Ive been going here for months, putting up with various annoyances, such as the price of my juice keeps changing, and people keep selling me the wrong coils or pods. Today was the last straw. I go to open up a brand new bottle of juice, they didnt bother to screw the lid on all the way. So when I turn it upside down, half the bottle spilled on the floor. Ive tried to call, I even texted the store number. I have reasonable evidence to believe they were received. This probably wont make a difference either. I really wanted this to be the place I go for my vape needs, but its just not a well managed business. Train your employees better, and dont sell me bottles of juice that are going to get spilled... Ive been shopping around for an alternative. Jackman e-cigs looks ok. For anyone reading this go there first.

Great customer service, knowledgeable employees and a excellent variety of smoking materials and smoking devices. Huge selection of quality cigars and so many great e juices to pick from all at reasonable prices! I also appreciate the fact that this is a locally owned business and the owner is a military veteran! And to speak about the comment where the guy tries to return a lighter (Who does that?) I dont think any store would let you return a used lighter...lol...

Dont go here, I live right by and was a loyal customer till I purchased a torch lighter at the recommendation of one of the sales people there. It didnt work for what I got it for, so I tried to return it to get a stronger one. The slimy owner then says, all tobacco purchases are final and that the lighter was a tobacco products. Its not, fda standards. So the owner would not honor the sale. Coaches employees to sell low or poor quality products then hides behind his return policy. I will also say that I have gotten some glass pieces from there and they have fallen apart from normal in home use. I will not be back and look forward to it closing.

If there was a score lower then one star I would choose that, walked Into the store called the water pipes, bongs and the owner of the store tried to say I couldnt say that, I didnt know that you could not freely speaking in someones store. And then he proceeded to verbally assault and threaten me I left peacefully. And then when I was trying to get one of my buddys, still in the store to unlock his car, he almost knocked me over by flinging the door open to then proceeded to scream in my face to never come back. Plus Ive heard from multiple people that this dude is crazy.

Staff is very friendly. Prices are great and so is their selection of products.

I go here when I need cigars. This is a place where you can literally watch your money go up in smoke.

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Walked in, the guy mumbles heh then I searched the disorganized store, and after passing the large pocket knife/sword display, had to ask where their vape juice was. He goes there. And theres the menu and turned back to what he was doing. Without even a look, told him to have a good day and turned to leave, and heard a mumbled yeah behind me as I bolted for the door. Terrible. Ill stick with Aloma
