Overland has legit real deal fur and leather clothing and accessories for sale. The quality of their merchandise is incredible! I bought a leather briefcase bag for my dad years and years ago that he uses everyday and its still in great shape! The store also smells really good!

Lovely products. I stopped in with a friend to try in a pair of boots and a wool coat that I saw online. My size was in stock for both and I would have purchased them had I not been totally ignored by the sales people for the 20 minutes I spent inside. Every other customer in the store was chatted to and helped, but I was not. I have the blessing of having a baby face so perhaps the salespeople assumed I was just some teenager. I will purchase the boots and coat online.

Too expensive for thin coats

Probably perfect through and through. I loved the choices for there are many. I was impressed with the customer service; friendly and knowledgeable. I left with a bag of happiness and will wear it all knowing that you can only find the good stuff at places like Overland. ( Omaha was my experience)

Nice high-end shop for leather goods

Incredible selection. I think they have a better selection for men than women, but nonetheless it’s a great store! I got my boyfriend a leather belt ($40) here for Christmas and he put it on immediately. If I had more to spend, I’m sure he would’ve loved shoes and a coat as well haha. Higher priced store but very high quality. The worker was really helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Never judge a book by its cover. I wasnt recognized and treated fairly until I picked out some items without assistance giving them a few of my hard earned blue collar dollars. Ive been a regular here off and on for the better part of two decades. My apologies for not dressing like a white collar patron. Service and attitude suddenly changed once I was ready to spend money because the quality of Overland products brought me back years later when I returned to Omaha. My most recent experience will not be forgotten and it would be wise to return to your core values to treat every customer equally.

Great products just horrible customer service with a store full of snooty sales staff. Id like to share my recent Christmas shopping experience with Omaha consumers...I stopped at the Overland Leather store in the Old market on Christmas Eve in search of some leather and lambs wool slippers for my wife. I found a pair with a hefty price tag of $149 in the right size (although the color I wanted was sold out) .I only had $145 on me in cash and I had left all my credit cards at home with my wife a day earlier. I asked the salesman if he could talk with the store manager to see if they would give me a $4 discount so I would not have to drive home almost 50 miles round trip for the $4.00 that I was short. He initially told me No, we dont give any discounts here. I explained that I was a repeat customer and that I actually bought my wife a $500 leather bag almost 35 years earlier that she still has. I asked him if he would check with store manager for me, in light of my situation. He walked away and not even 20 seconds later he brings a woman to me and says, this customer has a question for you . I explained to her, in forced presence of other patrons, what my embarrassing dilemma was, and why I was asking for this HUGE $4.00 discount. (approx 4% ). She said Oh, we just dont give any discounts that are not consistent with the corporate discount structure, sorry but we cannot ! I left the store unhappy and amazed that any store this day and age would treat customers this way. I went outside to my car. As I was about to leave, I remembered that I had a picture of one of my credit cards in my photos on my phone. So I went back into the store to make the purchase. When I got home, I opened the box to check that I was given the correct size. I was surprised to see that the saleman had made a mistake and actually put THREE slipper booties in my box ! He must have inadvertently put the display boot in my box also. I grinned from ear to ear ! Now thats consumer Christmas Karma !!!

Great quality. Lots of different things to look at: shoes, boots, sandals, hats, handbags, scarves, clothing for men and women. Great sale prices this weekend. We bought three items with incredible bargains. Friendly, efficient staff.

Excellent and unique Christmas gifts! My 2 are already hidden with my name on it:) It had been years since Ive been here, loved checking all the new inventory and the smell of this store! Sales guy was extremely helpful in finding the perfect winter scarf and beautiful woven blanket. Will have to stop back more often.

I originally found this place in Denver Colorado and fell in love with an infinity scarf. I am so glad there is one in Omaha. I bought my scarf and the staff was so helpful! If you are looking for good quality fur and leather products, this should be your go to shop.

I absolutely love the products carried at this store. I believe they are unique and/or otherwise difficult to find. I just started purchasing products here and hope the quality is a reflection of the price and not just hard to find. I do think they have room to improve their business model. For example I can buy it online and get free shipping or even get 5% in rebates via Amqzoncs CC, but if I buy it in a store they would rather pay for shipping than offer 5% in discounts. I have more examples, but thats all for now. Later I will share information on quality and durability. And pictures.

In this store you can find many high quality articles, genuine leather belts and hats. Staff was friendly and nice. Highly recommended.

Last night my girlfriend and I decided to stop by Overland and buy a third pair of Olukais. I was already wearing my first pair the lighter chestnut color when we arrived at the store. We went straight to the last pair in my size in the java brown. I had the shoebox in my hand and was walking around the store when a woman working there came up to me and swiped her shoe over the top of mine and asked did you decide to just walk around in these? Some what in shock I said to her No, Im buying another pair in a different color... she then said well Ill need to hold these up front for you and took the box from me. After the shock wore off I told my girlfriend what happened and she asked the employee did you think he was stealing these?! Instead of apologizing for the false accusation and making us feel uncomfortable, she then asked to see my ID. We realize the theft can be a problem, However, this particular sales person needs a lesson, at minimum, in decorum.
