Such a beautiful, elevated experience doing afternoon tea in the Orleans Room! They provide a wonderful assortment of finger snacks and teas and the service and atmosphere is just incredible. Even the Parisian cafe music really sets the tone for the experience. I’d highly recommend it!

Here’s your $16 Niçoise Salad. That you have to get yourself and eat out of a box because they have no poolside service. Staff are undertrained and under experienced. Not a lux IHG experience, and the worst IHG resto I’ve been to, and that’s more than a few.

Little things make a difference. Our cream was served as half n half single serve containers and our tea pots didnt keep our tea warm. For the price the little things matter.

Tried to have tea at the Cottonwood today, made a reservation and everything. Showed up for our time and we werent on the list despite confirming through their website reservation system. If you were interested, I suggest either call them directly or wait until they get their system together before trying to go. Super disappointed.They offered to give us tea and a charcuterie board, but being vegetarian that wouldnt have worked for us. Their online booking system has a section for dietary restrictions which we did fill out, but clearly didnt matter in this instance.

Service was terrible. Sat at the bar and had to listen to one of the two bartenders complain to everyone about not having enough glasses instead of making drinks or taking orders. Looked at me 3 times and not once asked to assist. Didnt start making drinks until server came up to him to tell him that people are leaving due to long ticket times. Meanwhile the other bartended, poor guy, was trying to take all the orders and make all the drinks but at a snails pace.....25 mins later we received our 2 drinks and they were good. But, for $30, I was expecting a little bit more of a pleasant experience.
