I got my company shirts printed with them mainly because of the high rating. I got my shirts quickly enough hence the 2 stars. The missing 3 are for the quality. The shirts (black) faded despite following instructions when I picked them up. My husbands shirts already have holes in them. We got these shirts in April. They shouldnt be faded and holey. We used a different vendor for our employee shirts and they are holding up much better. That was disappointing to say the least.

I just had my first experience working with Big Frog. Melissa and Rebecca were super friendly the whole time I was in there and we’re very customer service oriented which I think is overlooked a lot today in businesses. The price and turn around time was great and will definately be coming back here in the future! Very very impressed, thanks again.

I was just overly impressed by the level of service provided and the quality of the product purchased. It was the 1st of 2 stops that were just so rare of encounters these days. They even recommended another business in their plaza. Just super cool people here.

GO ELSEWHERE. Went in the first time and ordered shirts, and rec’d the wrong shirts. Reordered, and got the wrong sizes. My third reorder didn’t get ordered... along with my fourth one. Unbelievable. They had months and still missed my deadline, I needed the uniforms for a large job with extra employees. Now, I have no shirts for employees. I literally walked in with just an idea. I spoke with A.J. the store manger/owner of the place and he created my idea onto a hoodie for my son’s birthday. He and his staff had been working on several items already, and I was just a walk-in expecting to pick up my item the following week, but he made it ready for me right then and there. We went to Big Frog with a very special request. We wanted to make a Custom Jersey for Cancer Awareness. The staff helped us design the Jersey. The design we came up with required their staff to cut out by hand 100s of tiny cancer ribbons and then assemble them in a specific pattern to make the numbers on the back of the Jersey. We will definitely use Big Frog for all of our future work!!!!

It was turned around quickly and we were able to handle everything over the email (I initially walked in about fifteen minutes before closing time). The quality of the t-shirts are excellent. They washed up nicely with no shrinkage even after going through the drier. They have a wide choice of colors to suit everyones needs. The graphics artist(s) were kind, efficient and listened to me as I described the look I wanted. My initial order was just so I would wear the shirts for work. However, some of my clients liked them so well, they wanted one for themselves. I placed another order for 10 more.

They legitimately cared that I got what I wanted not just a sale. So awesome to still see people who care.

Great place! Was able to get the shirts for my wedding designed perfectly. The designer was fast with the design and willing to change anything I did not like. The shirts run a bit small than in the store so try to get a size bigger when ordering.
