They close at 9 oclock and I tried to call. I called from 8 oclock on and got a recording that they werent available to answer the call. They lost my business and that of everyone I know.

The customer service was awful. When I had a question about a return they didn’t seem like they cared enough to answer my question throughly. When I returned my item, one of the teenage workers laughed and said they didn’t hear my question. The service was not acceptable. The clothes also have a limited range. I would recommend buying only online. This save the hassle from the workers and a wider selection of clothes. I will not be returning to this store again.

PacSun is the absolute best store in the mall, the employees are friendly, the store is cleanly, great music selection playing the whole time. It’s a great environment with an even greater clothing selection to choose from!

A lot of great deals going on right now

Incredibly rude customer service from the manager. The deals throughout the store are not clear and he did not explain them well enough. The manager was super rude and kept saying that he has already explained this to us multiple times when we were still confused. As a long-time customer, Im disappointed to have been treated this way and hope that staff changes are made in the future.

Horrible service. Never talked to us. Slammed the door when changing. Were sassy back when we asked questions. Overall the most stuck up people Ive encountered. Will not be going there for a long time.

No one hear is willing to help or greet you. They all just ignore you when you clearly need help. They all act like they’re there to model and just stand around.When someone went to grab a room for a customer they worker seemed piss that they had to unlock the room.Idk why these ppl work when they aren’t willing to help customers. I had no one greet me while I was there for an hour lol.

I generally never leave reviews unless they’re great or extremely horrible. But, the lady helping me seemed like the manager cause she was older. Rude af. Wouldn’t even look at me when checking me out & acted like it was a huge hassle to help me. No wonder everybody that works there isn’t helpful or friendly... cause they’re boss isn’t a very good role model ?

This store is a joke, worst customer service. No management presence known. They don’t greet, no eye contact at the register.
