The worker was helpful. I think its funny that you cant get your foot sized but can try on as many shoes as you like. So thats what my kids did tried on several shoes to figure out what size they are. Always a way around the system I guess.

We walked through to see what shoes they had. We were just checking it out. We saw some shoes we liked but didnt purchase any at this time. Maybe later in the month. We may come back here again soon.

Horrible service. 4 employees. Store full of customers. 1 person on the register. Fine. 3 other employees. Not one helping any customers or even acknowledging customers. Waited for about 5 min. Glad there are other shoe stores here.

We went to the store 3 minutes before they closed to get some shoes for my brothers birthday. He knew exactly what shoes he wanted and the transaction would have taken less than 3 minutes! I asked if we could come in since they shouldn’t have been closed yet. The gentleman at the register shook his head saying no. Definitely not impressed

Footlocker is definitely back!! The selection here is better than anywhere else in the city and its just getting better. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and full of actual sneakerheads. Love this place!!!

It was nice their spreading out theyre store. But they didnt have my mans size and he wears a 15. But other than that i like what they are doing with the store.

Buying a pair of shoes

Would give it 0 if I could. I have never had an experience like this in my life. on 12-2019 I ordered a white Champions Hoodie XL off there website, little did I know the countless hours on the phone and frustration I would face in the coming weeks. Received champions sweatshirt, opened it up and find a HUGE brown stain on it. It was impossible to miss and I know some lazy employee saw it and said heck with it im gonna send anyway in his head. I call customer service, after 20 mins on the phone and tons of bartering on my part they agreed to send me another after I sent the one I have back. So fine, I sent this one back and a week and a half later I get my replacement in the mail. Open the replacement sweatshirt and BOOM sent me an XS instead of an XL. Call customer service, 20 mins, they tell me to send the second one back and I will finally get the one I ordered. So today 1-10-20 got my package in the mail, open it and BOOM L. Why cant they get this right. Its not hard to send me a clean, XL, sweatshirt. Every other company on the universe can get this right. No wonder they are going out of business!

Terrible customer service by younger staff. Seems they need to all be trained on how to treat customers and stay off of their phones to be attentive to a customer and keep their personal highschool drama off the floor when a customer is asking for specifics about a shoe..I had to wait for a conversation between two females to be finished as they yelled through the store at oneanother their story . Very poor training.
