I had a great time here. So many great items for reasonable prices. I left with some beautiful home decor and jewelry. The staff were super friendly, especially a kind staff member named Jane. I love stopping here while at the mall.

I love this store but the employee there today was so annoying! Kept pestering me to buy other things and lied to me about a coupon that I could’ve used. I would’ve had a much more enjoyable experience with maybe someone else working :)

This place is awesome! It reminds me of a store I used to go to in the Old Market of downtown Omaha. I was very pleased with Earthbounds selection. My cashier today (24 Feb 2021) was Sarah and both she and the other employee working were very knowledgeable and kind.

One of my favorite places to shop. Unique items and I love the reusable totes! I have at least 10 hahah

I absolutely LOVE visiting this store. The store manager Ariel is there every time I go (which is a lot!) and she is so knowledgeable about the merchandise and always very friendly. Every trip to this location is extremely pleasant. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Awful!! Had always been one of my favorite stores but just left and am not very happy. The girl who rang me out was nice but the other girl had the nerve to ask me after I paid and was leaving if I needed to pay for the bracelets on my wrist...nope paid for them months ago at different store called Awakenings! If she had looked you can clearly see that they do not even have bracelets that look like the ones I came in wearing!! This girl had passed me at least 3 other times asking if I was finding things ok, so 3 opportunities to notice that I was wearing them already, not to mention when I walked in she would have clearly seen them on me!! The other part that angers me is a guy who was purchasing a few things in front of me also had on a couple similar bracelets to mine and was not asked if he had payed for his. Will not go back.

Being in earthbound was like the first sip of good coffee. It slowly got better, and the service was awesome.

Fantastic array of objects of curiosity and enjoyment. The entrance is filled with polished geodes and gemstones, clothing that is both colorful and comfortable, and cases of the most amazing butterflies a non collector could imagine. As you move into the store past all of this, you see incense and holders as one of their staples for many years. They have quite a good variety including Dragons Blood which smells exquisite. They usually have some new things around this point such as this months art books and hand carved elephants with baby elephants inside of them. Past this you get into their jewelry and some more clothes. While some of it is over priced (not ridiculous like a jewelry store lol), the pieces are fun and great to look at. If you are trying to find something unique to complement your outfit, this is a great place to start. My daughter and I love going here just to see what all they have if nothing else and we tend to do specialized shopping like for mothers day here as well. To top it off, military and retirees can get 10% off with their ID card!

This store is not only full of fake crystals and cultural appropriation with overpriced merchandise, the employees followed me and my friend around the store the whole time and asked to take our stuff from us. After a while it seemed to be that they thought we were stealing, even though we had done nothing wrong. The employees were rude at check out and left my friend and I extremely upset after the encounter. Will not be returning.

Very nice store with LOTS of great stuff!!! Also the staff is always wonderful and helpful when we go in which makes shopping even more of a pleasure. Also prices are pretty decent as well.One thing I would like to mention which I had not saw before going in yesterday the great variety of journal type books that they sell with leather covering. Eyeing the larger which I think would be great for so much but gonna wait to see if the price drops or it goes on sale :)Also, they have very good incense selection which may be of interest and at decent price. Picked up a box and holder...LOVE the smell in the house and the holder works great!!!Recommend checking out if you havent already!!!

I gave this 5 stars because they have a lot of cool stuff, its just not my type of store. But if youre into hemp, healing crystals, and other earthly (hence the name) items this is the place for you.

This is truly one of my favorite stores in the whole world and always will be. Unfortunately, I have to edit my previous 5 star review to now a 1 star. I was into the store today for the first time in months and was super excited, as it looked like there were many new items especially incense. I pulled my mask down to smell the new ones and the first one was fabulous! The cashier/manager promptly & sternly instructed me to raise my mask over my nose. I let her know I was just smelling the incense. My wife & I are the only 2 customers in the entire store and no one else is within 6 feet of us. The cashier/manager tells me to smell them through my mask. Seriously!? I will never return to the store again. Thank you

I was very excited to have come across your store. Eager to purchased significant pieces to add to my collection as well as refer to my platform of health and wellness clients. Only to be ignored and frowned upon after entering your store. After witnessing and recording your workers greet others visitors and tell them about the sales going on I couldn’t help but be overwhelmed with sadness. We know this line of work is very important in regards to energy. After exploring for quite a bit still no interactions or assistance. Not only will I never buy from your establishment but I will make it aware to the community the racial issues from your staff. Auriel, store manager, I would hope that you implement diversity within your business.

The girl that was working there was very sweat to my son. She made us feel welcome, which made us purchase more. We will be back.
