If you or someone you know has been fined and denied reimbursement for a violation due to smart starts faulty equipment please contact the Nebraska cyber crimes division. It’s your service centers job to insure your device is working properly so you can drive safely and to stay in compliance with the court.They are not going to reimburse you for “missed test” resulting in violation. These devices are meant to be calibrated after so long to make sure it is functioning properly. I’ve had 2 “missed tests” in the last 2 weeks. I have a $100 fine. I am going to get the violation reports at the request of my probation officer and record the device at start up. I can SEE the equipment malfunctioning despite being calibrated only a month ago. I’m done dealing with them, I am informing the BBB then contacting the authorities.

When I arrived over my lunch hour there was a sign On the door that the interlock employee would be back in 15 minutes. I waited and after 30 minutes called into the store And was informed it was going to be another hour. Since I had to get back to work I left and had to come back another day which was extremely inconvenient. When I first signed up for the interlock I was told it was as simple as pulling up into one of the two reserve spots and someone would be able to immediately take the readings off the camera and I would be on my way. I hope the remaining visits go smoother than the first one dead

The person In charge of handling smart start dose not have any people skills. Was more interested in taking her lunch. I wish o could have read up on the reviews before choosing this location.

My installation appt itself went smoothly. However I am sorry to say that my level is satisfaction Is a negative 10. I submitted multiple requests and an incident report to have ALL my initial install fees as well as any monitoring costs waived for 90 days based upon the nature and reason for this re-installation and was never acknowledged nor replied to.See notes on. My file as my next step is BBB complaint. This requirement to have the ignition interlock is required by the state of MO due to mishandling of my previous final data recording by technician assigned to retrieve my device who didn’t go and collect it for MONTHS despite every measure taken by me to have it done quickly and multiple representatives contacting me stating my responsibility was no longer necessaryThis is a joke and continues to drain me financially unnecessarily and unethically
