We had to get three different styles of light fixtures for our house. Because they didn’t have just one style in stock. My ceiling lights are different from my vanity lights and my wall sconces are different from my ceiling and vanity light in the future I’m going to have to replace all of my light fixtures. There was no staffing lighting as well.

Overall decent prices on most products. Landscaping area is awesome with lots of great choices for retaining walls, pavers. Etc. They definitely need more variety of tile choices.

Had an issue, i bought a vanity with top that was supposed to be white finish. but it was not, it was a cream color. ill upload photos, the thing is i paid someone to install this and i dont really like the color, i went to the store and the person in charge of plumbing (Jon) told me to return it. now Im going to pay again remove and install another one that i dont like? the thing is that the company who provides those vanitys to menards is not giving them the right finish and now im affect it by it. this is really frustrating. be the judge and tell me if that is the right color!

Mostly great deals, very few things are priced higher than theyre worth. I purchase my DIY home project materials here because the price cant be beat, especially for a local store! I always wait for the rebate sales to make larger purchases so I can then return for other purchases with my accumulated rebate credits. Great customer service as well!

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Yard guys were even nice enough to cut 12 foot boards in half so they would fit in my truck better (needed 6 footers but they were sold out) Awesome help and quick thinking.

This place has everything you need from dog and cat supplies, paint, lights, you name it. The prices are really good, and they have great deals. I shop here every chance I get a great place to shop.

Spent a couple hundred dollars on items today that store refused to give me some large bags to put each item in when I asked. I wanted a bag for each large item for a reason. Store didnt care, manager said they cant give the bags out, even though I had purchased 14 large items that didnt fit in the small bags. None of the other Menards are picky or refuse to give bags out. I will take our business to other locations and avoid this store. I should return all the stuff I bought at this location. Customer service is not a standard at this location.

Initially, I thought that this was going to be a quick and easy trip. I came into the store with the item that I purchased and the receipt to return it. This is the first time that I’ve been to this specific location. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. I took back an item *with the receipt* and they would only allow me to get my money back, either back on my debit card or store credit. I did offer to have my money returned to my debit card, but was told that I would have to have my card in order to do so. When I asked if I could just have it returned back to me as cash since I had the item and the receipt, Zach quickly and shortly gave me “no” with no explanation. Make sure you have your item, receipt, and your wallet/purse with you. It could save you some time, money, and a long walk to the car and back jus to wait in line again. I’m not sure when rules changed when returning items, but it was a little frustrating, and I didn’t even receive so much as an apology for the inconvenience or a polite goodbye. Just a cold shoulder.

Clean store and very helpful customer service.

Walked in with a heavy lamp that I needed a bolt for....of course I forgot my mask as I was fumbling with the lamp. My fault. As I’m looking through the bolts a worker stands 10 feet away and asks if I have a mask. I apologize that I forgot. He says I have to go up front and get one or leave. Literally I’m standing there holding the light and deciding which bolt works. I tell ok and have a nice day. I walk all the way to the entrance and ask if I can have a mask so I can go buy the bolt. The lady first ignores me and when I ask a second time, politely, she rolls her eyes at me, sighs, and says I can buy one, rolls her eyes again and looks back down at her register.Forget it....I’ll make the drive to Lowe’s. Yep it’s only a bolt but I will likely spend $5,000 this summer on rental repairs, and I will not be going to Menards. If they want to enforce the mask rule, I completely understand and it was my fault. But treating customers like that? No thank you.

Menards are my favorite stores.

We needed humidifier as our apartment is very dry. We stopped in to Menards to see what they had. Found one we liked and they had 15% discount when placed in their brown bag. We put one in there, then picked up a shower curtain. A nice clean place to shop.

Very nice home improvement store. We went in for a few electrical items but this place seems to have a bit of everything.We did not need help finding anything but there was staff walking around.In case you needed to know what was in their weekly advertisements, they even post them on the restrooms.

I am a bit torn - I had multiple items to return to menards after fixing my house. I ultimately was taken care of, but the process was frustrating. PLEASE READ THIS --- if you cant find a receipt - the BEST THING TO DO is to use their kiosk that can print every receipt that matches your credit card. I have purchased $1762 worth of product from across 15 or 20 receipts in a 2 month time period - so I was getting frustrated trying to figure out which receipt I needed to match the miscellaneous items I was returning... which of course I bought them all at different times. I finally figured out it was WAY EASIER TO JUST PRINT EVERY RECEIPT and let the customer service person figure out which receipt each item was on. it took way less time to just print all the receipts without looking at them then to try to sift through them all. So anyway -- PLEASE DO THAT to save yourself a headache. I couldve just had them do a no receipt in store credit but I am moving and the area I am moving to is deep in the country and far away from a menards. I got mad because I actually did the no receipt option then changed my mind and wanted them to credit it to my credit card - they said they could not do that without the receipt of purchase... this is how i figured out the print out every freaking receipt strategy i mentioned above. So to sum it up - I printed every receipt, they took back the in-store credit after finding the right receipt and gave me a credit back to my credit card like I really wanted. It was a journey -- but we got the destination. I was happy to get my credit, but it left a foul taste in my mouth that they had make go through so much rigamarole. I hope this review helped you. I would still go to menards in the future.OH- when they credit you back Less than the purchase price it is because you sent in the rebate so dont freak out because you ultimately get the full price back when you get your rebate. Again- I hope this helps you out!

This is my favorite store of all time. In the event of the zombi apocalypse I will be coming here IMMEDIATELY. They have everything. Employees are nice and knowledgeable great experience 10/10 would recommend

I am a Menards several times a week regular and almost never an issue. This time however, I asked someone who was on one of there movable ladders to help me get something off an upper shelf, not more than 20 feet from where he was. He said i would have to go ask someone in a department way across the store to get it down because if he got it down, it would mess up their inventory. Now, I know damn well that it doesnt matter who gets it down so it can be in my cart. That was complete bs.

Friendly staff and its easy to navigate around the store.Honestly the only thing I dont like about menards compared to other building supply stores is themat I wish they had self checkouts. You can get more people through faster, and I dont have to talk to anyone lol.

The customer service was fantastic. I love their selection of products, as well as their low prices on various products. Some products were a bit more than my budget allows for, but the products I HAVE bought at the normal prices have been well worth the money I paid.

1 staff member grumbled when I asked for a flat cart to load a heavy bulky item. Another young man was very nice and helped me out. Worker helped me load up my purchase after helping someone else in the parking lot, ended visit on a good note!

Mail-in rebates in 2020. The prices are advertised after the applying the rebate. Most of the time its not worth the hassle to mail the rebate form for small purchases. Even with their 11% rebate, mailing the form is a coin toss. Recently I made a $200 purchase and mailed my supposedly $20+ rebate form. Never heard back and now I need to decide whether its worth my time to track where that ended up.

Horrible service when it is near closing time and don’t be surprised if you get yelled at for mistaking prices at all. You also get told you don’t know how to read when employees miss label the prices.

As only being a Nebraska resident for a year, Menards is new to me as a store. We have been using one for various stuff and recently we made an online order for something that was not in the store. After the item was showing ship date once, then being moved, and then being moved again. I emailed back to find out what the issue is as this is holding up a project. The plumbing manager Jaime was very helpful and we were able to get a different, but same dimensions, item needed right away. Hopefully we can now get this project done, along with all the other projects we are doing. Thank you for being extra helpful!

I love Menards! They have everything you need for home improvement and more. Their cherry soda is delicious, and i my dog loves their toys. The last one we got him lasted 1 year when others only last 30 min to an hour.

Love to shop at the store until we get to the check out. Every time they are rude. Last time it was Lori with long gray hair. Seemed like we were troubling her by going to her check out even though she was standing at the end with no one in line. Super rude. We won’t be going back.

Just like any big box store they have allot of what you need for home improvement. The only thing I do not like is it can be hard to find things at times and more often than not the staff will not know where to look. I wish they had an online system like home depot where online it tells you what isle things are.

Nice store with plenty of products in stock. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is required to wear a mask to enter but that wasnt an issue. The store wasnt overly crowded so we could take our time and casually browse through the store.

All employees I came in contact with were extremely helpful. Great selection of products. A few empty shelves here and there.

I ordered a window in May 2020 with Menards. We got the window minus a screen. In following up with them, they said the screens were on back order. We were never notified that the screens were on back order. It is now January 2021, I still do not have a screen on my window. They keep telling me they are still on backorder and it will be shipped directly to our house. They said in August it should be here in September or October. We checked back in November after not receiving one in the previous months. They said our order wasnt on the list to receive one by the end if the year. I have also reached out to the JeldWen company, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation. I get the backorder thing, but it has been 8 months, and its a screen.

Went to buy Christmas decorations. Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware also inflatable minions for 29.99. Menards wants to charge you $39.99 because theyre giving you 11% discount. Asked if they would do a price check.First words out of their mouths but we give you 11% discount. For the first time Ive had very poor service at Menards now thinking is that a store that I actually want to shop at.

I tried to return some stone siding to this location and they turned me away saying I needed to go back to the location I purchased them at. I had just returned some to a different store a week before and had no issues and explained that but they still refused to help me. So I went to the next closest location and was able to return all my samples again with no issues! So as far as I am concerned....this menards IS THE WORST ONE IN OMAHA! 😡

I am very happy that this is one of the few stores that enforce wearing masks. I have a sense that it is a safer place to shop. Great job

Menards is similar but better than all the other home improvement stores. They require masks so if you accidentally have trouble breathing dont even bother going he will not allow you entry. Theyre lighting section is phenomenal, the Landscaping section is full however, the Timbers images on the ground a few and far between and in rough shape. The store is very spread out and typically you need something from one corner and then something to go with it from the opposite corner so its kind of got a weird layout that makes you walk by the groceries stores appliances, skipping paint and going through the weird clothing section. Get some dog food while you there. Or some cheesy puffs

Interesting store. Truly one stop. Pick up hardware, lumber, milk, veggies, cat food, etc. They seem to have it all!

Very helpful with special orders as well as when having specific questions about projects. Just make sure that if you have an order pickup with multiple items to count them because sometimes they miss some.

Menards was one of the first ones to force people to wear masks into the store and I chose not to go there. now that everybody has to wear masks I will only go there if I absolutely have to... Much rather go to Lowes or home Depot who didnt require masks.

The lady (older, dark hair with glasses) managing the bath was incredibly rude for no reason. Just asked a simple question, had planned to but everything for a bathroom remodel her but will take my business elsewhere. They do have a solid selection of stuff and the younger lady working was helpful but her attitude ruin my experience here.

Like a kid in a candy store. I got all sorts of items except what was on my list. All that electrical. And no basic 20,18,16GA auto wire. But a super variety of so many items.

The manager of 20 year or so he says treated me terrible because i tried returning a product!!!!
