We have 6 vehicles of various ages in our family, all cared for by the team at this Jensen Tire. I panic everytime we have an issue, but with each one, we get prompt & professional care. Our last visit to fix a valve issue looked like it would be very expensive, but Hal took the time to research the problem & cut the estimate in more than half. Im so grateful for the great service & care, once again. Im not normally a review writer, but these guys rock!!

My tire sensor came on over the weekend so I stopped at Jensen Tire (168&Harrison) before work on Monday. They were able to look at my tire and repair it right away - it was a nail! When they said I was all set to go, they also said there was no charge!!! So, they took me as a walk-in appointment, completed the repair right away, and didn’t charge me! That turned my Monday around and made me a customer for LIFE!!!

Great first-time experience! Staff (Ethan, in my case) was nice and very accommodating. Had my oil change done and tires rotated in less than an hour. Also, price was very reasonable. Think I found my local go-to shop!

Went in to get a squeaky rear brake checked out. Got a call 30 minutes later saying the caliper needs lubricated & the brake pad is in great shape. they noticed the front brakes needed repair. $770!!! I said no I can’t afford that today. Picked it up got a second opinion. Front brake pads have 70% life left. Suffice to say we will never do business at Jensen Tire again.

About 2 hours for changing one tire...with an appointment. Nothing like hearing it will be done soon after an hour...and then waiting another hour.Update...another guy comes up and tells me 5 minutes...only 15 more after that.

We had a screw in our back passenger tire that required a replacement due to the sidewall being damaged. Hal ordered us a new tire and was professional and personable. Super nice people. I wasnt sure if I needed tires. They gave me an detailed explanation about my tires. I could have waited a little longer but since I was leaving on a trip I decided to buy the tires today. I always go there for my oil change too.

We went to Tuffy Auto in January and they told us we needed new rear brakes. They then told us we also need a new serpentine belt. I told them we better not because they (Tuffy) had replaced it less than a year ago.Fast forward a few months, Jensen was recommended for our brakes by friends. I made an appointment online to replace the rear brakes.Jensen called me back (did not stay at the store) to tell me that the brakes are fine on both the front and back. I greatly appreciated their honesty as they could have still replaced my brakes and I wouldnt have known they were actually good. Will be going back with any other needs.

My a/c compressor went out on my vehicle. It was going to take 2 days to complete the work. When Hal found out that I traveled for my job and that I would be driving in 95 degree weather without air conditioning, he made some calls and rearranged services to immediately fit me in. Great and timely service. Quickly diagnosed and offered to repair an issue another shop (not Jensen) opted to ignore. They quickly replaced my timing belt and fixed/cleaned battery corrosion issues.

I spent $900 on a/c & it still doesnt work. Got 2 tires patched and they still go flat every 3 days. They wont answer my calls or call me back. Dont go there.

I took my vehicle in a few months ago and since then my brakes screech when braking. I took it back in and was told nothing was wrong but they are still screeching so loudly. It is so embarrassing

I like the honesty I get at Jensen. I Have had many different things done on my truck from full brakes to oils changes. My last visit I was told what it would cost to change my transmission fluid and the price was fair. They stated that my transmission lines were leaking at the fittings and the lines were on backorder from fiat. Jake told me the small leak was nothing to worry about “my type of truck is prone to it” and my fluid levels haven’t even dropped yet. Jake at the desk is very personable, knowledgeable and practices covid guidelines very well to keep his customers safe. I will continue to go to my Jensen tire location for trusted results and fair prices.

What a great shop! I cant put into words how helpful these guys were. They had me in and out of the shop in 2 minutes with a smile on their face the whole time! Jake, Ethan, and Eric were a huge help. Eric is just so funny!

I had a tire that was losing air and needed to be patched on my way to work. They were able to squeeze me in and kept me updated on the progress.

Great fast service. The only negative is that their final charge didnt match the price quoted over the phone for the tire mount and balance.

Wow! What incredible customer service. The last couple time’s I’ve gone into Jensen for little issues, they have been quick and kind throughout the whole process. I was a little scared of having to wait in the waiting room during COVID, but they have arranged the chairs to be distanced and require masks to be worn at all times. I definitely recommend this location!

This store on about 168th and Monroe st is Awesome!!! They never try to up sale me on things I don’t need. They do inform me ( with evidence and details) things that I should do. I have tried a lot of mechanics in this area and Jensen Tire is my choice. Their service is consistent and I have never had a problem. Things are done right the first time. I have never had a problem with a repair. I have heard people say they are to expensive. I will be the first one to say that they are not. Believe me when I say that I have shopped around. A lot of companies in this area should advertise “We do it right because we do it twice”!!! I have been through them all. Jensen Tire is where I go. Very convenient and reliable.

I have brought my vehicle to this location several times for new tires or repairs and have always had a wonderful experience. John at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. They are always busy which I view as a sign that they are well liked and trusted by everyone in the area. I would highly recommend this store!

Everything was perfect, kind courteous, clean and they did the flat repair for free. Far more than I expected. Until I left and the low air warning light was still on, so I thought well maybe since they had the tire off it might have messed with it a little. So I waited until the morning and it was still on, checked with gage and tire had 31 lbs of air in it. Not any were near what the vehicle recommends, it should be above 45 to make the light go out and not more than 51 for the tire.

This is the second time I brought my van in for the oil change and tire rotation. The first time I took my van in they rotated my tires but didn’t fix the air pressure nor did they top off my fluids. The second time I told him about the tire pressure which they fixed but they still did not top off my fluids, something that easy makes you wonder what else they did not do. This will be the last time I use Jensen tire to service my vehicle.

I called a week ago and ordered tires. Got total price including roadside hazard.I made appointment for Monday morning at 8:00am. Dropped vehicle off at 730 am asked estimated completion time and was told around 1030 am. Asked if they would check rear brakes and mentioned in there ad they match coupon for coupon for tires. Jake Said to bring in estimate. I get a call around 1:45pm that vehicle was ready. Get there asked if they checked rear pads? Nope, no notes were made to do inspection thanks Jake. Jake came in asked if I had other estimate to match I told him I didnt then he said alright and walked out. The guy cashing me out said oh I need to get with Jake on price for tires. Came back told me sorry he was hooking you up on price thats why I had to get with him again. Said total 676 I said including road hazard he turned around oh you wanted that. I said I had a quote out the door when I ordered these tires of 680 something. Slaps some keys oh yea here it is.. Point Im getting at is some how price got raised if they were going to charge me 676 without hazard and were hooking me up add another 50.00 dollars and puts you over 700.00. I believe price got raised thinking I was coming in with other quote... I could be wrong but waiting watching a circus take place to get a final price. I wont be back to Jensen tire.

I was previously quoted from a different auto repair shop and found their prices waaayy too costly. I did some searching and called Jensen, where Jake provided me with a proper good quote (accurate too). I had to have my water pump replaced, oil + filter change, and tyre leak checked. Got my vehicle in and was repaired and ready same day (depends what you get done obviously).Very professional service, Ethan called me back and took my payment when the repairs were done. Price came right at my budget (actually under!) and my concerns were taken seriously. Over all I greatly appreciate my local Jensens outstanding work on my vehicle and will be back for future maintenance. If youre looking for a quote and not looking to be upsold on stuff you dont need or want done, give these folks a call and find out for yourself.

I have used many times. Majority of the times things go just fine once in a while they forgot to work on my car or forgot to do or check something I asked them to. But overall I like the convenience of the location and their prices are typically better than a dealership.Edit: My original review was a 4, Ive deducted 1 star. I called to get a price on shocks and schedule my truck. The manager was going to see when he could get the shocks in and call me back. Never called. In the past Ive taken one of my vehicles in for work that should have taken and hour (oil change) and called 8 hours later only find out they forgot about me. Management has messed up other times too. I like the location, I can walk home, and prices are fair. Work is typically good. But management can frequently be a problem. Ill continue to use Jensen, but it wouldnt take much to take my 6 cars elsewhere. This review only pertains to 167th and Monroe street. I have no experience with other Jensens.

I was cheerfully greeted by the man working at the front desk. I was surprised that he used my name when greeting. He promptly checked with the service person in the shop and quickly reported back to me that the technicians were finalizing the new tire installation.The work was done quickly and accurately. I am very pleased with the results of my visit to this shop.
