Literally went to 4 other places no one had time or there was a long wait to fix a brake light. I rode past this place a million times never noticed it was full service I tried my luck 1st thing this morning & Steve right away jumped on it & it was placed in 5 minutes‼️ Steve you made my whole entire day❣️Thank you so much❣️

The manager Steve was great. My car had a dead battery and I called up 6 different places told them all I needed was a battery replacement and none of them were willing to get me in the same day. They were all telling me they are fully booked for the next 2 weeks when it’s something that only takes 15 mins to do. Steve got me in and out of there within 20 mins and explained everything well. I will definitely be going back in the future and I recommend this location for everyone else.

Ive used this location for about a year and a half and have spent well over $2,000 for repairs and maintenance. I would not recommend this location, I cannot speak for other Brakes Plus locations. If you want to know why, then see below.Most recently, I went here to get wiper sprays serviced. They informed me that they would not have the part until the following week and asked me to pay a deposit on a $65 pair of wiper nozzles in case I never showed up for the repairs. A great way to lose a customer that has regularly come in.I took my business across the street to Tires Plus and they had the part on hand and got me taken care of on the same day for less than what Brakes Plus quoted me.

I have a trip upcoming and needed to get some suspension and steering work done to my truck. Steve Hamlin and the crew at Brakes Plus on 90th St. did a fantastic job of replacing all four ball joints, both front hub bearings, a tie rod end, a tire rotation and an alignment. All of this was completed (for a very fair price) in about 7hours and saved me a ton of back breaking work. 5 out of 5 stars. I will be back for service when the need arises. Thanks Guys!

All I can say about this place is WOW!!! Steve and Blaine are both awesome to work with. I take my car in here for brake jobs, and have recently started brining it in for other services, too. I love how honest they are - they have told me I dont need services that I brought my car in for. They are efficient, the price is right, and they have now got a customer for life!

Did some research after I had them do my calipers rotors, brake pads and brake hoses. Found that they charged 4 times what everything costs. Im ok with labor prices but 325 is steep when they rob you on parts. I have posted pictures to show how much a set of everything they replaced and how much they charged. Also is attached for back brakes if I would have let them rob me of more money. This place is a joke and dont care for loyal customers. Mechanics are crooks and too find a good one is very rare. Will make sure people know not to come to a place that is supposed to be a professional business.

I was in dire need of new brakes and rotors. I didn’t know if they had time but I stopped in anyway. They were able to get my vehicle in within 10 minutes and perform an inspection and informed me that I definitely needed new brakes and rotors. Steve (general manager) told me that if he didn’t have any techs available but an open bay, he would do it himself. Great service and great management.

These guys are top notch. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone but Steve and his crew. I have used a few other shops over the years and wouldn’t go back. After working with Steve, I wouldn’t take my vehicles to anyone else. Service is too notch, and quality of work is second to none!

I was told by another location that my brakes were bad and that I needed them replaced. They quoted me almost $800 to do the front and back brakes. I went to get a second opinion and so happy that I did. Brakes Plus performed an inspection to make sure that they gave me an honest and accurate quote of what I needed. After performing that inspection they found that my brakes were not near as bad as what I was told and that I have lots of life left in them. Thank you for being honest! You saved me a fortune on unnecessary repairs.

They have a FREE A/C Check I was there today and my estimated price to fix the A/C was $500. The problem was just my switch on dashboard is gone bad and nothing else wrong with A/C. That is the only information they can give you unless you fix it at their location or pay half an hour labour. Other than that they do not even let you look at the detail sheet. I did not even get a chance to look at the part so I could may be bring it to them so they can fix. In that way I can save some money. I know little bit of marketing. Main intention is the profit but good customer service would increase the profit. This comment goes to public so if you go out there for your A/C Check just keep that in your mind it is just FREE A/C CHECK. You wont be able to get anything else name of the parts or any other explanations. This is not a complain people need to know what they could expect from them as FREE A/C Check.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service and auto repair. Lou say down with me, explained every detail and gave the best advice. It felt like I was speaking to a family member instead of a “typical” mechanic who is trying to oversell . His genuine concern and care for my Van was second to none. I have found a new auto repair shop. I thought of brakeplus just as a brake repair shop but they are so much more. If I could give Lou and this store TEN stars, I would.

Great experience. Got vehicle in and diagnosed quickly. Lou told me about several additional minor problems with the vehicle. Very professional and not a pushy sales pitch. The work was done when they said, and they didn’t charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. Will definitely go back.

Went in for brake work and an alignment after getting my tires changed. Found out that my mechanical issues were a lot more serious. Steve was very straightforward, knowledgeable and professional. Went in for a winter check up. The staff was so professional. They were great following safety guide lines. They inspected my whole car. The brakes, the suspension, under the hood, exhaust,and well my entire vehicle. They informed me of the maintenance issues I had. They didnt try to push anything on me. Just the best car repair experience I have ever had. Huge thanks to Blaine for being absolutely informative. Also that Sweet Lou guy is over the top when it come to customer service. I over heard him helping another customer. His willingness to go above and beyond to help his customers is unheard of these days. Steven (Stephen?), the guy I spoke with when I made my appointment, dropped off my car, and picked it up was very nice, honest, and understanding. I had a service recommendation from when I was there previously and he looked it over and was actually able to make things significantly cheaper. Whoever wrote up that service sheet put something on there that didnt need to be done. I really appreciated that, especially as a female and not super savvy with cars. We need more honest people in the world!

Brought my vehicle in for a clunking noise on the right front and dealt with Ryan. He was able to get me worked in quickly and figured out the problem right away and before you know it I was out the door at a fair price. Would go back again and recommend friends and family.

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and was impressed, so, I scheduled my other vehicle for the following day. The team is professional, kind, considerate, and took very good care of me. Zach, at he front desk, was friendly and helpful. I had to have shocks and struts replaced, it was time, Lou gave me a run down of all the costs in detail, and one of the team members, Blaine, gave me a ride home and picked me back up once the vehicle was finished! Saturday my vehicle would not start. I was at work and needed to go to my granddaughters basketball game 2 hours away. I called 3 other businesss and explained my situation and got the same response that they do not delivery unless youre a corporation and they would not install the battery because it was too cold for his employees. I explained just drop it off and I will put it in. Still was a no. Called Brakes Plus and explained my situation again and mentioned all they had to do was drop it off not install. They put me on a short hold to see what they could do. They ended up delivering and installing the battery. Which I did not expect them to do. After the install I found out I was chatting with the GM of the place, LOUIS, and he delivered and installed the battery for me, which i was not expecting. Lou went over and above my expectations and I greatly appreciated it and made it to my Granddaughters basketball game. Thank you

I have been getting my vehicle serviced from brakes plus since 2016. Lou is amazing. I had an appointment on a Saturday at 8 am to get my vehicle serviced being a Nurse and with everything going on, it is hard to find the time to take off of work. There was an unexpected issue no fault of anyone, and my car did not get serviced, I did not get informed until late so of course I was upset. Lou personally called me twice, apologized, gave me several options to choose from, even offered to drop me off and pick me up from work on Monday, made me feel more at ease. He took the time out to personally work on my vehicle himself, and made sure everything was in good working condition. Very honest. I just want to thank Lou again, you are amazing. I had some hub bearing work done at a different breaks plus a couple months ago. I heard the same problems i had before it was fixed, so i went to the one on 90th.They got me in on the same day. After they checked out my car, It happened to be the same bearing. Since it hasnt been that long the parts and labor was still under warranty, they fixed car for free, hassle-free.If u want great work done, by honest people breaks plus on 90th is the place.

The guys took care of me in a timely manner they showed me around my vehicle the problems I didnt know had. I also came back because I noticed another little problem made because I put alot of wear and tear on it traveling. They got me in replacing a part that might have been compromised and tighten everything needed. Good spend for a substantial amount of money.

The guys were very friendly, helpful and explained some of the things that needed to be replaced very well. I needed my brake pads to be replaced VERY badly, and they got it done under a very reasonable time. After driving away, I noticed my braking was so much better, and it feels good to know that my brakes are good to go.

Ive gone to the Brakes Plus on 90th with two different vehicles for two different problems and every time they have resolved my problems in a timely, effecient and upfront manner. They told me about every expense before it was done, and have been very simple to work with! Steve and the crew are top notch!

I brought my vehicle in to have the rear brakes and rotors changed. Additionally, I asked the mechanic to check the air in the tires. After taking my vehicle home, I noticed that my passenger side rear tire was completely deflated. I towed my vehicle to Firestone and had it fixed the next day. Firestone informed me that the cause of the leak was a broken valve.When I returned to brakes plus to find out why I wasnt informed of the damaged/broken valve. The manager reviewed the documentation and found that the valve was documented in the paperwork and apologized for the fact that I was not informed of the condition when at the check-out counter. The manager offered a free oil change service as an apology and informed me that he would use this case to train his staff. I chose Brakes Plus because I believed that they would give me excellent service and they followed through on that promise. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get trustworthy service!

I have been at the store twice in the last 10 days. First time for a rear brake job, today for a EVAP control valve repair. The service with Steve, Zach, and Lou was outstanding. All three were very courteous and helpful. The repairs were great, and the pricing was outstanding. Anytime I need any repairs, this is where Im going. I will highly recommend Brakes Plus to my friends. Great experience!
