke. Luckily I paid for the tempered glass so no injuries.Dont think I will be calling them for the replacement.

Great Experience!!! The attention to detail amazed me. Not only was the repair done for a VERY REASONABLE price, they took the time to move my game & parks sticker to the new windshield (saved me 20.00 for a new one) and the new windshield was freshly cleaned. After driving away not only did I have clear vision of the road again, but 2 additional problems I had concerning wind noise and an annoying pop noise were also gone. I couldnt be any happier, Do yourself a favor and give them a try

Went in to get my Lexus windshield replaced and they did a great and my insurance helped cover some of the bill!

Extremely friendly bunch of people they were able to accomplish the order even before they had said they would have it done but overall very very good people.

The women that I spoke with was rude, she said they couldnt provide the service I was requesting at the time specified and never asked if another date would work. I had to ask her when they could fit me in. As a business owner I hope she stays employed.

I have used these guys for years and have never had a bad experience and they are inexpensive too!They have fixed gas filled windows for my home, glass table tops, picture frame glass, you name it.

Horrible!Apparently some jobs are too small for them. I went in for a rock chip repair.The elderly woman in the front told me that it was too close to closing time. It was 4:30! I know from experience that a rock chip repair takes about 15 to 20 minutes!Very disappointed.
