Our server at the window was very rude. Instead of trying to help us she just shut the door on us with no idea of what to do. Very unhappy. If that’s all the help they can hire they’re better off closing early. Go to another shop!!

The donuts were smaller then normal, which made them less fluffy especially being that they were coming out of the fryer! Maybe the fryer oil was to hot🔥.

All 3 of these locations need new owners and or management. The way they do things, is unprofessional and lazy! There workers, are expected to bend over backwards with no questions asked.. and then they wonder why they have so many reviews on bad costumer service! Ohhh and to the higher ups.. maybe if you guys hired some managers that know what there doing and strive to make there lives and work better for everyone. And that are mature and smart enough to handle there duties. You would actually have the privilege of owning a business and other people run the store.. or maybe you like youre owner/employee position 🤷‍♂️ this is probably pointless but Id hope youd at least hear me out... not my problem!!

This is the store to go to if you want fresh Krispy creme donuts. There is a glass wall where you can see them freshly made.I went sissification hunting down the Valentines Day conversation donuts.They had very few left in stock when I went so we ordered other heart ones.Im docking a star because a lot of the donuts we got were not picture worthy. The frosting looked sloppy and careless. If I keep going and notice that they are keeping up with standards, I will change it back to a 5 .Lots of parking available.

A guilty pleasure for our family is, hot, gooey glazed doughnuts. Last year they did the glazed in chocolate too, for the solar eclipse! What they call a crueller, isnt what a real crueller tastes like. I do not recommend those.

Hi this Olga I just wanted to let you know that I went to get some donuts 🍩 at Krispy Kreme yesterday around 9:20 am I got one dozen mix up and 2 large coffee Carmel late and let me tell you I wasnt not happy with the taste of coffee was terrible taste that I felt sorry to waste my money on this that I would like to go back an get my refund also the donuts was cold and didnt taste right as before. But dont give me wrong I do like Krispy Kreme donuts we buy all the time but this time wasnt too happy about it 🙃 😕

The lady who helped me was super nice and accommodating. They have a few tables for dining in and the place wasnt too crowded. As always, the donuts were awesome! The coffee was surprisingly good, too.

We wanted the hot now donuts and they gave us a time frame when they would probably run them. So, we came back but due to training and other circumstances they ran something else first. We patiently waited for about an hour and they were very kind and rewarded us with extra hot donuts. Unfortunately, now I feel ill. 😆 Nothing better than a Krispy Kreme hangover! Nothing better than a 🔥 Krispy Kreme!

Come on.....what could I possibly say bad about Krispy Kreme? Their coffer wasnt as good as Dunkins, but the donuts are, without question, far superior. This location is a bit difficult to get into if you coming at it from the wrong direction, but the service was fast and the product quality was what youd expect. Just wish they made more than one flavor of donut hole. But, who can knock Krispy Kreme?

If you have a sweet tooth and wants some donuts, this is the place to go! I enjoy it every time I go. This particular time that I went, the lady who helped me out could have been a little more friendly but my overall experience was good. Due to the whole pandemic, I noticed everyone had a mask on even in the far back, so that was good to see! Great donuts, and definitely cheap as well.

Never been before. My 4 year old convinced me that this was whats for dinner on a Saturday evening. Fresh and yummy.

What a Disappointment! Very Poor Experience!Ive been a long-time fan of Krispy Kreme, and the experience of getting donuts on Sunday mornings has been a time-honored tradition in my family for the last decade.However, my recent visit to 2715 S 120th St, Omaha, NE 68144 was memorable in all the wrong ways, to the extent that Im taking time to write about it.Here is a breakdown of the areas of concern:1. I had to wait 30 minutes to be served in the drive-thru. It wrapped into the street blocking at least one lane of traffic at a busy intersection. There were cars that were having trouble getting in and out of the lot due to the clog.2. When I arrived to the intercom at the order window, the attendant taking orders was harried and curt, instead of friendly and inviting.3. I politely read my order very slowly from an advertisement coupon page, listing the exact names and numbers of the 8 total donuts that I wanted to purchase (5 specialty, 3 normal). I had to ask her to enunciate because she was hurriedly reading through the order, confused by the proper names of the donuts, and she was unable to repeat back my order until we went over it 3 times together.4. AFTER paying for the donuts, I was told that 3 of the specialty donuts were out and I would need to make last-minute substitutions. The person at the register did not offer to give me a refund, nor did they offer any complimentary beverage or donuts to accommodate for their error or the wait.5. I looked in the window and there were staff standing around without helping customers or delivering complementary donuts to those in line.6. My 8 donuts (5 specialty) were delivered to me in a 6 pack & a sleeve (2 donuts). The staff put the two frosted cinnamon donuts in the sleeve which caused the icing to smear all over the inside. This could have been avoided by rearranging the donuts or using a different box.7. I got home and my order was not completely correct. In addition, two of the donuts were cold.At my company, if any of our business units delivered an outcome as haphazardly as the one I experienced this morning, we would be having a meeting about retraining staff.That being said, I dont want a refund so much as I would appreciate a response from management to ensure things are rectified for future customers.Otherwise, if we have another experience like this one, well likely start patronizing the Dunkin Donuts thats down the street from us.

In speaking of my neighborhood Krispy Kreme, let me just start by saying you dont want to be there from 10 o clock until after 11 on a Saturday morning, especially if you go through the drive up line. The line was actually out into the street and I waited quite a while just to get up to the screen. I love Krispy Kremes hot glazed donuts. They are to die for. Once in awhile I like the cream-filled chocolate topped pastry. Today, I must say, I was a little disappointed. I asked for my pastries in a bag instead of a box. When I got home the cream-filled pastry was so small, but sadly, like everything else these days, (except perhaps me) theyve shrunk a bit. Besides that, my hot glazed was only 3/4 of a hot glazed. Half the bottom of it was missing. The other half was like burned. I go to Krispy Kreme very rarely. It sounded good on this cold morning. I guess it wasnt the day to go. Also, if you had seen the line of cars waiting in the drive thru line, there may have been an excuse for the deformed donut. They most likely couldnt keep up with all the requests for the hot glazed. Give it a try if you havent because it is worth a try. I maybe go once a year if that. Sad to say this was my once-a-year. And maybe the other neighborhood Krispy Kremes arent backed out onto a street which would make getting into it a bit easier. Have a great day.

For Covid: they dont bring online orders out to your car like the website says. Dine-in is in fact open (again, contrary to online) and you cant use a coupon for your online order- you can only use it if you order in-store, which seems kind of backwards to me as far as encouraging social distancing. For the long drive out here we wont be coming back- theyve always been kind of rude at this location. Its a shame though because they have yummy donuts.

Some mighty fine donuts if i do say so myself. the original is one of the all time bests but they new flavors they come up with amazing me. I love getting to watch the donuts being made and I love the fresh taste. The staff is so helpful and kind and the store is always clean and well stocked. 5 stars in my book

These donuts were pure bliss. Warm, sugary dough that melted in my mouth like butter. Im actually really glad my hometown doesnt have one of these or I would be an absolute WHALE! Great place to go to treat yourself, just use a little moderation :)

Wow this place is so cool! When you walk in a beautiful young robot woman asks if you would like a free hot sample. She is so life like l made my purchase and left and did not realize she was a robot.I returned a few moments later and she went through the exact same routine and Would you like a free hot sample?. She had no idea l had just purchased some a few minutes before. Then l told her why l returned, she started l will inform my manager.. After she informed the manager she came back and said Thank you. Another Customer stepped in line behind me; Would you like a free hot sample?. It was an amazing experience, l love it and plan to return soon.I wonder if it has a sub-routine to recognize free loaders?

Well gee its great. I do however wish the dozen mixed were less and based on type not style. I usually get half glaze and half special and have to pay special price for all. There should be a better price point for blended mixed. I get the sour creme old fashioned and the chocolate covered creme filled and glaze for my son. Plus milk to drink there. I almostvaleays eat one too many but gosh they be tasty.
