Every time I come to stories, it is a great experience! What a cute place! I ordered this wrap and it came with chips...it was a nice surprise since the menu didnt mention the chips...its the little things! Also, their coffee is quite good! I definitely recommend checking this place out & dining inside to enjoy the entire atmosphere.

One of my favorite local hangs!! The staff is always pleasant, they ALWAYS oblige my request for fun/cool designs in my lattes, Ive never been dissatisfied from the food Ive ordered there, and their live music makes my heart happy on a weekly basis. Check them out if youre looking for a fun, cool, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. =)

I debated giving 5 stars but had to settle on 4 only due to occasional lack of seating since its such a popular place and along with that it can be a little loud as well. But everything else is 5 stars! Coffee, prices, friendly staff, clean and good location. Love this place!

What a great place and the employees were an amazing help. We are from the Reno Tahoe area and love to check out local coffee shops. My bride has an allergy to sunflower and they went to extreme measures to make sure her experience was as enjoyable as mine. The coffee was great and my Chai loving bride ranked theirs as some of the top shes had! Thanks Stories for adding a Story to our trip. We will be back before we leave!

I really want to like Stories. The coffee is fine, the atmosphere is cool. But the WiFi is awful, even by coffee shop standards. It was impossible to connect the two or three times I’ve come here. Can’t recommend this place for remote working unfortunately.

Busy place with lots of tables to work at or relax. I just had a latte and I can’t complain. Definitely better than Starbucks

Great coffee and atmosphere. No one wearing masks. As covid-19 numbers increase, it gives me peace of mind to see folks wearing masks, especially those in food service. At Stories, I saw one employee wearing a mask and only 1 other person in line wearing masks. This may be a nice place to go- but they are not for those of us on the cautious side.

I used to LOVE stories & the environment. Now it’s all new employees lately and none of them are nearly as kind as the ones from earlier this year or last year. It just feels so different. The brown haired manager (I think, mostly there afternoons and nights) is just not a kind person & the short haired edgy looking girl was so unkind to me when I told her my order was to go & I needed a box. The male barista also is just not pleasant to be around. Bring back the old people & old stories!🙌

What a great experience from top to bottom. Id drive here from anywhere in town to drink their coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful, so, so much better than that company that burns their beans, from the alleged, great northwest. If youre even remotely close to 114th and dodge, buy your coffee here.. And dont forget that they have amazing pastries and sandwiches. If they rented out rooms, Id live here!

Friendly staff. Great space. My favorite hot drink is a chai tea latte: I wasnt impressed...very weak ...bland ... maybe watered-down?? Otherwise I had a great experience. They have a great meeting room in the back as well as outdoor seating

Stories Coffee Company is the best coffee shop in Omaha. They have great coffee, great employees, great music, great management - the list of “great” things about Stories goes on and on. But what can’t be defined as just “great”, is the environment of Stories Coffee Company. It’s unlike any other coffee shop in Omaha (trust me, I would know, I have a major caffeine addiction).I would 1,000% recommend Stories to anyone. If you’re looking for a coffee shop to study in, to meet with friends, to listen to music, to go on a date with me (I’m single btw), or just to get some dang good coffee, Stories Coffee Company is the coffee shop for you.

I cannot overstate the joy Ive felt multiple times with multiple baristas at Stories Coffee Co. Its never a bad time there, though theyre busy sometimes! All the same well worth the time and money to experience. I love driving through and stopping in for a bit.

SUPER cute ambience and nice staff!! Humbly honest though in my reviews, I tried Cold Brew, a Latte and Drip coffee from here and have the feeling the bean needs some help on the roasting side. Really close to great for being in Nebraska although 👍 keep up the great work, I will try some of your other types of drinks next time

We called for a pickup order and got busy at work and forgot about it. The staff was great because a couple hours went by and they called in to check in on us to make sure everything was ok because we told them we would be in in about 10 minutes. They were very understanding!

Stories is a new hidden gem of West O. Great staff, great coffee. Upbeat atmosphere with lots of college age and up people. A little more fraternity sorority vibe than you’d expect too.

The coffee is excellent, and the interior is really well done. It would be a great place to have a meeting or catch up with a friend. I’ll be back for sure whenever I need to do some work away from my computer at home.

Cool coffee shop with good food. Unfortunately, employees are not friendly and are rude. Sunday morning employees are uptight. and wouldnt let us close the backroom doors to cancel some of the conversational noise. Even though the back room always has the doors shut to drown out noise for individuals who need to get things done in a less buys environment when ever I am here. I used to come twice a week. Not sure I will be back. unpleasant experience.

The service was great! The restaurant was packed with people and the counter staff were quick with orders. Food was delicious and the coffee is well made too!

Loved Stories! Must have when in Omaha area! Came from out of town and was recommended to try this place out. The environment was so nice and relaxing and the esthetic of the place was adorable. Loved the interior design. I got the oatmilk latte and it was super good! I have heard amazing things about the owners! Music being played was nice and clean for a good family environment to grab something to eat as they also serve food. I did get the veggies and hummus to-go.

Could not find a single menu item they had in stock, front counter guy with a mustache was very rude when I asked which non dairy milks were not sweetened, told me he was sure they all were not, and when I asked to see them he was rude, and none turned out to be non sweetened. The girl next to him with the long brown braid laughed & I’ve never felt more awkward and out of place to shop somewhere. Will not be giving this company any business until the employees can show a little bit of respect towards PAYING costumers.

Date night was fun! This is 4* because we did not try what they are best known for, coffee :-) The food was delicious (spinach artichoke dip & margherita flat bread pizza) the drinks were tasty. The coffee infused vanilla ale was #BOLD and the live music by Andrew Zetterman was extremely entertaining. The staff was friendly but the ordering and pick up process was a little lacking. I suggest maybe an app in the future or a QR code at the table that takes you to the menu. My wife thought it was too cold but we were close to the doors so it could have been location. Overall our first experience was very good.

I would give a zero star if possible. Very disappointed in the service. I’m a regular costumer, would frequent the store often. I asked d for a different drink after not liking the one they gave me and was met with contempt and rudeness. I usually enjoy the service and the baristas but the manager doesn’t care about their costumers as much as i thought they would. very disappointed, will not be going here anymore.

This coffee shop has a modern and chill atmosphere. The food here is really good. Try their sausage and egg sandwich. The playlist is always on point. I also like that they have outdoor seating and lots of inside seating. Service here is always friendly and fast. Their coffee isn’t the best, it’s just ok, BUT everything else is super top notch that I still come here regularly and enjoy my time.

As a previous coffee shop owner, I am always looking for good local shops when I travel. Stories Coffee Company made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The barista‘s were friendly and had great knowledge on both their coffee and food items and gave me a top-notch experience!!! Highly recommended!

The coffee was very good, and their breakfast sandwiches are some of the best I have had in a long time. YUM!

Coffee is great, but if you’re in a hurry you’re better going to Scooter’s or Starbucks.

The salad was less than mediocre - basically what I could buy at a grocery store. The music was too loud and distracting to do work. Will probably chose Panera or Paradise Bakery next time. Seems like this place is better if you want to go somewhere to meet a friend or socialize.

Absolutely phenomenal place! Used to play music for the old location about 8 years ago. New owner reached out and invited me out here when this location opened. Wonderful group of employees with great food! Highly recommend.

Their space also reflects their versatility as a coffee shop and community hub! In addition to their large area for seating for your afternoon work session or coffee date with a friend, they also have an additional space that you can rent out for a larger meeting and frequently host other small businesses in this portion as well. I personally love that they take the time to support other local businesses in this unique way.They also use their space strategically when it comes to hosting random weekly nights for you to come and listen to some really talented musical aWhether you are looking for a caffeine fix, or a fun date night idea, stories probably has something to offer you :-)

Very nice space to meet with friends and chat or just spend some time by yourself while enjoying a drink. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Even though they were quite busy, everything was very well organized and timely. I stopped by for the first time and had a very good first impression.

As a non-coffee drinker, on my first visit I was absolutely delighted (and am now often craving) the drink recommended to me by the barista - an iced Bees Knees. I love the calm, spacious atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious menu, and pleasant music during my time there. Would 10/10 recommend.

Coffee was okay. They were out of some food when we went to order. You get the cinnamon rolls out of a chilled display case with no offer to warm it and no microwave to use. There are much better coffee shops in my opinion, that are not that far away.

Wow I went in on a random Wednesday morning and it was packed! For good reason. The woman who helped me was gracious. The cappuccino was a delight and the frosted cinnamon role wasn’t overly sweet.

Stories is a place where people feel like they belong! It’s a welcoming safe space to get work done, read a good book, or have meaningful conversations over a great cup of coffee! I appreciate that Stories gives back to the local community through non-profits. Thank you for creating such an amazing space!

Coffee shops are coffee shops, but this place is cool. Step off the usual starbucks and scooters (tastes better, too). Really good coffee, food, atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I really liked it and look forward to returning for some live music.

Cappuccinos are not meant for 16oz cups!! When a drink consists of 2 shots of espresso as the main ingredient, you dont drown it in 14 ozs of steamed milk. Its a fundamental concept, the milk compliments the espresso. If you cant do the correct proportions for a cappuccino I have no interest in even exploring what other products this company has to offer.

Was sincerely terrible, my sister asked for a mocha and they just gave her milk and when she went back they refused to give her a different after we were POLITE!

Really great coffee no matter if its just a black coffee, latte, or a specialty drink. Speaking of specialty drinks, they have so many unique specials that are updated with the season. They also have food that I havent yet tried, but would love to. I definitely recommend trying this place!

It’s got the space to be safe and spread out. It has friendly staff and great coffee.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot to get some work done or a drive-through coffee.

Great atmosphere, great coffee, great food.We regularly rent the back room for business meetings.I love that I can always see someone here reading the Bible.Only downside is because its so busy all the time, it can tend to be loud and boomy inside.

I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks/Scooters on a Saturday afternoon. Stories was an excellent choice. They had tasty snacks and the coffee was just what I needed to make it through the afternoon. The place was pretty crowded but we managed to stake out a seat.

I had a hot chocolate and the chicken bacon sandwich. The service was very quick, which was awesome because I was in a hurry, and everything was great. Will definitely go back. My only comment would be if youre planning to stay to hang out, go early to find a table. I had mine to go, but at 230pm on a Wednesday-a time when you might think it would be dead-, the place was very busy.

Did not see this coming. Picture this. It’s a random TUESDAY morning. Tuesday. Everyone should be at work or tucked away in a home office somewhere. So-I pull into a large parking lot with plenty of parking except...EVERY SPOT IS TAKEN. I’m a bit surprised and try to figure out why so many people are parked in this area. My friend is inside Stories and calls. “Hey girl, what can I get you to drink? I’m ordering”. Nothing. I don’t know what they have. I would like to look at the menu. So I decline, find a wayward spot and walk in. 👀 OMG. So👏Many👏People. This is where all the people were. Totally didn’t see it coming. Also, should have taken my friend up on the opportunity to order because holy cow what a line. I loved it. It was happening in there. I felt like I was in the cool spot in town for sure! Coffee was good. I would go back. It was loud. Maybe not the most ideal spot for a business convo but definitely the spot to go to be with the cool kids. Great job, Stories! You created something awesome.

My favorite place in the Omaha metro to get coffee! Cute shop, with great tasting coffee. They have oat milk, which I love, and their turkey sausage breakfast sandwich is perfection!!!

I took my daughter there today(4/24) to check out for the first time. Very cool place and busy. We went to place our order and the associate was less than friendly and seemed annoyed which was a big turn off. The associate that gave us our drinks was very nice. I got a chai latte which was ok and my daughter got the mango smoothie which she raved about. I will have to try again when its not so busy and loud, and hopefully have someone that actually wants to take my order.

Texas needs a Stories! Beer on tap, and amazing coffee, I got an almond and lavender flavored one. The layout is nice and spacious not cramped like other coffee shops. Loved it.

I have been to this place several times, and had a good experience previously. The Coffee/Espresso is pretty good. Food is pretty good, but on my most recent visit, on 4/24/21, the man with blond spikey hair, who appeared to be the manager, was very rude to me, for no reason. I ordered two drinks in the store, and a breakfast burrito. I forgot to mention I wanted it to go, but I also was not asked by his staff. They were very busy, so that wasnt a big deal. The iced drink I ordered came in a to-go cup, and the hot one (a traditional macchiato) came in a glass mug. No big deal, I didnt specify it was to go, which was my fault, so I just asked the man if I could snag a to-go cup from him quick, just to dump it in before I left. He replied you ORDERED a traditional macchiato, so thats what you GOT in an extremely rude attitude. I wasnt rude to him, and I didnt act like it was his fault or his staffs fault, I just simply asked for a to-go cup. I even said I was sorry before I asked him, just because I was trying to be nice, they were busy, and I didnt specify that it was to-go.I dont appreciate being spoken to with a rude attitude, or being spoken to like Im an idiot. It didnt have to be a big deal, I just asked him for a to go cup really quick. There are plenty of coffee shops in omaha, and Ill kindly give my business to those who treat their customers with a little bit of respect.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. Best coffee shop in Omaha and surrounding areas. Only downside is the drive-thru. On a busy morning it takes almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, which may be a result of people ordering food that takes awhile to cook, not sure. But I’ve always had a great experience going inside and ordering and every drink I get is wonderful!

Love going to Stories!

Coffee is great and the coffee shop is super cute and inviting. I love studying here. The drive thru is incredibly slow always. We end up waiting in line 20 mins on average in the morning and weekends usually longer. Please figure out a new system for drive thru because I’m finding myself not wanting to come back.

Very impressed by this coffee house! During the time that we are currently in, they have an employee going around sanitizing surfaces full-time. The staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is great. I appreciate the multitude of seating options and outlets that are available. I havent tried out their bar offerings yet, but they look great. Worth a spot if you need a place to work/study or meet up with friends for coffee!

Stories was awesome! They had a really nice layout and really took Covid seriously. PLUS, their mac and cheese was super solid and delicious for the price! 10/10 would recommend for anyone visiting Omaha like I was!
