We traveled to Omaha for the first time and had four kids in tow. Right across the street we saw the Dolci ice cream shop and knew we had to try it out. The kids loved the ice cream here! Even one of my kiddos who isn’t typically into ice cream said it was the best he’s ever had!Attached to the ice cream shop is a candy shop with both brand name and homemade candies. The truffles here are the best I’ve ever had. It was fun to let the kids pick out their favorite candies and prices were on point. The staff here is friendly and attentive.

I got a Heath toffee ice cream in a dish. Its soft-serve with a neat automatic inclusion mixer, and its the best soft-serve ice cream Ive ever had. Another plus is that the line into the shop is shorter than at Ted & Wallys. They also have delicious-looking Italian desserts. I didnt try any of them, but I wanted to.

Decent quality. We were really excited to try their cannolis, and to be honest they were just okay. But everything else we got was pretty good. Cool little spot in Old Town. I definitely recommend at least trying it.

My best friend and I are visiting from out of town. After having not so pleasant experiences with other shops and places, we stopped in here for some ice cream. Vivian was so sweet and friendly. We talked about our experiences and she gladly gave us recommendations for other places to visit. Its a cute little shop attached to a candy store. They have soft serve with toppings mixed in, which was delicious! They also have flavored popcorn that was amazing. Would recommend stopping in to see the friendly staff!

This has quickly become our family’s ice cream spot. Great vibe! & Best ice cream around. When it came to my daughters birthday. The staff made it even more special. By going out of her way to find a candle for her. Customer service you can’t find today.

This place was awesome! They didn’t have a peanut butter shake on the menu but the staff was more than happy to make me one. The ice cream here tastes great. I’d highly recommend.

Nice little place in midtown. Had an amazing peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. They are good with folks that are gluten free as well.

My best friend and I are in town for a fun girls weekend and we had a nice little chat with Vivian, the perfectly splendid girl who works here about how we have not been having a very good experience here in omaha so far. She was so sweet and recommended some places for us to visit and sold us some delicious ice cream and popcorn! So far she has been the best part of our trip! I definitely reccomend a visit to this place!

Heard about this shop, my SO and I were visiting from out of town and went to old market this weekend. When we walked to this shop the sign on the door said closed so we sat down to wait for the rest of our group. I had rolled my ankle and my knee was swollen and I didn’t want to keep walking. The shop owner came out and asked us to move because the seating was for her customers. And she had people standing behind her. We got up and moved for these people, and went around the corner to enter her shop through the other entrance, thinking the closed sign we saw on the first entrance was a mistake. Went around the corner and she had Locked the door and the sign on this door was marked closed as well. Apparently the shop is selective about its customers.

The ice cream was very rich. It has a great taste and was very original in terms of other comparable ice creams.They also have a small selection of pastries (apple turnovers, etc.) so there is probably a little something for everybody here.The staff is friendly and polite, and the service is fast.Overall I recommend this place.

Wonderful ice cream shop in Downtown Omaha. The owner greeted us with such sincere friendliness we couldn’t help but sit, strike up a conversation, and enjoy not only their ice cream but pastries they offer on-site as well. Definitely worth the stop, I encourage everyone to give this place a try.

The chocolate cake was very sweet and chocolatey, but ice cream has an odd texture, and their lemon cookies were way too sweet.

Cute shop. I had a soft serve ice cream cone with the mix-ins added in, not just sprinkled on top. Ice cream was not as sweet as I like, but the cookies and cream add in was nice. I chose to sit outside and enjoy the evening, but inside seating is an option too. Directly across the street from the Embassy Hotel so it was an easy walk to enjoy ice cream. I would recommend this store.

We love taking our kids here! It is such a warm and friendly place to be. My daughter dropped her ice cream cone and they replaced it for her free of charge! The flavor burst is awesome and I cant wait till our next visit there!

Was in Omaha this week for a conference and stopped in for ice cream. The owner was fantastic and friendly and her young staffer was just the nicest. Delicious ice cream and extremely unique in design which could have been proprietary. A nice end to the evening. If you havent been... you should try it!

I stumbled into this little gem yesterday while I was in search of the candy shop next door. I ended up having an espresso and another cup of coffee while having a really fun chat with Mary and Mary Beth behind the counter. They were very accommodating and full of information from food, the community, and how the shop was started. Dont miss the opportunity to stop in. Grab some coffee, ice cream, or pastry. You will be glad you did. This is the perfect little spot to visit after eating supper in the old market or on an afternoon that you need a sweet snack and a little escape. Like tiramisu but you dont have time to stay? They have you covered with a walking tiramisu cup that will surely put a smile on your face as you take it to go. Enjoy the shop. Im looking forward to visiting them again.

Went there on a colder day in spring and they whipped me up a fresh pot of coffee. The lady running the place during my visit was so sweet. She gave me and the person I was with a free biscuit thing (can’t remember the name of it) which was great tasting and I even picked myself up a couple small canollis which were delicious. Highly recommend Dolci.Oh, and I don’t know if anyone else knows the stuff but they’ve got that ice cream with the flavor swirled around the edges!

If you are in the neighborhood and thinking about ice cream, stop in here because the service blew me away. My shy girlfriend and myself walked in quietly to observe options. And the woman behind the counter was a sweetheart, spoke wholesomely to us the whole time make suggestions as well as compliments. And on top of this all the ice cream we had was the best Ive tried downtown yet.

We stopped in today for some ice cream and ended up leaving with the Red Velvet cake dessert as well as a cannoli! Everything was beyond excellent!! The ladies working were so helpful and full of happiness! We can’t wait to go back next time we head to Old Market!

Eh. Save yourself and just buy the cheapest brand of ice cream at a grocery store instead. You options for ice cream flavors or Mixings isn’t laid out very well so you have to ask how it works whether or not you mix in a flavor OR add toppings to just plain Jane vanilla....

Good ice cream, but father tripped on uneven old brick walk out front. I understand historic authenticity, but there need a to be greater visibility of changing walking levels. Nice employees helped with first aid.

Dolci is a sweet shop with delicious desserts, ice cream and coffee. The lemon cookies are wonderful. Homemade cannoli with chocolate chips are one of my favorites. Unique desserts that you wont find anywhere else.

Big variety of ice cream with reasonable pricing. Small building would get crowded on busy days. The owner was working and she was very friendly and interacted with my kids during our visit.

Ice cream and coffee were very basic and nothing I couldnt find at any buffet or kids restaurant. Which wouldnt have been bad if there prices werent so high. However baked goods looked awesome (although I did not try one) and the staff was very kind.

I stopped in on a Monday evening at 8pm (sign said they were open until 9pm) to grab a cannoli after dinner. The girl told me they were closing early because it was slow. She had two of her friends sitting inside with her. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially when you make a special trip.
