We ordered many pieces of Ethan Allen furniture when we moved into a condo during the fall of 2020. Kathleen B did a GREAT job of helping us decide what was needed in our space. We knew we wanted a more modern design with furniture that complemented that vision. Kathleen helped us with colors, textures, fabrics - enhancing the look and feel of our living space in the living/family room as well as the kitchen/dining area. We are Very pleased with the results and the furniture creates a space we love to be in as a family as well as when we entertain friends.We will continue to use Ethan Allen for other furniture, rugs, and items that we may need in the future. It was a very pleasant experience and Kathleen was able to meet our needs with the look that we had anticipated.

My husband and I stopped by to browse and were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable designer/salesperson there, Julie Menzel. We weren’t sure what we needed for our home, so Julie volunteered to stop by to measure and produce ideas for us a few days later. With their 25% off February sale going on we were on a time crunch to find furniture that worked. For this reason, Julie did not even cancel her trip to our house when it had been a snow storm and freezing just the day before- talk about dedication! We met with her back in the store where she had nearly printed out her favorite pieces for our home, and let us check out some fabrics she picked. Ultimately, we decided not to buy the dining table from her (because the tops are not water resistant and for that price point, we need to be able to set a glass down at dinner without a coaster and not fret), and have since started to look elsewhere for our sofa and new chair. If only Julie had a side-hustle aside from Ethan Allen- I would love to use her to browse other stores in Omaha that have a larger selection to pick from!Overall Pros: beautiful, American made furniture sold by a talented interior designer, Julie Menzel.Cons: table tops are not catalyzed (water resistant), pretty steep price point, not enough selections compared to other furniture monsters in Omaha

The furniture pieces I ordered are so well structured and beautiful- I love them! Our sales associate was very helpful as well. We did have a couple of negative encounters with the woman who answered the phone and is also a manager there- she is quite abrupt/unpleasant. But, the sales associate was great and the quality of the furniture is superior. Very happy with my purchase!

We went to Ethan Allen in January or February 2020. We were so excited to have the designer come to our home and listen to our styles and give us ideas. We went back to go over what the stylist had picked for us and she was more than double our budget. So we decided to buy things in pieces instead of everything at once. We ordered two swivel chairs in March 2020. When the chairs were delivered one was damaged, the delivery guys didn’t even take it off the truck as they knew we wouldn’t accept it. So they had to order a new chair. Then the pandemic hit and I understand that things slowed down during that, but communication was horrible. I Sent multiple emails that were never replied to. So finally in August 2020, I called the manager. She knew about our issues right away when I started explaining what was going on. She offered to order two new chairs at half off and then pick the one back up. And promised to update me the 1st and 15th of the month. That of course did not happen. I had to email her monthly to get updates. Finally November 2020, we get the chairs and they take the other one back. We were then supposed to get a credit for the difference. The original total price for the two chairs was $4,113.45 the second invoice with the discounted chairs was $2,373.75. Mind you, that’s not half off. Anyways we finally get a credit of $949.50...again the math does not add up. The difference between the two invoices is more than $949.50. The furniture is over priced and the service is horrible. Still trying to get this situation worked out. We will never shop with them again. And we will make sure to share our horrible experience with anyone and everyone.

The salesperson Julie was so kind and so helpful. And the quality of the furniture is top notch. I will never go back to NFM again.

My husband and I needed a new bed and wanted a classic look. We went to Ethan Allen because of their reputation. We were helped by Deidre OLeary. She was wonderful! She is so creative and new exactly what would work in the room. Deidre is also fun to work with! She made the experience so fun and exciting. When the bed came we were blown away! I loved working with Deidre so much, that I went back to seek her help for our entryway! I was speechless with what she picked out! It was exactly what I was looking for and more! Needless to say I am obsessed with how everything turned out! I highly recommend working with Deidre! You will not be disappointed. She is my go to for interior design.

I have purchased items from Ethan Allen for years and absolutely love the quality theyre products offer. I recently went in to furnish a basement that was being remodeled. My Design Consultant Miss Allison Hilfiker is amazing to work with! She really listened to me and the whole experience was a true collaboration! She wasnt offended if I didnt like something and was quick to find something that I loved! She also went above and beyond for customer service as well. I went in with a special sale and financing promotion that was ending in two days. She happened to be off the next three days, but made time for me the next day at 8am sharp to do measurements! Then met me up at the showroom later in the morning, so I could place my order in time! We were able to put together a complete design and order all within 24 hours of my initial visit! She provided outstanding service and was a lot of fun to work with!!

Allison was great to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She came out to the house several times with fabric so we could choose the right one for our couches and counter stools. She responds to texts/emails in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we are on our third try to get the counter stools right — the fabric and the workmanship on the stools is substandard given what we paid for them. We ordered them at the end of January of this year and we are still waiting for them to be right. The Ethan Allen workmanship is not what it used to be, but at least it was fun working with Allison.

Excellent customer service and on time delivery. Furniture was delivered perfectly!! Our designer even showed up which was a bonus!!!

We enjoyed working with Deidre, she came out to our home with fabric samples to see how they looked in our home and let us keep them a few days to see how they looked in different lights. Kathleen worked with us until we found exactly the right thing for our living room, which turned out to be two apartment sized tan sofas, not the dark brown sofa and love seat we thouhgt we wanted. She made a trip to the house and measured so we got the right size carpet, too. The carpet is the only reason I didnt give five stars. We only saw a small sample of what I assume was the side before buying it, and I really wasnt happy when it turned out to have a lot of beige in the center. Its also wildly impractical for a country house full of pets. We re not supposed to use a beater brush when we vaccuum, and its already full of fur. In hindsight, we should have gotten an easy to clean industrial carpet. The hand knotted wool one is pretty, just not right for a house where mud, barf, and accidents are part of daily life.Kathleen was great about paint colors. She recommended beige, not one of my favorites, then a dark gray, which also got a thumbs down. She finally came up with a medium bluish gray, and it looks wonderful.

I have worked with many decorators from all over the country, including Ethan Allen. None of my experiences compare with how pleased I have been working with Annette Mundy. Annette listens. After just one chance meeting in the store, she came to my home with samples that nailed it.I wanted to replace my countertops but after our consultation I was able to see how beautiful they are, it was my other choices that were not working. My husband has come to the store with me a couple times to pick out furniture and fabrics. He has commented on Annettes enthusiasm and her ability to guide us in the right direction.We love our home and there is no way that we could have done any of this on our own.I was really reluctant to embark on another relationship with a decorator. Much of what I was undoing was on the advice of others. I am so happy that I met Annette. I really feel like she cares about design. I whole heartedly recommend her!

It makes me sad to write this. We spent a pretty sizable amount of money here for a sectional and ottoman. The designer we worked with was great. They told me we should have our furniture by the 23rd of December, 2016.Well, here we are and no furniture. I called them and they told me that there was a delay until the end of January. Gee, a phone call advising us of this would have been nice. They told me someone in charge would call me back....waiting to hear from them too.First and last time doing business with them.

Wow terrible service department. Never have any issues with your product or they will crucify you for it. Service manager accused us of showing him furniture that wasnt theirs because he didnt recognize it. They wont fix a cushion issue because the seam whole is too big even though it is under warranty. Of course no where does it say the size of the year in the warranty. Regional manager was suppose to call us back and never did. Completely blew is off. Many other issues. Will never waste our money on a company like this again. 10s of thousands of dollars wasted in them
