Have been here before and left with a bad taste. This time I took my new car in for an oil change as part of the service program it has to go to a dealer. My 1 hour wait ended up being 2 hours with a tire rotation that I did not request! I will happily drive 45 minutes to Blair to the dealership next time service is needed over driving 5 minutes back to this place.

Good honest place. Got me right in for an oil change, called to notify me of windshield chips as well which shows their thoroughness. Even texted updates along the way so I didnt have to just sit in the store. Plenty of room to do so if you were inclined. Car wash is a nice feature, wasnt working at the time but they provided vouchers for another car wash. Recommend!

I came in on recommendation of the main Woodhouse sales point located at 144th and Giles. For basic context, I took my vehicle in for service in July after purchasing a vehicle from Woodhouse in January. At that time the service center was short staffed and they were unable to provide me with a car wash at the location of 144th and Giles after regular routine maintenance. They let me know that if I ever needed a wash or detailing I could go to any Woodhouse and they could set me up with a car wash and they gave me a card. Unfortunately due to an accident I was not able to use this service until today.I went in to this quick lane location after work hoping to just ask about prices of car washes and if they offer any interior detailing services that I could schedule later at the quick lane location near my home. I could not find a phone number online because of bad cell reception, which is why I went in to the location. This was at 4:45 pm. This location closes at 6pm. I have literally never been to this location before today, and after my experience I will certainly not be returning.I was not greeted - just simply asked “are you here for a pick up.” I tried to explain no, I am just here to ask about car wash and detailing services. The man looked at me like I’d lost my head and then asked if I had a coupon. I said I had one previously but I had lost it (which is true - it was lost when I had to take it to an auto body shop). Before I could even ask my questions or explain myself, the man went over to print a receipt for a wash. I was NOT asking for a coupon or free services. He went on to explain like I was dumb, “normally they give you a coupon and then you just enter the code.” He was extremely condescending and rude. He then walked away dismissing me. I left feeling like I’d done something wrong. Since I was already there, I went to the car wash station and I PAID for my car wash as was my original intention; I felt too guilty to use the coupon that was so unwillingly provided to me. After the wash, the car looked exactly the same as it did before I had it “washed” - the same visible bugs and dirt were present.I am extremely disappointed and had hoped for better experiences than what I had with previous dealerships. Clearly I was wrong to get my hopes up.

Came in with a flat tire and the guys here were able to help me find a solution that worked for me quickly and were very upfront and honest about all the cost. I felt like they took the extra time to explain everything efficiently to me and truly cared about the customer experience. Kit helped me out and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have brought my Mitsubishi here a number of times. Every time I have received great service and the staff is always quick and friendly. Prices are usually reasonable, comparatively. I will continue to trust these guys. They do not book appointments BUT they have drivers to take you where you need to go and will even pick you up once your vehicle is done. It’s the little things!

They do not offer appointments and only take walk ins so basically you have to plan your entire day around taking your car in for a simple 20 minute oil change. I drove 25 minutes out of my way just to show up and be told there is a 3 hour wait and to come back around 4 because they wouldn’t be as busy then. I called around 3:35 to ask what the wait was for an oil change and they told me an hour and a half so I show up at 3:40 just to be told they are done taking oil changes for the day. Absolutely ridiculous that they do not take appointments for this simple 20-30 minute service.

My wife and I were traveling across the country and needed a tire patched. Matt was great to work with - resolved our issue quickly and got us out back on the road fast. Highly recommend!

Usually pretty quick. Obviously earlier in the day is best to get through fast. Just came on a Saturday morning for an oil change and was in and out in 20 min.

We were on a cross-country road trip with a brand new vehicle and were having vibration issues. After calling 3 or 4 dealers on our route and getting turned away, Quick Lane was able to fit us in last minute at the end of the day. They were fast, nice, and thorough. If we lived in Omaha, we would definitely be back!

I came in at 7a and had them look at my vehicle before purchase. Mercedes dealership wouldn’t do it — they wouldn’t call me back. Called Quick Lane and got through right away and Charles (?) told me the price. When I got there he said a full inspection would be over $100 so I just went with it. At the end though he decided to uphold the original 20-minute inspection price of $20. I thought that was honorable. I think it’s funny that even though Woodhouse is “first come first serve” I was able to get through to them immediately in the middle of the day while with MBenz it took 4 calls before I actually spoke to anyone (other than the receptionist) and even then the guy said he’d take my name down and have someone call me, but he never bothered to follow up. That was 3 days ago. Maybe MB can learn from Woodhouse.

My granddaughter had her a vehicle in for its second oil change in April. Beginning of June started to notice oil on garage floor. Took it back on Saturday June 13 and they said that the filter was bad and put new one on and fresh oil. Kudos for admitting this.However, on Monday June 15, a huge puddle of oil was on the floor and the car started smoking. Lifted the hood to find that they didn’t put the oil cap back on. Oil all over engine compartment and on the passenger side of vehicle. It is there now getting fixed, I hope. I asked the the engine compartment be extensively cleaned, along with the car. Should be a complete detail of vehicle at this point. I also expect someone to come out and clean my garage floor.I have never been so disappointed in my life.**update** two guys came out and cleaned up the oil in garage and driveway. Great job.Car was even delivered. Engine compartment partially cleaned. Oil running down the side of car? Still there. Cleaning that myself

500 miles from home and got a flat tire on a Friday afternoon. Brought my car here with no appt. and explained the situation. Got me in ASAP and back on the road with in 30mins. Staff was very professional and extremely nice. Great service all around.

One of the better places I get my vehicle serviced at. Large waiting are with tables large enough to do office work if needed. Promptly attended to when I arrived. This location has vending machines as well as a coffee bar.

Wouldnt honor a Ford wiper blade deal. Said I had to go to Ford. The deal was for $26. They said I needed new ones last time and said they would charge $24 / pair plus tax and install for nothing . They wanted $42 this time.

I called ahead and was told it would take 45 minutes for an oil change. By the time I got there, the time had grown to 1 hour 30 - 45 minutes. Fine. I told them the tire pressure light had just come on, so I would like to know which tire was low, just to keep an eye on it. They said they would check the pressures and any tire that was low would be checked over. They recommended I have the tires rotated for an additional $21.95, so I declined. The car was ready to go after 2 hours 10 minutes. After spending over $51 for an oil change, I left with the change oil message still showing, so I reset it manually myself. The tire pressure light was still on. There was no mention of a problem, but the paperwork said they had set the front and rear tire pressures to manufacturer specifications. I stopped to check all four tires, to find 31/31/31/25 pounds all around. The light went off after I aired up the tire myself.Update: I emailed details as requested and never heard back. At least I get a canned promotional email every so often telling me I need to come back for service. That isn’t happening at this point.

Never again ! Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Was instantly told I need all new lug nuts. I told them to leave it alone. Went to another place and they never mentioned it and did my rotation for free. Do you rip all people off or just the ladies.

There’s nothing quick about this place. Watched the tech servicing my vehicle eat his breakfast over my engine bay. These guys are clearly paid by the hour. Taking their sweet time to do anything. Given the opportunity I could likely change the oil in 8-10 vehicles in the 2 hours my vehicle was on the rack.

Went in this morning to get a rough estimate on an oil pan gasket, talked to a guy behind the desk, but he would not even try to get me an idea of price without bringing the car into a bay and looking at it. Absolutely unacceptable customer service! Firestone down the street had a printed estimate in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and we had been planning on buying a new car this summer from Woodhouse, that is no longer in the plans now either. Poor customer service just cost you Thousands of dollars Woodhouse.

Told them to rotate my tires hopefully they did, didnt see anything on my bill and didnt get a call that it was done, gave new phone number. They were super busy, have always had good service.

Ive had great service here for quick oil changes and a new set of tires. The service is great, they dont pressure you into going one way over another. I even had to talk with one of the mechanics and he seemed really knowledgable and didnt give me the run around.Also, service normally comes with a free car was, which is a nice perk.

My family and I have visited Quick Lane many times. Always straight information, honest, and accurate. We have saved lots of money using their service. Excellent place to get evaluations done too!No heavy engine or transmission work here, but thats to be expected.They have earned our trust!

The word quick is right in the name. However, they are anything but quick. I sat in the waiting room and watched the tech changing oil just going through the motions as a waiting room full of people looked on. I mean, can somebody light a fire under this guy? I got stuff to do! Not coming back to this place. 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate the tires. (Thats with one person ahead of me, but clearly was almost done by the time I pulled in) could have walked down the street to an auto parts store and done the work in their parking lot with time to spare. A ringing endorsement for jiffy lube this place is.

Both this location and the one on 72nd Street will not give an appointment and it first come first serve which I can deal with, but given the name it should be changed to Slow Lane, because no matter when I try to go its always a 2 or 3 hour wait, when I got my new truck from Wood House they talked this up to be so great, after my lease is up, Im done. So hard to get an oil change! Will find a place that I can make an appointment because most people work and cant sit for 2 or 3 hours for this kind of service! My advise fix it!

Ive been taking my vehicle to quicklane for the past several months, and cant imagine going anywhere different!! They have always been very fast with my services, and the personnel that I have encountered are super friendly. They always make sure that I understand whats going on before they make any decisions on my vehicle - I HIGHLY recommend this Woodhouse location, very reputable!

Very sketchy sales tactics, especially if you are a woman! My wife dropped her car for oil change, the works and only did oil change for $50, next day, took other car and did works correctly and charged less than basic oil change. Should both have been done the same for same $, didnt happen and shes been taking her car there for few years. Never again as its wrong to charge different $ for different people. No worries, I wont be back!

Went in for a transmission fluid change, even though they made a mistake, which caused my transmission to fail. They did admit it was there fault and replaced the transmission. I am 62 years old and have seen many times over, where companies would have not.Thank you Sam ( manager)

My husband and I have been taking both of our vehicles here for years. Staff are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that we have. As a woman, I feel comfortable taking my car here by myself without feeling like Im being taken advantage of. The free car wash with service is a nice added bonus too!

Fix the dang car wash half the nozzles don’t work leaves soap all over my truck!!! hot wax That’s a joke the rinse that’s a joke and there is a cone in front of that door at least 2 times a week.... Woodhouse you are not hurting for money spend a little make your customers happy!!!!

I know nothing about cars & I went here & they tried to take advantage of it. They claimed to have run a diagnostic, but not found anything but still were going to charge me for it, after I had told them not to do it in the first place. I took my car to a different place the next day & they ran the same diagnostic & found the problem. Additionally, they charged me outrageous prices for things that anywhere else would have been a courtesy service including changing license plates and adjusting a windshield wiper WITHOUT consulting me about the prices first. They said that my car needed $2,000 additional work when I took it in for a simple oil change, including a bunch of bogus things that were definitely not wrong with my car. DO NOT go to this place, even for a simple oil change.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years. Very honest with me on any work that needs to be done and no pressure. I highly recommend them.

Have gone here twice before for oil change and was happy with service. Went in and was told it would be an hour and half wait as they only had two technicians working. (Only one customer waiting) Stated I would come back after running some errands, BUT they wouldn’t hold my spot as it’s a first come first serve basis.....uh I came and I’m here now. This is how you lose business. Went down street to Firestone and got in without wait (three technicians waiting to work). They are normally less expensive too. Ended up and replaced all four tires. That’s a lot of business to lose simply because I couldn’t go run errands and come back before the 1 1/2 hrs.

NOT THE CASE HERE AT WOODHOUSE QUICK LANE. FINALLY A PLACE I AS A WOMAN CAN GO AND HAVE TRUST. THEIR PRICES FOR ONE BEAT ANYWHERE NEAR ME. I WAS WORRIED WITH A GREAT PRICE THEY WOULD PUSH SALES ON ME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE POOR. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE I HAVE GONE TO THIS LOCATION 5 TIMES NOW AND THEY ARE SO NICE TO ME SO SWEET I DONT FEEL LIKE ANYTHING THEY OFFER ME IS SOMETHING I DONT ABSOLUTELY NEED. I HAVE NOT MET ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE WHO I WOULDNT GIVE 5 STARS TO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They do a good job, its a place that checks everything, all the fluids, all the lights, tires, filters, wipers. Have really good deals on all tires, even match the competitions sales. I go there for all my services.

These guys are the place to come to for Nitrogen refill on tires. Knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have been going to Woodhouse Quick Lane for 10+ years. They have done a wonderful job and always been helpful.

They have always been great to me. Sometimes the wait is long, but that is to be expected when you are long in the que.The only reason I give a 4 rather than 5 is that I have been witness to other people -like every time- waiting a long time, being unhappy with the service and not being handled with care from the front desk.

Friendly efficient staff. If you have a coupon mention it up front as they will not honor it later. Will definately come back again.

Used to get great service here.. now, unless you are buying their overpriced add-ons, your priority level drops. I have gotten better quality service at a local WalMart. Took my truck to them for an oil change and to check a tire that had a nail in it.. Was told my truck was leaking oil from everywhere and that I needed to replace the tire with only 10k miles on it. When I refused to replace the tire, I was told it was too close to the sidewall and they couldnt help. I drove the truck across the parking lot to Discount Tire, and had it plugged FOR FREE within 20minutes. Took my truck to the Woodhouse dealer the following week to check the oil leak only to pay $85 to be told there is no leak on my 3 year old truck.

I have been taking my cars to the Woodhouse Quicklane for the last 4 years and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. They are always upfont and honest and the car washes are an added bonus. Anytime Ive had questions, the staff and technicians are always happy to help. I am really glad to have found this shop, they are great!

This location falls in line with the rest of all of the other woodhouse locations.I had voiced my concern a couple months ago and right away the manager of the location reached out to me and made sure that my experience did not deteriorate my opinion of woodhouse. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Every single employee I encountered treated me with complete and utter disrespect. They originally told me that my car would have been a set amount and when I came in to pick up my vehicle, it was over TWICE the assumed amount originally expressed. Then to make matters worse, I got to my car to find pen marks ALL over my car and pink paint marks on the ceiling of my car, none of which were there before I dropped my car off into their mistrustful hands. I would never recommend this place to anyone that I actually cared about. The only ones that deserve their awful service would be worst enemies. Pitiful.

The pencil whip their checklist always. The costed me 1700$ in brakes and rotors. The I made the mistake of going their again for an oil change. They then pencil whipped the checklist again on my tire pressure. Two days later I was a real Ford dealership because my car was pulling to the right; what you know one tire was 10 pounds low. Never again.

Not very quick at all. Ask for updates on when vehicle will be finished by and all they could say is around 4pm. Mind you I took my vehicle in for an oil change at 1145am. Over 4 hours for an oil change at a quicklane service center? Thats ridiculous.

Get there early before 6:45am and it only takes 40 min for tire rotation and oil change.
