I was visiting from 5 hours away, had a “car emergency” and they took GREAT care of me. Got me in the next morning, fixed my car, gave me a coupon, AND left a tasty snack for me! The place was easily the cleanest auto shop I had ever been, and everyone was very friendly, which I have learned is hard to find in Omaha.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic in the morning and that was done within an hour. Not as bad as I thought it would be and they were able to get my car in right away for the necessary repairs! I am so thrilled with the service I received and my car is running so much more smooth! I can not recommend this auto shop enough! The entire staff was professional, courteous and downright awesome! Such a great experience! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I brought my car in to get the AC repaired. At one point they thought they would have to take the bumper off to fix the problem and gave me a price of $200-$400. After a day in the shop I was called and informed repairs were complete and my total was only $150 which was awesome to hear. When I went to pick up the staff were very friendly and all smiles. They even left a treat in the car along with a coupon for $10 off the next visit. Such a great company and team and will for sure recommend!

They have the best systems for giving you quotes. Its on online system that allows you to see the estimate and the work that needs to be done. Its very modernThey also have great customer service. They are very upfront and fair when giving you information about what needs/has or could be done.They leave candy in your car too. Its a nice personal touch.All in all great service and the work is good.

I live in Minnesota and was looking at a car for sale at a dealership in Omaha. I picked West Omaha Automotive because of their high Google ratings and reviews. For a very reasonable price they preformed a thorough inspection and sent me a detailed report along with video of their findings. The dealer chose to make needed repairs through his usual repair shop, so I was not able to make use of WOA services. I would not hesitate to use their services if I was in the area.

Weve been taking our cars here for probably 5 years now. They are always friendly and professional. They do a great job of communicating with you, sending texts with links to diagnostic reports so you can see exactly what theyve found and how important it is. They are also good at calling to explain things to you. And theyre honest. I just had some work done and they forgot to take off a charge for a part they ended up not needing to replace. The next day, they called to let me know that they had issued me a refund. I appreciated their integrity when they could easily have left the charge on there (it was pretty large) and Id have never known. I definitely recommend West Omaha Auto Service.

I’m in the middle of a cross country road trip and my car broke down. Most places i called said they would not be able to help me for another week but this place was able to squeeze me in and were all very polite people!

I brought my car in for an oil change. After waiting for over three hours (for an oil change!) it was finally ready. Took it home and a few days later noticed it was leaking oil. Made an appointment and took it back. Apparently the drain plug was not put on correctly. Well, it has now been diagnosed and will be fixed soon.

Took our sons car in for brake issue. They didnt charge us for diagnostic. Only problem with car was previous shop had left a wrench on the brake line which caused a temporary problem. Honest garages are good to find

I like their use of technology to keep in touch about the car: I got a detailed report about the mechanics findings via text as well as estimates. I was able to approve the repairs via the Internet. I took my car for the 100k check up, oil change and brakes. Two days later, my car drives like new!

They were thorough and honest and did not try to up-sale me on anything. They told me there were three possible issues, but after they fixed the first one they thought it might resolve the other two. It did. I was more than pleased with their service and integrity! Found my Auto Repair Shop!!!

Starting with my phone call with Krista (who was adorably sweet) to the information provided about what my car needed done after a scan and getting it all repaired same day was the absolute best! They even provide a Lyft ride to and from work!! I was afraid my car (with only 79,000) would need to go. Nope. Was told its in great shape and to keep it....and I will because I know these guys will take good care of me when I need them again. Another plus is they didnt try to up-sell me a bunch of stuff I dont need just to take my money like all the other places do. These are the mechanics you want in your life! Just go. 🙂

Not for foreign cars.Mechanic hemmed and hawed about their willingness to tackle A/C problem.Did say that for $99 they would take a look and advise.Not confident in the service unless you have a domestic vehicle.Went somewhere else, Full Circle Auto and got service performed.

Been a customer for about 5 years now. They have built up a high level of trust with me. Very open and honest about the health of each of our cars. They will always advise on work that is critical and must be done for safety reasons, then work that can wait. They understand most people are on a budget. Anthony and the guys are great with customers. They are very down to earth and they will feel bad when breaking bad news of a costly repair that is needed. But they always back up the work with photos and reasons why the work is necessary. I view them as a trusted service provider just like I would my utilities, cable, internet, etc.Id also like to say that work is done almost surprisingly quickly - we have had several larger repairs done that require parts to be ordered and we have never waited more than a few days. But most repairs are in and out the same day. Communication is always great as well because Anthony and co. run a tight ship in the front of the house. I just cant say enough good things about this business - they are doing things the right way - putting customers first and the rest will take care of itself - i.e. very happy customers who genuinely want their business to succeed. I’m not from around the Omaha area and needed some work done on my truck they got it done (u joints, wheel bearings, front and rear diff fluid change, transmission flush) they also chased down a grinding noise I was having. Absolutely amazing service, as honest as they come. Took in my vehicle for emission issues, they identified the problem as being covered under a manufactures extended warranty and advised me to go to the dealer. They could’ve easily done the work and charged me but instead did the right thing sent me on my way and didn’t charge a diagnostic fee. Amazing! They do an amazing job at this family owned shop! I brought my Subaru Forester here because of the good reviews & I wasnt disappointed. They thoroughly inspected my car and even sent pictures of the inspection to my phone. Only came in for an oil change but left the shop with a better idea of the condition my car is in. Although my car needs some work with a couple leaking gaskets, they were never pushy or scared me into servicing it like others do.Referred my girlfriends Chevy after my experience and they fixed the issues with the RPM & found out what the root of a burning smell from the heater was all about!! Not only that, they could have easily cheated her out of money because it was somewhat of a simple fix but they did not! The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is very friendly and professional here. Finally found a great shop in town!

So I had an incident and needed a new rear axle brought it into west o auto they let me know everything it needed before moving forward I agreed the bill was fair for what needed done. Few weeks later I had an issue I thought was the rear end they had worked on called them up they said no problem bring it in they looked over the vehicle needed to be aligned again is what seemed to be the problem no charge and made everything right. This company is doing things the way they should be done and I highly appreciate and respect that and is my reasoning for my review and my recommendation!

I probably will never go back here. I took a vehicle in for the same issue more than once, and then I asked for an oil change while they were repairing the work that was under warranty. They decided to give me the most expensive oil change that they provide. It just gave credence that most shops nowadays are full of salesmen rather than people that actually want your car to operate properly.

Took my old truck here after the shop I normally take my vehicles to declined to replace a fuel pump because of how much rust there was... They got it done in a day, problem solved a leaky fuel line and kept the total cost under the quoted price! Im very happy with them! Would recommend to everyone, and they just became my new go to shop.

When I went in by myself to get an AC recharge for MY car, it was all fine. Asked to check out 2 other issues in the car. One night overnight without the car. Then, called me directly saying it would be another night, it would be $x and they could get it fixed.I was NOT made clear on what was being “diagnosed”/“fixed” and what the costs actually meant. Had my father come with me to pick my car up because I wanted to be clear on the $300+ I’d be paying for the recharge + whatever else. Again, kept my car for two nights.I don’t know cars very well. The vehicle is MINE, I am the only driver and was paying for MY car to get fixed. The man at the counter asked my dad for his number and that he would not be communicating with me anymore because he was [quote] “crystal clear on the phone.” I still misunderstood.Extremely unprofessional and condescending.

I first started taking my car here when I needed a second opinion and was referred by a family friend. They were willing to help me out at the last minute with a much needed repair and ever since I’ve taken my car here. They are always honest and up front about what needs done, they show me what is wrong and explain it. They have reasonable prices and work with you, they even have free loaner cars if you plan ahead! The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, and Anthony is always willing to help out in any way he can! I would refer anyone here!

Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday and they told me I could bring it and they would try to get to it today. Expecting my car not to be looked at until Monday morning, I was surprised to get my inspection report before I even got back home!! And to add, they even fixed everything and my car was available before closing time. But the cherry on top was the fact that the Grand total ended up being 80- something bucks UNDER the quoted price. Its bit of a drive for me from my house but my car wont go anywhere else!! Thanks guys!!

Had my dealership tell me I needed a 5800 engine repair, decided to get a second opinion here and didn’t regret it! I’ve been notoriously talked to like I know nothing about cars bc I’m a young woman but I never felt that way here! Kindest personnel, honest, straightforward, and they provide pictures too! 20/10 recommend! Ended up with a just under 2000 bill. They’re not pushy and don’t BS you with extra charges either.

Firstly, just a tip! This building is set back from the road, so turn in where the Enterprise building is and follow the road past it, theres a huge lot and a sign. You cant go past it.I brought my Honda Civic in to be looked at, as my battery was dying every day. They took a look at it, did multiple tests, and found a loose connection to the battery. When we picked up the car, which is running very well now, the two guys helped us quickly and explained what they had done. They were very friendly and though I was there with my father, they oriented conversation with both of us (women friendly! Just a note to add so women know they can be comfortable) and got us on our way. I definitely recommend this business as they were professional, friendly, and thorough.

I put a good deal of money into our Subaru Forester this year on essential repairs with them and couldn’t be more pleased with their work. The loaner vehicles made it easy to keep up with work and not disrupt my wife’s schedule. Diagnoses were clearly communicated as well as cost options for getting after repairs.All this alone would be enough for the rating, but the AC went out in my car and I feared the compressor was shot so delayed taking it in after having spent so much already. When I took it in the problem turned out to be a bad O ring. They comped me the cost of the ring and recharging the system for being a loyal customer.In short, would recommend West Omaha Auto to anyone!!m

They were very thorough and honest which is something we weve been really looking for since we moved here. Very friendly and got us in and out in a timely manner! This place is the best if you have kids and need to wait for an oil change or a repair. There is a TV and comfortable seating. IT IS CLEAN! They even have complimentary drinks and snacks! I cannot say enough about this place!

I called in to see if they could help with my gas tank lid. It wouldnt pop open with the button inside my car, using a credit card around the lid, with a screwdriver or with the release from the trunk. Tom was super friendly on the phone and when I met him in person, he was a joy to work with! They got the lid open so I could get gas as I was on empty. The next morning I went back as they had to get the part to fix it and they fixed it within 15 minutes for me! They also have free coffee, pop, water and snacks for you while you wait. And when I got in my car to leave, there was a little goodie bucket with gold chocolate coins for St. Pattys day and their business card. Superior service. I wasnt looking around for an auto service shop, but I found one!

Where do I start? I love this place, it’s the only place I will ever go to for my car issues, working with Anthony and Tom is a very pleasant experience, I’ve talked to Dave before but mainly deal with Anthony and Tom, they are always doing what they can to save you money including giving you coupons to help out bring down the price as best as they can. But the best part is THEY GET THE JOB DONE! I’ve brought a Jeep and HHR that were from hell and they turned those cars into reliable well built machines. First time customer at West Omaha Auto Service. They were recommended to me by a friend several months ago. I hadn’t needed any service work done until now.So apparently my vehicle isn’t exactly the easiest thing to find parts for. I didn’t know that, but the guys did a lot of searching around to get what we needed. There were a few hiccups along the way but it wasn’t their fault. They did everything they could to get us fixed up and back on the road as soon as they could. It took longer than expected because of the parts delay but I wasn’t in a big hurry anyway.Honestly, I expected the bill to be higher than it was so very happy with that.I really like that they send pictures of everything as they progressed through the repair. I also loved that they sent a digital printout of what they found and what repairs needed done. It was also great that I could pay them on their secure website since I couldn’t get to the shop before they closed.All in all I had a good experience, so I highly recommend West Omaha Auto Service.Thanks for all your hard work guys! Found these guys online and they reviews were fantastic. Car started jumping and check engine light came on. Car was barely drivable. Went in thinking I was going to spend a fortune. They found an ignition coil was at fault and didnt seem to upcharge anything. I appreciate and support businesses that have integrity. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them and would definitely bring my car back for future repairs.

I took my 2011 Chevy Traverse here. My AC light would just blink three times and not kick on. They diagnosed the problem. My fear was compressor or evaporator coil both are extremely expensive. However, they found a crack in a line and replaced it. AC went out the very next morning, same blinking light. They got me right in, found out another line was leaking. Only charged me for parts, no labor. Anthony was very caring and this shop is on my A list of places.Side note: A busy shop cant be a bad one. They are busy and come with best warranties in town👍

Been going to West Omaha Auto Service for over 10 years, first for a Ford Explorer and second for a 2005 Mini Cooper. Great personnel - honest, professional and experienced. Cant thank them enough for the exceptional work they do. Most recent experience was an oil change, CV joint inspection, and brake rotors and pad inspection. Everything was reported back professionally. As usual, Anthony and West Omaha Auto take exceptional care of their customers. They will soon get my Lexus - thats how much I trust them. It is a cant miss business.

I paid over $5000 to put in an engine and clutch into my car, they also told me they replaced the rear main seal to validate the 1yr warranty.Yeah, they lied. My car now sits with a knocking engine because they failed to actually do what they said. NEVER REPLACED THE SEAL.Thanks.....

I took my car in to West Omaha Auto Service this week for an oil change. They had a coupon so I thought I would give them a try. Im so glad I did. Tom at the front desk was SO friendly, not your typical quiet auto guy at all. What a nice change!The second thing I noticed was the shop itself. It smelled wonderful (pumpkin spice?)!!! It looked even better. So nice to sit in a auto shop that looks like someones nice living room. Two TVs to watch and they offered snacks and all kinds of pop and juice choices for free! Who does THAT anymore?And YES I liked more than just the aesthetics (give me a break, Im a girl). My oil change was really fast, very inexpensive with the coupon AND when I got in my car to leave there was a little present perched on my dash. This place knows how to do customer service right. I had a rebuilt transmission put in last November. A month or so ago i experienced some issues with it. They worked with me to resolve the problem and i must add that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of customer service duty to take care of me. I hardly ever write a review of any business but West Omaha Auto impressed me so much I had to comment. I was afraid I had blown a head gasket in my Ford Ranger so when I walked in to see if they could pressure test it I wasn’t very hopeful. Anthony looked at me and said if it was a head gasket then it would only be the 2nd he’d seen in over 20 years on that model engine. Turns out it was a cracked thermostat housing which basically kept me from having to buy a new truck since it wouldn’t have been worth it to repair the other way. But what really impressed me was how they treated the other customers who were there. I’m married with a daughter so I’ve heard how women can feel uncomfortable or even intimidated in a repair shop. Of the 5 people who went through the waiting room while I was there 3 of them were women and to overhear how Anthony treated them and spoke with them made me decide immediately I wouldn’t hesitate to have my wife or daughter take a vehicle there. Others have raved about how clean and comfortable the waiting area is and how there are drinks and small snacks and all that is true, but what really stood out to me was how clean the actual work area is back in the garage. When Anthony walked me back to show me what they’d found on my truck everything was clean and organized and I know from experience that says volumes about how a shop is run. I waited a couple weeks to write this to make sure the repair held and I didn’t have any other problems and I’m happy to say it’s been great. If Google had 6 stars I’d give them 6!

It pays for itself after your first oil change. The waiting area is very nice. Its stocked with soda, water and a Kuerig machine. Theres also snacks and comfy leather furniture. If you dont want to wait, you can get a courtesy vehicle at no cost or someone from the shop can drive you back to your home or work. (within a certain number of miles.) They do get really busy so try to get an appointment scheduled as soon as you know you need to get your car in. I love West Omaha Auto Service and I have recommended them to everyone who has needed an honest mechanic with fair prices. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. You wont be disappointed!

I knew my vehicle was in good hands from the second they answered the phone call. Very professional customer service all the way through, from the first phone call to vehicle pick-up. Their diagnostic results are sent directly to you, with adequate descriptions, as well as picture AND VIDEO! Pricing was fair and service was 2nd to none. Anthony took great care to make sure I was informed and taken care of. Friendliest/best experience Ive ever had in an auto repair shop! they definitely quote accurately and take great care of their customers.

After a initial 1 star review. West Omaha Auto Service, had tried to contact me to make it right several times(this shows they actually care about your business). They have since made their initial fault right, I.e nobody would get back to me for a estimate after i paid the initial diagnostic fee. I chalk it up to me and them just not being able to get a hold of me due to my job. I would recommend this business for your car repair needs. They truly do care, and unlike some other auto shops in the area, do not take advantage of the ignorant of car repair.I will use them for my daughters vehicle from now on.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Went in for a brake check/replacement and the owner was nice enough to shuttle me all the way home, and come get be when they were done. Staff is super nice and they really go out of their way to treat the customer like theyre #1. I found my go-to mechanic.Oh.. and when I got into my car, they had left a nice thank you card with a package of Skittles! How did they know thats my favorite candy. :)

Great customer service. Fair pricing. Cleanest repair shop in Omaha. Be careful when using coupons. The price creeps up if you have a coupon to offset.

I cant say enough about West Omaha Auto Service. When my car broke down at the worst possible time, my dad directed me here. Im so glad he did! Anthony and David were both so kind and patient (even when I called them multiple times in the same day). They are honest, hard-working people who will take care of your vehicle.

My car was making an incredibly loud and annoying noise, and West Omaha Auto was able to locate the issue. My bearings needed replacing. They showed me the issue, and I felt confident my car was in good hands. Now, my car doesn’t make any loud noise, and I’m so grateful for that. They have a comfortable waiting room with a fridge stocked with drinks, and there is a big flat screen. Tom at the front desk made me feel at home.
