I understand having big ticket items locked in the glass cases, but they have half the store in cases and expect you to check out in each department. A $2 item is not worth the hassle of tracking down an employee then being expected to pay before leaving the department. I wont be back to this location.
Shelves are always stocked n look nice but I dont really care for this location because to check out more than likely youll be standing in line at least 5-15 minutes. Self checkout are usually the only registers available.
They were very busy. I picked my groceries up but the employees did the best they could. They handled my groceries with care and were very polite. I like Walmart and I will go back to pick my groceries up there on 72nd and Pine again. it did have to wait a little extra time but it was worth it. thanks Walmart
One of the worst! Absolutely no carts in sight that can be used when we arrived! My stepdad to go search the parking lot for one, while my mom and I stayed inside with my kids! Store setup is absolutely horrible, there was maybe 3 (at the most that Ive encountered with) staff members that were actually nice and not spending time on their phones! Cashiers were absolutely slow! Constantly on their phones! When leaving, I came across one of the staff members again that was trying to collect the carts from outside, when I realized he only brought one back! I asked what happened? Whats the issue with the carts? His response was a small % are actually broken, the rest have been stolen! If your from out of town visiting, highly recommend making sure you have all you need instead of visiting this Walmart. Absolutely horrible and other customers are just has hateful or rude as the staff!
Money center advertised open til 11pm...went around 7pm..nobody at money services..no signage indicating any variance or change, no staff behind counter. Had to hunt down an employee only to find out that the sole customer service clerk was providing money services requests. So I had to wait in a line 8 deep for a looonnggg time.
My online pickup order had 9 items. They where picked out for specific reasons. 3 of the items where substituted but not marked substituted. 2 still show wrong in my receipt. How does that happen unless the picker scanned the correct item and puts the wrong one in the cart or it was overwritten. Im not exchanging them but annoyed.
Great store, they have everything, reasonable prices.
I placed a curbside pickup order at this location on a Wednesday morning. A few hours later, I received a text that my order was ready for pickup so I headed to the store. When I arrived, I pulled into a stall and called the posted number to let them know I was there. I called and called and called - for over 10 minutes, but the phone just kept ringing and then going to voicemail. I then decided to call the main store number since I had no success reaching anyone at the curbside pickup number, and no one answered that number either! After trying the store number a couple of times with no answer, I decided to call the curbside pickup number again and it rang and rang for an additional 5 minutes before someone finally answered the phone. The associate who answered the phone did not sound like he was very happy at all about doing so, he really sounded like he was annoyed that I interrupted his day. Horrible customer service!! I love being able to place curbside orderswhen grocery shopping especially during this pandemic season, but clearly this particular Walmart doesn’t know how that service works. I will NEVER again place a curbside order or shop at this location again.
We just went here to buy a TV. Jerry, our salesman in that department, was incredibly rude. My husband has a bad back and was struggling to get the TV out. We asked him if we could use the cart and he said, Thats for people who buy big TVs. You can carry it on your own. We appreciate the selection in this store, but their customer service is greatly lacking.
Lack of open checkouts seems to be a problem everytime
People at Walmart was very helpful the young lady at the store was very helpful she toke the time to locate the items that we needed to find for us....
Good and accommodating, not to busy and clean I was happy especially with how they were up to speed with the collection of their carts
I prefer self checkout. I would like to use regular check with a cashier on occasions but I dont have that option. Theres about 9 or 10 registers but but there are no cashiers standing there to assist you with him only only self checkout.( and you have two cashiers standing at the self-checkout) enjoying each others company. Make this make sense
Its ok, but it takes forever to get out because they only have self checkout majority of the time and the lines are always packed.
Really has went down hill. They have around 15 self checkouts and at least 10 other registers. Out of those registers 6 of the self checkouts were open and 3 actual people on registers. The lines were very long and had to wait because people don’t know how to use self checkouts. The employees don’t smile or offer to help. Just stand and watch people try to checkout. There is stuff that seems like it’s always out of stock. I’ve had a few bad interactions with managers when asking questions. Seems like they are bothered if having to help you. Not a good store. For a company that makes the money you do, you should be able to hire more help instead of all these self checkouts just to save you money or at least man the other registers you always have empty.
Found what I was looking for. Personal nice and helpful. Lost my phone my phone! Came back to look for it and somebody return it. I got it back! Again Personal very helpful!
Looking for pillows and found them. Nice and clean easy check out. Wonderful store.🙂👍
The employees are extremely nice and so helpful. Keep up the good work!
The changes of placement of food items is coming along nicely. It looks more organized.
Half empty shelves. Dirty floors, workers walking around saying how this store should be gutted. Heavy Security like you cant be trusted as a paying customer. Cant find half of what I needed. No cashiers. Your better off at Hyvee
I am boycotting every Walmart. They have terrible customer appreciation. I dont work there and should not have to check out and sack my own groceries, while the employees stand there watching, talking to each other, or are on their phones. One Walmart did not even have any carts. I suppose thatll be next thing, customer will have to bring their own.
Love Walmart, but checking out at this location always takes a long time.
They got rid of human cashiers! Place has not a good vibe at all. They maybe need to update there whole look and feel which has been the same for years already. Bring back real cashiers, and peoples jobs please.
Some of the employees are great some are not but overall view 3
Short staffed. No customer service open during the day. Employees they did have were taking their sweet time not even trying to help customers promptly. Half the self checkouts were closed and insanely long lines at staffed checkouts. Remodeling the store in progress didnt help any.
Ive been shopping there since it opened and Im impressed on the remodel, so far, just gotta learn where everything is again lol. The thing in not impressed with is the employees, not willing to offer help or even to say hello. They also need proper signage for the cash registers, for card only and cash only. A friend went there, went through card only line, didnt know it and they told him he would have to go to different register, unbag his items, rescan and rebag. They didnt offer any other solution or help. Needless to say...they had to restock 6 bags of groceries.??? Dont make sense.
Its Walmart they have staff that doesnt want to work and offer mostly self checkout they are like a guy that was cool in high-school but now in his 40s really let himself go. Seriously a sad shadow of what it once was
There was no person to check my stuff out, only self checkout was available had a whole cart full of food and two little boys to look after while I scan all my stuff when do I get my check for working here. Ps last time I will come here for food
Literally everything but the amount of registers open is wonderful.
I always enjoy shopping here. However, theyre renovating so most items are missing from aisles
Electronics department is always understaffed. Making the simplest of purchases time consuming and at times just plain difficult. Also the attitude of one of the young gentlemen is always really poor. The combination is unbearable.I left without purchasing anything and took my business down the street to BestBuy.
Is every Walmart in Omaha as rude as the one about 5 miles from grover street comfort inn hotel? There was maybe 1 nice person singing away but man everyone just looked tucked off and one lady at cashier told me to stand back on blue line his feet accept his toes were in the blue circle. Needs work.
No carts was there 3 times turned around and lifted will have to shop somewhere else
Im new to the area/the State and bought a microwave that was priced around $10 above the listing online. Then after purchasing and taking it home, opened it up and found a different, cheaper, less appealing brand of microwave in the box!! Never seen that anywhere before in my life! Returned it immediately and was told to come back during the early hours for a manager to view the camera footage, like, can I make this up?! Anyways, next day, I showed up with the issue and without any footage viewing or any other delay, I got the actual microwave I wanted as an exchange. The 2 stars were solely for the nice reps that helped me with the exchange the next day, otherwise, 0 star experience!
The security guy caused a little scene when confronted by my man. We caught onto him following us around the store for no reason. When my man simply asked him why we was being followed around when we have not done anything wrong. The guy responded back using curse words.
Typical Walmart, cleaned well. Has some issues with stocking but generally has a thorough collection besides some health items.
They open 24 hrs ..The Road to WalmartSam Walton was born in 1918 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. In 1942, at the age of 24, he joined the military. He married Helen Robson in 1943. When his military service ended in 1945, Sam and Helen moved to Iowa and then to Newport, Arkansas. During this time, Sam gained early retail experience, eventually operating his own variety store. In 1950, the Waltons left Newport for Bentonville, where Sam opened Walton’s 5&10 on the downtown square. They chose Bentonville because Helen wanted small-town living, and Sam could take advantage of the different hunting seasons that living at the corner of four states had to offer.Inspired by the early success of his dime store, and driven to bring even greater opportunity and value to his customers, Sam opened the first Walmart in 1962 at the age of 44 in Rogers, Arkansas.
Some employees are very rude, for instance Paul happened to be walking by when I asked for a price and he practically yelled at me that the price was below the product. Which it was not because it was a pallet full of 10lb sugar. Will not shop there anymore.
Good staff great prices..but wish theyd check lettuce from time to time because seems when I shop there its turning or allmost brown and from light to dark brown which I hate but anyone would..I dont put brown lettuce on my tacos lol..but other than that good prices nice staff..
One of the better walmarts on Omaha. Safe just wish homeless and pan handlers would not hang around.
Took over 30 minutes to get my pick up order with no explanation and employees were inside for over 15 mibs after speaking to them. Also one of your employees got locked out of the building and it took almost 5 minutes before another associate let her in.
This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. It’s so ghetto, there is no shopping carts ever available, their produce is so moldy and they are extremely short staffed.
Its Walmart so everything is in the same area, makes it easy to find what your looking for. My only complaint(you know) is not enough cashiers and standing in line and its the same scenario at every Walmart! I ask why??
Very nice lady helped me adjust my glasses.
The garden center is on point with some nice indoor picks! Clean and tidy. Not a fan of parking lot.
They wont answer the phone for the lost and found, been hung up on 3 times.
No motorized carts. I am a senior and walk with a cane and dont mind walking in stores without motorized carts but theyre usually stores the size of Aldi or Big Lots. This is a super center and to have no motorized carts is just unacceptable. And, the younger people in the store were just rude. Some literally almost ran me down. Otherwise, this store was a clean store with courteous staff.
This Walmart offers a wide variety of grocery shopping needs that can fit any budget. I highly recommend you make a list. FYI: Grocery shopping and only a few bucks to your name. Neighborhood Wal-marts have more lower cost groceries. Check out the one on saddle creek. The produce is always on sale and fresh!!!
Nice store with a wide variety of items. Not enough cashiers available during long lines.
Plenty of shopping and fast food options available..
Walmart was one of the first chains to drop their mask requirement, and they have abandoned all pretenses of actually facilitating the 6 ft rule. While not exactly Walmarts fault, other customers frequently get into your space with no warning, including coming within a foot of people in line and at the counter for the pharmacy. This is particularly upsetting, as the distance asked for at the pharmacy counter is also intended to help people keep their personal details (full name, dob, insurance) private. I would not choose to go to this store, and I would especially not choose to use their pharmacy. ONE NOTE: the employees are always helpful and kind, and the pharmacy employees especially. My issue is with the lack of effort on corporates part to keep customers and staff safe.
Its a walmart. Would be nice to have checkers tho.
The worst. I would have given no stars. The self check out line was so long it went into where the womens clothing use to be. They had 2 regular registers open with lines out in the clothes isles. I honestly do not plan to continue shopping at walmart, especially since they are going to all self check outs. Its been bad for awhile and only getting worse.
Edit: They have sorted the checkout issue and with covud being less of a concern, I have no complaints. I do wish all diary items were clustered together though.Masks are enforced at the door, but the number of people not wearing masks is staggering. Half of the self checkout stations are closed forcing everyone to go through the same choke point.Would not recommend this location until they enforce masks and fix their checkout situation.
0 starz I cant believe they pay people to just stand there. They have customers do all the work at checkout after having to look for all the items u need cause there are workers everywhere but nun of them know were anything is. My point is Walmart is a joke
90th and Irvington.Restore my headlights for 25.00 on Sunday.Open at 7amBest time to do that
Found what I needed and the place was nice and clean.
Walmart going full self scan has lost a customer. Ill shop hyvee an see a friendly face ringing my groceries up. Even pay targets high prices before I go back to Walmart
Its so crowded at the Checkout counter. Please employ some sufficient employee. For the entire store there are only three counters where staff are employed on a Sunday Evening 6.00 pm. How much cost cutting you would do. You guys have lost your sense. Respect for the staff who are toiling. The store manager should be fired.
Its Walmart and a large store. Associate that helped me was very helpful.
Before Covid, I enjoyed shopping at Walmart. I am disabled and I would use their mobility carts to shop instead of having to have others do it. The location I would go to had 6 carts and sometimes 1 or 2 would break. Now I can go out shopping again and I got a ride to Walmart only to find all 6 carts are broken. I am quite disheartened. I will let my friends and family know. We will not be back to the store, but they dont seem to care for disabled peoples money.
Theu are definitely making major improvements to the store. I never see most of the employees ive had problems with in the past and the staff doesnt act like they hate their jobs anymore.
The self check out is absolutely ridiculous, your store is way way too busy to have two cashiers and the self checks! Oh I counted the line had over 50 people in it stretching halfway across the store. People don’t have time to be standing around wasting it so you guys can save a few dollars!
It has almost everything. Selfie checkout and good staff attention.
Can’t stand ringing out my own stuff, the computer kept messing up and had to wait for someone to come fix it
Large Walmart with a good selection of merchandise. The store looked very clean. Other than this, the remainder of our experience was not positive. My father relies on the electric scooters at stores to shop, due to health issues. He is accustomed to having an available scooter, and estimates that most stores he visits have at least 4 scooters. When we acquired about the availability of a scooter at this store, we were told that they only have ONE scooter 😳 and it was already in use. My dad did manage to get along without the scooter, but by the time we reached the checkout stand, we were very surprised that there was only ONE self check out lane open and three checker lanes. We almost left without buying anything 😪, because my dad was really tired by that point, but we managed to get through one of the three checker lines. For this large Super Center, the wait to pay was ridiculous. Perhaps they were just short staffed today, but I estimated that 75% of the check out stands werent being used.
Very quickly helping me out with getting money
Revamping the store soon I think. Pretty bare and only 2 check out lanes!! Was a nightmare!
Very clean behind this store. Nice to deliver here
Always has options for items. Love the dollor bread. I would like to see some cologne out of the locked area so I could smell them
No cute clothes for women.other Walmarts have such more variety .
The last few times there, I have had to go out to the parking lot to get a shopping cart. We may or may not be back.
Horrible customer service. The manager who was not in uniform so I don’t know her name, does not know how to talk to customers. She is very rude. They need to train them better.even though common courtesy should be used everywhere and shouldn’t have to be taught to adults in a workplace, Although the customer service associate was very polite and well mannered. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m just in shock about how rude this lady was. I turned around to correct my child-and she walkedaway, and in a very rude and snotty tone said thank you. I’m not from Omaha and this was the closest one to me but I’ll make sure to drive 15 minutes out of my way just to go to a different one.
Was discriminated against because I didnt have a drivers license to buy alcohol which I have clearly read over the Walmart policy and it only says u need a valid ID and to be over 21 I had a valid ID and was embarrassed infront of the whole store the associate was rude and condensending and I will be reporting to the BBB for discrimination
Customer service and pick up doesn’t answer their phones. I tried calling during business hours on a Friday and a Saturday. Not sure what the workers are doing to where they can never answer. I get people get busy, but I called at various different times, one being in the morning and once in the afternoon during their “down times”
I fw Walmart no matter where I go. All over America. I know I can find a Walmart.
Went twice recently to the photo center, both times all machines were down with no estimated time for repare completion. Very inconvenient and ended up going to a competitor and paying much more.
Walmart is the bomb period you know thats where we all shop for clothes and grocery yall got good deals yall cheap we love Walmart
I found all of the items that I was looking for. A sales woman allowed me to check-out at a register away from the crowded front-area.
What can I say? Its WalmartVibes are questionable
Great Prices, I Love Visiting All the WalMarts North, South, East and West .I Always find Something I Need Now or for the Future While Shopping ... That Keeps Me Coming Back . I Love All My WalMart Shopping Centers .
There were no carts available. No one to help go get some. A person standing at the door had cleaning products but did not ask to help clean. People at the electronics department were very helpful.
Victory at Guest Services is respectful, knowledgeable and professional.
Bought a hairbrush that had already been used. Will be taking it back.
Cool place especially for lego shopping
Never shop here on a Saturday. At any time. The past three times we’ve come here, lines to check out (cashiered or self) are at least 10+ people deep. It’s a ridiculous wait to check out. Today, all carts were out and the employee we asked about it just shrugged and walked away. Poor customer service all the way around. Thank god there’s a Target a few miles away.
My one stop shopping spot
This place is a joke. Everytime I come here during their remodeling, I have to find a cart.
Do have consistent problems here no carts for disabled available.
Could use some help with providing shopping carts, especially during the beginning of the month, when its almost impossible to get one.
This place is an absolute mess. I get that it’s Walmart but this one is just in absolute shambles. And almost nothing is stocked
This walmart is great. Clean, well stocked, and can always find help from staff. Plus they have a atm inside.
It’s ok, I finally found here what I was looking in other stores
