I went in here looking for a bedframe. The salesman was very responsive. He found the frame I was looking for, and when I showed him that I could get it online for much cheaper, he match the price. I picked it up from the warehouse that day. Pretty easy.

I called a store to get some bunky boards for my king platform. Jerry helped me and got me all situated over the phone, letting me know we could do everything digitally and I could pick up at the warehouse with my digital receipt.When I arrived, I realized I wouldnt be able to pick them up myself but the warehouse manager, Brittany, loaded them into her vehicle and hand delivered them to my apartment.She definitely did not have to do that but that was some SERIOUS customer service. I was very pleased with my experience at the store today February 11, 2021 I had the pleasure of being serviced by the store manager she was so helpful in helping me pick out the perfect mattress set for my guest room. Not only did I get a good sale on my mattress and box spring but she showed me how to save even more money in the end so I recommend this location highly the store manager is the bomb!

We shopped for a mattress at the west Omaha location and were extremely happy with the attention and knowledge of our sales associate, Jeremy. He was able to answer all our questions and showed us comparable mattresses to our original inquiry. We were able to find a mattress quickly and with confidence.

My girlfriend and I are moving and were in need of a mattress so we stumbled into Mattress Firm and was greeted by Aaron. He was able to show us around and test out a few different mattresses. He was able to use our feedback and make recommendations that would work for us. He was knowledgeable about the current deals and offers which we took advantage of once we found a mattress that we both enjoyed. The two other young women that also work there were very personable and were able to give us great advice for food in the area. We ended up getting lunch at one spot she recommended and it was perfect! Next time I need a mattress, I might make the 600 mile drive and talk with them! 10/10 would recommend.

I was blown away with the amazing service we received from Jermey! We were greeted as we walked in the store. We explained that we hadnt had a chance to look at this was our first visit. Jermey really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explain our different options, and show us different mattresses we would like and within different price ranges. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient as we made a decision. Great experience overall!

Five stars for my experience. The receptionist was super nice and helpful, and so was the warehouse guy. All I bought was a new box spring which is fulfilling its purpose just fine and we’re keeping it, so I can’t speak about their mattresses or their customer service concerning problems or returns.

The store manager explained a lot of things to me that I didnt know about mattresses. I truly appreciated learning these facts. He took his time having me try various styles and comfort levels. He was in no hurry for me to decide and didnt push any particular style/brand on me. He took time to get to know more about me and my lifestyle to help with any questions/concerns I had about my choice. The service was amazing and I was surprised that delivery would take place so quickly. I highly recommend this location. I walked out feeling confident about my purchase and knowing I received the best deal he could offer.

Kyle was very knowledgeable about the mattress industry and took our budget into consideration. No hard sales so we didn’t feel pressured to buy and could really take our time to decide. I bought from this company about 4 years ago and also had a great experience then, still loving my mattress too. They have great financing and delivery options. You also have 4 months to exchange or return the mattress if you end up not liking it. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Bought a bed here in 2017 and we love it. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Tried to buy another bed online without going into the store first and it was a disaster. Bed is terrible and now I’m dealing with all of these fees to exchange or return it. Will never buy a bed online again.

What she showed me first was not what I originally came in to look at. It was BETTER AND about the same price. I still took a little look around at other options and nothing was better than the very first Mattress I was shown. You simply can not ask for more from a Sales Person.*Once I got home I did notice on your website that I could have saved another $126 through your website on a couple pillows (Malouf Supreme Cool Pillow x2) I paid $259.98 before tax I could have paid $205.70 on your website after tax and the Mattress Protector (Sleepys Basic Smooth Protector) was $20 and some change after tax online.. I paid $79.99 before tax. I do still sincerely appreciate the service. Wondering if maybe I could get some compensation for this though??? or cancel the items and just purchase online. Kinda do want someone to reach out to me on this since I was in today* Update 5/20/21 1:00pm, an hour after they opened. Spoke with Aaron on the phone and he got this taken care of immediately! Great experience -- much simpler and more efficient than some of the alternatives. Store manager (Kyle) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As others have said, he isnt at all pushy and gives you plenty of time to look around, try out different mattresses without feeling self-conscious, etc. I saw one customer stay for a while and then left without buying as they couldnt decide -- he wished them well and didnt try to pressure them to making a purchase.
