A godsend for women with wide feet -- they actually stock W widths, on-site, in attractive shoes. After hitting some of the typical favorites and finding nothing I could spend a day in, I headed to Shoe Carnival and scored the Eurosoft Temiras below. There were **multiple** W options in the style I was hunting -- I had CHOICES! -- but ultimately these were wide enough in their standard width.The store itself does not seem to have the selection of, say, a DSW, so I knocked off a star there, but what does the breadth of styles matter if the breadth of the shoes is narrow? I will be back.

We went to look for shoes for my toddlers, of course in true toddler fashion one had to use the bathroom, we asked to use the bathroom and they said no, so we just left. I’d rather take my business elsewhere, the employees were rude and in the time we were there no one greated/acknowledge us. We ended up going to another local shoe store with extremely friendly/helpful employees and dropped $200! ❤️

Great variety of shoes, Running shoes, boots, sandals, crocs, tennis shoes, cleats, alot and for kids if they get bored easily there us a basketball hoop there for them to play with if they come with you

I will never come here again! No one seems interested in helping a customer. Just busy standing around so 3 people can say hi as you walk in and then youre dead to them.

Found the shoes I wanted but when I asked for the bathroom they said they didnt have one????ok so you want people to spend money on items theyre but not letting them use the restroom..ok well I went to the next shoe store and they one said of course you can use the restroom ..so since I was there I just bought my shoes there and then my kids wanted shoes so we got them shoes and I had told them how I was treated about the bathroom I usually spend about 100 to 300 dollars on shoes for work because I work on a kill floor providing Nebraska their beef and when I cant use the restroom at the store I am going to spend my money on well no thanks I will let another store have my business and I will never support a shoe carnival ever again because that is just terrible I hope it was covid related because I had in the back of my mind that it was because of the color of my skin but I make about $2000.00 a week take home for what I do so I really hope it was just the covid thing and not the other one and I will be telling my friends about all what happened and not to waste time or money supporting your company

This is a great place to shop for shoes. They usually have a discount going on so being able to squeeze in another pair is made easier. The store is small, but it is very organized and clean, so you dont have to worry shoe boxes lying on the ground. They also play a variety of music, whether it be a new modern song, or an older one, there is something for everyone. It is usually not busy, so it could be better to go here than to go to a mall or other more regularly visited shoe store. All in all, this store is a great place to grab a pair of shoes for whatever occasion, you wont be disappointed.

This was the first time Ive been to A Shoe Carnival. I am pretty frugal (some may say cheap), so I always look for the best quality product at the best price. I bought a pair of FILA, for $35.00! They seem pretty comfortable on day one. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Ill be buying all future shoes from Shoe Carnival, and will be telling friends if they ask.They have all the name brands, ranging from $35.00 to over $100.00.

So disorganized, got to the cash register and ended up leaving with nothing because the prices were all wrong in the clearance section

Myself and my family were awkwardly followed around the store for 25 minutes by the same girl who works there.. super weird and made us want to just leave. She didnt ask at all of we needed any help. Just took off everytime i walked towards her. Shoes are okay here. Struggled to find my size for 3/4 of the shoes in the store. Best part about the store was the 80s music

Went there with my son. Not much of a selection. In past they had many styles and colors to select from. Not very helpful staff. Five clerks standing around the cash registers.

I liked it here because I felt I was personally being helped by one girl, I came in and had no idea what I was looking for and one of the girls was working up front and asked if I needed any help and I said ya and she showed me a few things I wouldnt have thought about wearing and i ended up buying 2 pairs. She was like my own personal assistant and really made my shopping experience really good. Ill be coming back!

My kids love to buy their shoes here. It is palatable to me because almost every time we go to buy shoes they have a buy one get one half off sale. With five children, I always buy two pairs of shoes for the same or different children. I found the employees are happy to check you out, but not very available in the store - to measure a growing childs feet or to help you find a specific item. What is on the sales floor is what you get. As a family with larger then average feet (one son isnt fully grown and already wears a 14!), finding our sizes can be challenging. They do have a great website where you can order the larger sizes, but you dont get the same sales benefits you get in the store.

Size 11! They carry size 11 womens! For this reason alone I love Shoe Carnival and visit whenever Im in Omaha. They also have tremendous bargains on their clearance racks. I just picked up a pair of Merrills for $30! They also carry Rampage boots and other quality brands. Recommended!

Loads of brand name shoes. No need to look anywhere else for a good shoe. Prices are okay but with buy one get the second pair half off makes affordable

Great selection of shoes. However, manager was extremely rude and condescending towards me. I wore a pair of shoes for an hour yesterday and they cut up my feet. I just wanted an exchange and she went on a big rant about how the store is losing money because of me. The other employees, however, were extremely polite. It sucks that the management made me feel lesser from the moment I walked in.

Never have my size in ANY of the styles I like. I’m a size 11, all I saw were size is 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5 and a few 9s

They have a wide selection of name brand shoes (Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, etc) reasonably priced. If you need more than 1 pair they usually have a bogo 1/2 off the 2nd pair. Good place to go for back to school shopping.

Clean and well organized

I visited here for the first time today. I was not greeted when I walked in, there were no employees who even bothered to ask if I needed help. I was looking for a new pair of shoes size in a 9. But as I searched high and low for my correct shoe size there were almost no 9s in the size and style that I wanted. Over all visit was pretty bad. At least the store was clean. But customer service here and size options are nonexistent.
