Great service, boat would not start and they came out next day and fixed issue right off the lift. I figured they would be backed out a few weeks based on how long its taking to have our jet ski serviced from a different dealer in town. Very happy and excellent service from Mike and Paul.

I recently bought a sports stuff slide for my pontoon boat that required an H valve adapter for my 12 V AC pump. I searched high and low several different sporting good stores and stores I felt might have this part with no success. I went to Omaha Marine center and spoke to Ryan Maley the parts manager. I had pictures of the valve on the slide and I also had taken the owners manual for the slide which had pictures of the H valve I needed to put air in the slide. Ryan was extremely helpful and showed me parts that he had that he felt would work. He went to the extreme of finding an h valve that he felt may or may not work on my slide and the12 V AC pump and then showed me a valve on an inflatable paddle board that looked identical to the valve on my slide. Ryan then handed me a hand pump that has the necessary h valve on it and said here try this too. Ryan took time to help me figure out which part I needed and which would work best for my needs. I felt Ryan went above and beyond in helping me find the piece I needed. Omaha Marine Center will continue to get my business

We live in Colorado Springs, CO and purchased our first boat through the Omaha Marine Center (OMC) as they were the closest Premiere dealership. I called them about week before our arrival, and they were the most gracious hosts, providing us some insight on where to stay, and eat, etc. Upon arrival, they treated us like we were the only ones in the store. Josh, specifically, sat down with us for most of the morning and helped us select all of the different options for our tritoon, and immediately sent in our order for production. Although the impacts of COVID on the labor market delayed production several months, Josh kept us informed of the boats status as best he could. Once delivered, Josh and almost the entire Service Department, spent about half a day demonstrating all of the boats features, and dismantled the upper deck for transport. They all treated the boat like it was their own, ensuring no precautions were overlooked. In addition to ordering and assisting us with operation and transport, they made financing incredibly easy. We literally explored financing options the before we considered paying cash, and they had offered financing and approved us overnight. The paperwork was super simple, and our loan fully executed with about half a day of applying. Give them a go, youll be glad you did.

People say it is risky to buy a used boat, and I agree with them normally.However I bought my boat from Omaha marine center and it worked out great for about a month, then it started developing a few unforeseen issues. The people at Omaha marine center assured me that they would take care of all the issues and get them fixed as soon as they could. They fixed all the issues at no cost to me, and where helpful and friendly through the process. If I had bought this boat private party or possibly from another dealership I could be out a lot of money. I would recommend going through these guys for any boating needs.

Do you ever go to a location or store for a product and feel like you just want to be a part of the atmosphere and family that has developed there. That is definitely this place. I was in desperate need for a lifevest couldn’t find one anywhere called them they had one left, and held onto it till the end of my day, and on top of that was super easy to talk to and super easy to relate to and definitely will be going back for every need that I have related to Marin and boat.

I wanted to share my experience with working with staff at Omaha Marine Center. We purchased a used boat from Ryan Huber. He was very professional and kept in complete communication throughout the entire process. This spring when we initially took the boat out there was issues with the touch screen so we contacted Ryan and he got us in touch with Mike in service. Mike was able to get our boat in right away to look at. Within 2 days he had located the issue and we picked the boat back up.Nothing but professional staff and services. We wont know how well the boat is until we have had a chance to use it this summer but I would recommend working with anyone there.

It looked like a really nice place for Ski and other high priced boats. But, I was looking for accessories for a recently purchased fishing boat. They might be able to order what you need, but, I guess I would recommend Bass Pro/Cabelas, or even Walmart. Between these three companies you can usually find what you need, or they can order in also. But, if you are wanting to ski or tube, Omaha Marine Center definitely has the good looking boat for you.

Their pro shop is awesome. I’ve brought my snowboard there a couple of times for waxes and tuning - they always do a great job!

This place was great!!! I went to get a new snowboard waxed and they were actually able to do it right then. Took about 10-15 minutes. The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Called to make an appointment they said drop the boat off. So I drove all the way from East of council bluffs to drop it off and they said they cant work on it. They only work on newer boats. Like my money is not green cause I dont own a 2000 or newer boat

After dealing with almost EVERY boat dealer in Nebraska trying to trade our boat for a little bigger one, I got to the point of not wanting to deal with it anymore. From other dealers we got lied to, treated rudely, and one dealer promising us for 3 weeks our new boat would be ready and then stopped responding and answering our calls. We were over it and just thought we would wait until next summer. I was told about a boat at Omaha Marine Center that we should look at. I was hesitant and my husband was over this process too. I decided to call them and get some info on this particular boat.Ryan H in sales took my call. He was very nice, helpful and respectful. I hung up and told my husband we should check it out- Ryan was so nice, unlike all the others. So we took our boat up to be inspected and looked at the new boat. I told Ryan we wanted this done by the weekend because we are tired of the runaround and the season is almost over. He said he would have our boat checked out and then would call me with a trade amount. He called me a day before he promised with good news and we were able to work a deal with our trade to get the new boat. He said he would do his best to have our boat ready by Saturday. I was nervous because I’ve heard that before however, he had it a day early. He did everything he said he was going to do and more. I told him we would be back in a few years for a new boat. I own a 2050 Crestliner fishing boat and a Caravelle pleasure boat that have both been serviced for major issues at Omaha Marine the past year and I could not be happier. The service folks took the time to determine the issues, let me know the costs of repair and went to work to fix them. They got both of my boats running as good as new and all the little electronics issues taken care of in a timely fashion. I would not take my boats any where else to be serviced. They are top shelf at Omaha Marine!

I purchased a used boat site unseen out of state from Ryan at Omaha Marine Center. He went the extra mile and provided photos and descriptions to make sure I knew what I was buying. They installed a tower rack on the boat and did it right by reinforcing the fiberglass like Monster tower says to do. Great initial impression, disapointing customer service especially from the service department.I purchased a brand new boat from Omaha Marine Center recently. I first met them at a local boat show and was impressed with the individual I spoke with so I visited their shop. I had a good experience with he salesperson who helped my wife and I. Being first time boat owners we had many questions and he took the time to answer them for us. During the purchasing process I decided I wanted to upgrade the trolling motor and the fish finder on the boat. I was surprised when I received large quotes from the service department to swap exact brand units for better ones. I understood the cost difference in the units I was upgrading, but did not expect hundreds of dollars in labor costs per unit to switch them out. In total I believe it was over around $500 in labor. I decided to go with them because it was easiest for me to just have it done there and pick up the boat ready to go. When I took the boat home I noticed the depth finder had an error message on the screen. The moment I turned it on. It was useless, no depth readings and it kept kicking you back to a blank screen. I took it out on a lake the next day and same issue. I called the shop and was transferred around a few times and was told by each person they didnt know anything about that message and to call the manufacturer hummingbird. This included the department manager who couldnt have tried harder to get off the phone with me. After less than 5 minutes on the phone with hummingbird they determined the unit was defective and needed to be exchanged. So I paid hundreds of dollars for professional install and I left with a unit that didnt even get tested. Let alone when I called them there was zero effort to resolve my non working depth finder. I called my salesperson to let him know what had happened and he apologized and let me know he would speak to his manager about the issue and that I would probably hear something from them. I also called the service department to inform them of what happened per his recommendation. Terry the manager was not in so I fully explained my situation to the employee that answered the phone and he took down my information. It was clear I was frustrated. We are now 2 weekend days and 3 business days later and no one has called me. They obviously dont care. I would only recommend this company to you if you have no intent to deal with the service department. I feel that I was taken advantage of and overpaid for what could not have taken them hours to complete. Even worse they didnt even do a basic check to make sure it was working properly. Again I had zero experience with a depth finder and was able to find out it was defective the first time I turned it on. I do not blame them for the depth finder being defective, but it is their fault to send me on my way with a non working unit after I paid hundreds of dollars for them to install it. Why would I take my boat back here for annual service? When I add more accessories on my boat this summer I will not be taking it to Omaha Marine Center.

Have had nothing but issues with having them service my boat. I lost six weeks of boating time due to them not looking at my boat in a timely manner, and in the end they never did fix it and still charged me. I took my business to Valley Marine and was happy there, will never go back to Omaha Marine.

I have purchased more than one boat through Omaha Marine and used their service department a number of times. This time I worked with Josh in sales and the experience was fabulous. Always followed up and never told me anything that did not happen as said. Anyone who buys a boat wants it yesterday and between Josh and their service dept (Terry Smith) and his staff they made it happen over a very busy time for them. Do NOT take your skis or snowboard to this business for waxing. They have no idea what they are doing. They have one of the worlds best wax machines (Montana) and have no clue how to use it. After I picked up a few boards, I noticed a lot of wax caked on them. Furthermore, one of the boards had a lot of dirt under the wax. When I questioned the person behind the counter, he said it was normal and the wax would come off after my first run. SMH. I then called Montana company and spoke to the manager (Scott) who informed me that I was correct and they must not know how to use the machine properly. I will never use this company again to wax my boards. If you dont know that the wax should be smooth vs caked on and not have dirt under it then you shouldnt be selling this type of service. Maybe Omaha Marine should stick with boats and get out of the ski business...

Very helpful staff. They spent a good 15 min. with me opening different packages and trying to help me find the right drain plug. Most places would not help you like this for a $3 purchase. A+ This will be my first stop next time I am looking for a new boat. The little things like this are important to me.

I have had great service from these guys over the years. In both sales, parts and pro shop these are the only guys that get it and have it in town! As far as the 1 STAR whiners I often seen on reviews. Your low review isnt going to fix your problems. Save yourself some time and frustration going to any of the other dealers, these guys are the only certified A team in town. Buy a boat or accessories from these guys and they will treat you like a VIP!

This place is pathetic. After multiple calls, I finally got through to service, I explain that I just need an outboard motor swapped and the guy immediately tells me they are too busy and they have to be selective about the jobs they do. So in other words if its going to take any real work, theyre not interested. I dont know what it is about boat shops in this area but customer service seems to be non existent unless its a brand new boat that they can over charge you to do little to no work. I would never recommend thus place to anyone.

I bought a 260 Signature series Chapparal from Omaha Marine and the sales staff was great and the whole purchase process went very smooth.

Omaha Marine Center exceeded the expectations of my wife and I twice in 3 days, so far. First, they performed an immediate inspection/minor service on a boat/trailer we bought the very same day (prep usually takes up towards 3-4 days). The got us water ready within two hours of walking in the door. Second, after day two of fun on lake Manawa, our winch strap snapped. Kevin at the parts department certified that we would replace the strap at no charge. Great, fast and fair service. Typically, I wouldnt buy a boat at dealer price, but with their readiness, fairness and agility, Omaha Marine made it a sweet deal! After the weekend with the new boat, we noticed some trim adjustments have to be made, the boat pulls left, and Ill be sure to bring it here to get fixed up.

I worked with Ryan in parts to purchase a new Feelfree 11.5 fishing kayak. I couldnt have had a better experience. He was super knowledgeable and wasnt pushy when I told him I wanted to look at other kayaks before committing. In the end I went with the feelfree 11.5 and if you do any research before buying you will probably end up going with something in the feelfree lineup. I would recommend Omaha Marine to anyone. A+ service and experience.

I have been in their shop 3 times and have left each time wondering how there doors are still open. The worst experience wasnt even in their shop. I called in for a simple service question and was belittled by Terry who is apparently too busy to offer decent customer service. Needless to say after much frustration i will not be keeping the business local and looking forward to seeing the MasterCraft dealer near our lake home.

I took my 05 mastercraft x10 here to have it worked on after failed multiple attempts lasting around 6 months by another local boat company(place I bought from), and there techs were able to diagnose and correct the issue at hand! Not only did they get me back on the water, but gave me a couple of maintenance tips to keep me running strong through the summer! I highly recommend omaha marine for any boating need! Shoulda listened to my brothers. Not good service..if you dont have cash for there boat.. dont bother unless you want to be treated like a wellfair receipient...was told call him if you run into a inheritance even though i had a preapproval for purchase. And the downpayment cash in hand. The boat they are trying to sell they seem to never be able to show it. Even though it states immediate test drives available...if you dont really wanna sell it take it off the market...not a good expierence for a 34000 luxury item! Boo.

This is place is horrible, do not recommend. Customer service is non-existent, and they are extremely rude as well. They act inconvenienced by any attempt to do service business. I am a military member with a nearly new larger boat who moved into the local area last year. I chose to have my boat winterized by Omaha Marine in the fall. I found the service department staff to be extremely rude, and was told on multiple occasions that my boat was not their priority, and that they were too busy to be bothered with my business. However, being new to the area I elected to continue. They did accomplish the winterization within the quoted timeline and cost. The job appeared to be done thoroughly & professionally. So, at the time I chalked up the bad customer service to an over-worked service department at the end of the season and put the boat away for the winter.Fast forward to spring, I call to schedule the de-winterization and was promptly reminded that my boat was not a priority, we are selling boats, and that is our priority. It may be upwards of a month before we get to your boat. Needless to say, I will be taking my $100k boat somewhere else where basic customer service IS a priority. I will also NOT be recommending Omaha Marine to my fellow service members.In my opinion they feel they can treat customers however they wish as full service boat dealers in the Omaha area are few and far between. The work they do, isnt the issue here the customer service is. Take your boat somewhere where they actually treat you like a valued customer...

Good sales people with fast follow through!

Omaha Marine Center has a very well stocked pro shop with everything I needed to make my time on the water more enjoyable. Staff was really knowledgeable.

I wanted to buy a new Crestliner, saw they were a dealer, so I emailed them. Crestliner listed the price of the boat on thier website for 14,500. I had to re-email to see if they recieved my request a purchase of the boat.. He said they would have to call Crestliner and work up a quote and they needed the sales manager to do that and he wasnt in until a few days later. I got the feeling they didnt want to really sell a boat.. One day after I got told I had to wait for thier sales manager to get a quote on my boat (which doesnt make any sense) I called The Boat Dock in Grand Island, they got me a quote within a few hours, 14,200$.. Days later Omaha marine finally emailed me back saying they could get me the boat for 17,500$. I guess the extra 3000$ must have been an inconvenience fee for them having to help a potential customer or something. Their google reviews are scamed too. Read the reviews from real people first!
