Helpful staff. They actually took me to the area of the item that I was looking for instead of just pointing to the direction. The price online was cheaper than the price in the store but they matched it for me. I was satisfied with my purchase.

Got all of the fabric my wife needed for Christmas presents for grandkids. Lots of choices and well organized.

Love this place. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and they have SO MUCH fabric for every occasion, season, in every pattern, and textile. I always come here for my projects and always find everything I need and have a good experience. They also usually have coupons and discounts which is always nice.

A laid back place that has a wide selection of sewing supplies, fabrics and much more. Regrettably I didnt have much time to explore everything they have to offer. I will be going back again with more time to spend. Any questions I had were answered by staff who gave me a couple of bits of info to make my project go smoothly.

Is Joanns had a nice selection and wonderful display. It was the most up-to-date Jo-Ann fabric I have been in. Very clean and easy to navigate.

My trip here today was very disappointing. There were too many empty shelves and hardly any scrapbooking supplies. Its sad that I have to order most of my crafting supplies online these days. However, if youre looking for sewing supplies then shopping here is a good idea and youll probably be able to find what youre looking for. There were tons of fabric, yarn, and ribbon to choose from.

It was very busy. We entered our name at the fabric cutting area. Waited 20 min. When they called our name someone with the same name got there first. She was about six names after us. The fabric cutters were no help. They said next time put the initial of your last name. There was a line at the check out like black Friday. Easily 25 people in line.

Awful, unfriendly. My daughter asked for help and the employee was grouchy. Checkout line literally 14 customers deep and ONE cashier. After waiting for 10 minutes to have fabric cut.

Material is pricey and set up is confusing for me anyway. I do not go there often, but wanted to find different material. They had different material just way too expensive, and no one was around to ask questions.

JoAnns is my Walmart! If youre looking for supplies to feed your creative energy this is the place. The Bellevue store is always very customer service friendly. If you shop shop at the West Omaha location on the other hand, expect long waits. Although the staff is friendly there never seems to be enough of them available to help.

OMG! Be prepared to spend some time in here. Its almost too much. I feel like Im going to have a panic attack theres just sooooooo much to look at. I forget why and for what I went in there for and I just start grabbing what I now want not what I need. By the time Im standing there waiting for my fabric cuts I calm down and realize what I have done. Its a beautiful store. A lot of material, a lot of everything. Good sales. Polite employees and very clean. The only comp,aint is that there were only 2 people checking out and a long line. I waited almost 10 minutes.

They have a great variety of all thing crafting. Especially cotton fabric for mask making.They are very efficient at the measuring/cutting tables.The lines to check was amazingly long. However, the check out process was still efficient.

Absolutely horrible customer service every time I go in the store at 132nd and Center in Omaha. There are never enough employees. Waits to have fabric cut are 1.5 hours and more. Only one checkout line with one cashier handling returns, curbside service and all walk-in customers. Each transaction took a minimum of 12 minutes (so many inefficiencies!!!) all the while the checker was commenting on each item laid on the counter by the given guest (oh....this is neat! Love this color! What are you making today?). There is a time and place for that; the time is not when there are 15 people waiting in line. I stood in that line for 45 minutes and when it was my turn to approach the counter, was told I needed to go stand in the fabric cutting line to have my clearly marked remnant and jaggedly cut piece of foam padding measured and priced. I would have asked which line I needed to be in before I stood there for 45 minutes, BUT there was no one else assisting customers in the store. This isnt the first time I have had such terrible service at this store. But, it will be my last. Im going elsewhere.

Awesome selection of fabrics. Downside is the line for the cut bar is exceptionally long on weekends, as is the line for the registers.

I went to this JoAnn store for 1/8 elastic--to make masks for my daughter. After checking the aisles in the notions area, I was told I needed to go to the cutting counter. The employee there wasnt friendly. When I asked her if they had any 1/8 elastic in packages, she said they didnt have any. I later checked their website and found that they did have it, but it was in the jewelry-making rather than the sewing area.

The availability of a wide arrange of fabrics, crafts and notions is AMAZING!

This place is like crack. Its super addicting if you love crafting lol. I never knew it existed until Corona hit. Now I go almost every week.

Prices are a bit high even with the coupon deals. One of the only local places left to get a wide variety of fabric by the yard.

This Joann Fabric store is large, clean, and well stocked. There is plenty of space in the facility for social distancing. If you are having fabric cut, you can out your name in, and they will call you when it is your turn.

7 registers, 2 cashiers, 60 people in line. Whats the purpose of extra registers if you dont use them? They did look nice, though.

Please let customers know when you receive a curbside order pickup. I placed an order, A simple, one item order for something I need that says in stock. TWO DAYS and no word. Please take care of your customers better. We want to like your business and enjoy the shopping experience in store (when allowed) as well as online and you make it difficult to have a positive experience.

I like Joann Fabrics but wow are they overpriced. They need a better selection of fabric prints. Also, they need better and more clearance items. Overall, I do like them.

The staff there went out of their way to make my shopping experience great.

Only one cashier on a Friday afternoon

I have been shopping at my local Joanns in Bellevue, NE since the Pandemic hit. The Bellevue store is pathetic and a huge disappointment every time I go.. I was blown away at all the selection at the West Center Road store. Cutting line went very smoothly, too, as it was well-staffed. I intend to go back soon as tgey have such great choices at this location.

Walked around the store for an hour trying to figure out what fabric and materials I needed for a project. Theres no staff available to help and the staff that I did run across acted too busy to help. The lady at the counter did say Have a nice day as I left empty handed.

The staff is wonderful considering it’s a busy season. She took the time out to help pick fabric that matched my project even though there was a line.

Went and picked up and online order and a couple of things I forgot. The cashier at first was very intimidating and acted like I was interrupting her but after making small talk she ended up being OK but still not the most friendly.

My interaction at this store left me with a sour feeling, and as I read through more reviews, its easy to see that Im not the only one.After my name was called to the cutting station, the woman behind the desk unrolled my quilting fabric and scoffed when I (unknowingly) asked for a dimension that was more than what was left on the roll. She flatly asked, what are you making with this? to which I responded, a quilt. She asked how, so I told her my plan (Im a 21 year old beginner so I knew my plan was not perfect - but I wasnt asking for advice). An extremely rude, critical look overcame her face and I was immediately offended (but stayed calm and kind). I stood there in silence, and she finally responded, yeahhh I guess that could work in a judgmental tone. I politely asked if there was a specific day of the week that they put out new shipments so I that could get this fabric when more comes in, or if she could recommend any other stores that I could try, and I received no definitive (or even helpful) response.My whole experience in this store was very negative and left me feeling doubtful about my own creativity. I would not recommend this store to anyone - let this place be your last resort!

Staff was mostly amazing. One employee ignored me when I was trying to ask for help. Mary Kay helped me with my fabric, and she was just amazing! Ill be back just for Mary Kay!!!

Best selection of Cricut vinyl in the Omaha area!

The store is nice and has a great yarn selection. I docked a few stars, though, because I don’t always receive the best service. There have been multiple times when items were listed on sale, but wouldn’t ring up properly at the register. Or, I’d want to use a coupon that had no restrictions listed, but their system wouldn’t take it. Instead of overriding the system to accommodate what is advertised (aka good service), they would just go with what their system told them and not accept the sale or coupon. I never have these issues at the Bellevue location, so I know it’s not just a “Joann’s” thing.

This place is HUGE. I like the selections but it was confusing finding what I needed. The people were very helpful in giving directions.

Place looked nice and well kept but employees werent very friendly. It seemed like I was a nuisance to them even though I was definitely polite. Asked one employee where to find patterns and was told to just look around. Found the section where patterns are and I asked how to find a specific kind of pattern and was treated like i shouldve already known how to look through their selection. Quite overwhelming and overall was unpleasant.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance several times through the entire covid-19 pandemic. I know everyone is trying to figure things out but this location has failed with every attempt. First I attempted to call to get help after being sold a used sewing machine and the girl on the phone was incredibly rude to me. I have gone and waited in line a couple of times and drive away several times as well. I waited in line for over 45 minutes one day and the only reason I moved up in line was because two people gave up on waiting and left. People do not go in get what they need and leave Joann which causes wait times to be very long. I’ve experienced unfriendly staff as other reviewers have mentioned. This time around I’ve tried to do curbside pick up and my order is still sitting on processing for over a day now. The council bluffs location never has any of these issues and my order is ready in a couple hours at the council bluffs location. I wish this store would get it together with the size and selection of product but the experience isn’t worth it.

I went in for a planner and their stock was really low! Even full, its a smaller selection than Michaels. Same price too. The store looks very nice on the inside though, very new and fresh.

JOANN Fabrics come on girl, you did a dirty!!! First I would like to say I dont frequent this store that often but when I do, I often leave with more than what I was expecting to purchase (which is a good thing for a store in my opinion). But today JOANN you let me down! So here is my experience/constructive criticism.... 1.) The woman at the cash register clearly demonstrated she either did not like her job, didnt want to be there, or was dealing with something in her personal life. Ok I get it we all have times where we arent living our best life. With that aside at the end of my purchase she informed me that they were having a free for all that when you purchased an item from the store, you could pick out a free item from these bins they had set out. Knowing the items were most likely picked through and possibly nothing of value to me, I decided to look anyway. At the end of my search I noticed these cute year planners (with fun sayings on them). Thinking I had been needing one and it would be a good way to spring clean my life, I chose that as my free item. Brought my purchases home and went to show my husband my new calendar planner. However much to my surprise when I took off the clearance tag I quickly noticed the planner was for June 2018 - June 2019. My dream of a more organized life dissolved the moment JOANN Fabrics decided to say oh hey look customers we are having this awesome free for all but really we are going to hide the fact that this schedule planner is out of date and now no good to you. To say Im disappointed in this store is an understatement given that they tried to pull one over on their customers and for that I give them a three star!

If you know your going to be there awhile and youll need something cut, put your name in the kiosk. It takes awhile before you can get help. Especially on the weekends.

I love this store, the selection is great, good deals and the store itself is very organized.I will say they really need to improve staffing. Everytime I check out, it’s chaotic. I just checked out with a Jennifer (who had a million things going on) a full line of customers and she was the only cashier. She was extremely pleasant and friendly even though she was dealing with a few issues etc. & that is not always the case from what I’ve experienced. She’s a keeper & has a great attitude!

Im being generous for the fact me and my mom have only been here like 7 times. The staff are knowledgeable but there is one older lady, gray hair, overweight, that has been rude to both me and my mom the last 2 times weve been here. She works at the register. Other than that everyone else, especially the younger girls, have been more than nice

A good location to find the supplies for all types of crafts and sewing projects. Sometimes the register checkout is slow because they only have one or two open. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

They seem to think they need to follow the 10-person rule where grocery stores, Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, none of those stores follow it. I waited for an hour & 15 minutes. I watched two other people come right around 10:00 bc someone was standing in line saving a place for them, so that pushed everyone else back. By time I got in there, the help was not nice at all. They were short, they didnt help you w/anything so I walked out. Hasnt been the first time Ive come across impatient and grumpy help there!

I love Joann fabrics this is one of my favorite stores to visit when I come to Omaha. They always have neat things and I always get the fabric that I want. I dont have to go hunting anywhere else to find what Im looking for. Jo-Anns is awesome I would definitely recommend coming to the store and I would definitely come back.

Absolutely LOVE this Joanns! They remodeled recently, and it was worth it. Its spacious and has more selection than the store in Bellevue. There is even an area right in the middle of store for their classes!

I really love JOANN Fabrics & Crafts! That said, when I got there yesterday, the store is being completely remodeled and it was a little difficult to find what I was looking for. Even with all that, I had a positive shopping trip because there were great bargains to be found!
