Had a great experience with champion! They were very informative about their products and had great recommendations for how we could replace a large amount of windows in our home. They did not pressure us into buying from them, but simply let their high quality products speak for themselves.The measure technicians were also timely to their appointment and verified all information with me to ensure they were getting the custom measurements needed for each window.Overall, a fantastic experience and a great price!

***** updated 10/13/21 - still nothing. Getting really upset having bugs constantly coming in when I try to have the door open for some extra outside air. It’s been since MAY…. Just for a new screen on our back door.Again, I would love to recommend this company but this is absolutely not okay.—————————-Third chance after FOUR MONTHS of trying to get our screen door fixed under warranty. FOUR MONTHS! I retracted my previous review hoping they would make things right and actually respond or get a simple screen fixed on a storm door.Still nothing.I would love to recommend this company but after over 12 calls, over 25 minute wait period EACH TIME. This is not acceptable.

I had a repairman down to look at some repairs I needed done on my sunroom in March, 2021.The main thing was the roof leaking. He fixed part of the roof and stated it was time to be off work. He will finish up next week. He never showed up. He looked at what I needed repaired and stated he would order the parts. Still had not heard from them in August. Called them and they stated the parts just came in. Made another appointment to come down in September. My husband took the day off to be home and nobody showed up. I called in and asked where they were and the customer service lady called the manager and left a message because the call went to voicemail. He never returned my call and it’s been six weeks. Every time I call I get put on hold for at least 30 minutes. I can not hold that long when I’m at work. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I will never buy anything from them. They will take your money but they won’t follow up. Stay away from this company. Find someone else.

Champion is great. I’ll never go anywhere else for doors or windows. Their consults are quick to set up, reps are always on time and very professional, and everything is explained perfectly. You do get what you pay for, and the quality of the products are exemplary. I specifically would like to recognize Brian, our sales rep, for always being so realistic, honest, and upfront with us.

I spoke with Brian today about a quote, truly thinking I would get a quote and send him on his way and I was immediately sold on the product. He was professional, knowledgeable about his company and their competitors (this was my 4th quote), and helped me decide on the right amount of windows for my budget as well as to make my purchase reach my goal of energy efficiency. Theyre not cheap, but the quality of these windows, based off his demo, is well worth the cost!

I recently purchased a home with champion windows. I need just one window replaced. Champion states that this constitutes a new sale and is subject to their $2,000 minimum purchase for new sales. I tried to see if there was any other way to purchase just one window without paying for the price of four, but there wasnt. Accordingly, Im now stuck having to either pay $2,000 to replace a single window or purchasing another brand window for a more reasonable price, but wont match.

Called to get estimates and a technician with wealth of information arrived at our home the next day. We thought we would get 2 windows replaced, but the quality of their windows and the pricing were so good that we are getting 8 windows done! So far we’re very impressed with Champion Windows.

Our salesman Kyle Wells was by far the most knowledgeable salesman we have talked with during our search for windows. He was 100% professional and on time and really treated us like family. We will recommend him to our friends and family when they are in need!

Over eight years ago, we used Champion Windows to put in a patio cover that we absolutely love. Our representative was Geoff Shinn. Geoff was professional and thorough with the quoting process.Today we had Champion come out to quote on a front door and window replacement and our representative was, once again, Geoff. Were thrilled to be able to work with Geoff at Champion and know we can trust him and the Champion products. It also helps that he is a Council Bluffs resident.

Researched local windows companies, found Champion Windows. Set up appointment to get an estimate on replacing our windows. Kyle from Champion Windows came out to talk to us about Champion windows. Very knowledgeable, professional, and had answers to all of our questions. He even did the presentation twice so my wife could see it. Kyle was great to talk to about getting new windows. Wife and I had no intention of buying windows that day, but we did. It has been the best first home improvement purchase to this day. Took a few weeks to ship( due to the holidays). Install was a breeze(half a day). Installers were very professional and polite. We have had no problems so far with the windows and are quite happy with Champion service. We would recommend Champion!

Kyle Wells just gave us a wonderful presentation and estimate for new front and rear doors and we couldnt have been more pleased. We already have champion windows and love our champion windows. They are easy to work and clean. We have had just one small problem with one widow and it was fixed very quickly. The company really stands behind their life time warranty.

This is our 2nd time purchasing windows from Geoff at Champion. We loved our last order that we just purchased windows for the rest of our house. Geoff does a great job explaining the project and financings options. We will gladly put in a yard sign and refer them to whom ever asks.

Rep Kyle was amazing helping us plan windows on our second property after having such an amazing experience on our first house.

We ordered 5 windows on april 24th and was told 6-8 weeks. There was zero contact after that. We called every week starting at 10 weeks with no anwser and no call backs. They were installed aug 13 after they cancled on us twice and didnt make us a priority. Only 1 window was correct and 1 was broken. They told us because of our issues they will do something for us. Sept 24th the job is finished but we still havent heard anything. They called and asked how install went but act like they dont care about our issues and theres nothing they can do but put in a complant. The install people argued loudly while on the job and the first time they were here they didnt even clean up after themselves. So unsatisfied with the customer service and the only reason id go back is so the rest if the house matches but its really not worth it. I do not recommend!

All of our questions were answered thoroughly. Pat was friendly and professional. We are pleased with the service we have received so far.

We are so incredibly disappointed in the service from Champion. We put in a complaint about our windows that are only 2 years old in Feb 2021. We are still waiting on a team to come out and assess the problem after having 2 reps come to our home to say they needed to get back with us back at the beginning of May. I understand back log. I do not understand why we havent had a phone call or any updates in a month. We have had no luck in contacting anyone to see where they are with correcting the problems.

We used Campion to install our siding on our house. The project is less than 2 years old and we have needed them to come out and repair the same area a couple of times. We are currently trying to get them to come out and make repairs it has been a four week processes, with numerous broken promises about we will call you back tomorrow . We even had someone come out and say that they would return the following day to make the repairs. There is no communication between the customer regarding the status of their scheduled repairs. If you want good service look elsewhere.

***May 2021***The company will be there timely for install, just don’t expect them to get back to you if you need warranty work. At this point you are no longer important to them.Been waiting for over 3 month to have them come look at a broken window. Now being told it will be another month before they even come look at it. Then will probably take another 4 plus months to get the replacement installed.Unfortunately for them, that was just part 1 of a remodel. I will be taking phase 2 to another company.Go somewhere else if you want a company that will truly backs up their warranty.Totally disappointed!!!***October 15, 2021***It is now October and still waiting for a replacement window that was reported in February. When they did come out a month ago to replace the window, they had the wrong window size and said they need to reorder.Today I get a call that said that they WILL NOT ORDER MY WINDOW UNTIL I PAY A $99 TRIP CHARGE. I ask for a bill and they said they do not bill, you are just suppose to know that you owe this fee. Once I pay the fee, then they will order the replacement. THANKS FOR WAITING ANOTHER MONTH BEFORE LETTING ME KNOW YOU WERE NOT ORDERING MY REPLACEMENT WINDOW.If you are stupid enough to us Champion Window, just plan on getting screwed over and over. They do not care about their customers after they are done with the original installation. I HATE THAT THEY EVER GOT ANY OF MY MONEY.

I have completed the order of two replacement windows. The installation hasnt yet happened but previously I had three replacement sliding gals doors installed and have been thrilled with them. I expect the window experience to be just as successful. If not - Ill let you know!

Great job on the install. The team was very friendly and professional. However, after a good wind storm, the facing began to buckle and pull away from the structure. Once this started, the ceiling pan ales began to come loose and hang down. I called in for repair and was told it was recorded and I would receive a call to schedule a technician to review. That did not happen so I emailed and received an email confirmation. No action taken. so I texted them and received a text back but still no action.

Once again I am writing to warn you DO NOT go with Champion they do not stand behind there promises I turned in a complaint almost 5 months age they keep telling me that the windows are not complete yet my windows were so fogged over this morning I could not see out the window. I called and of course you are put on hold for about 5 minutes and when customer service is finally there the connect you to the store in Omaha to leave a message but they never call back .If you get to talk to someone they tell you the windows are not ready yet and that they will call when they are but so far no call telling me they are in. It takes around 8 months to build a whole house and they cant manufacture and install replacement windows in 5 months. Not worth 1 star maybe -0 stars. Its time I talk to a Lawyer

Very unhappy with Champion Windows.Went to their showroom to learn more about their windows and prices but could not get a price then, as a salesperson would have to come out to the house, even though I had the measurement of the windows. The salesperson came out to my house a couple of days later and was right on time and was very pleasant, he measured our windows and gave us a price. I told him we needed to think about this and that we would not make a decision today. He told us this price was only good until he left our house, then the price would go up 20%. He did say we could give him a down payment today and could cancel within 3 days no problem. He said this was Company policy.By wanting to sleep on it the project price went from $4,270 to $7540. So wanting to sleep on it, cost me $3,270 if I want to go with them. NOT!!!

Kyle and his team have done 3 different window installments for us and they have always done a great job. A screen had a small tear and they were out the next week to fix it right away no questions asked. Champion windows have been a great investment in our home!

The salesman that came out was very professional, on time and helped us get the best deal to finish up our windows. They arent installed yet, they take several weeks to come in. I hope I get another survey for the installation. That is where a few problems came with our other windows. So far, so good.

Window installation was great! The problem is when my window broke. I called in March and was set up for an appt May. They never showed up for their appt day/time nor do they call you back to reschedule or act like they care. Warranty or not they dont seem to care about their clients.

We had Champion windows installed years ago. One of our windows needs repair. I have been trying since the summer to get service. No one bothers to respond. I have emailed, called, contacted the chat option and called the corporate office. I can’t get anyone to tell me if the window has even been ordered. I was told the Omaha office would contact me. This is the worst service. So much for life time repair

Champion installed a new door for us on 8/5/2020. We noticed right away the paint was defective and that at the factory they put the plastic wrap on too soon before paint dried( this should have been noticed immediately by the installer).I called the next day to talk with our sales rep. and he immediately deflected my complaint to have me call service.I then placed a call for warranty service they said a new door would 2 months (11/8/2020).No contact for 6 months.My wife called in February and they stated the door would be ready in 3 weeks.It is now April 16 2021 and no contact has been made.

Geoff is personable, gives great information, understands what we want and need for replacement windows, is helpful with showing what Champion has to offer and did not push for a sale. We are only able to purchase part of what we need at this time and he respects our decision.

We bought 19 windows on July 14, 2020. We had them promptly measure afterwards. Then we sat until we contacted them around thanksgiving wondering what was happening. It was another 2 weeks before we were told a window was mis-ordered. A week later we have an install date. We feel like we were forgotten about and are disappointed with the lack of commitment from this company.

Great company to work with. Love the look of my new windows and on average I have saved 20-40 dollars on my gas bill each month this winter (I dont have a budget plan with fixed payments so I always budget at least what the month the prior year cost me) .Thrilled with the warranty too. I plan staying in my house 20+more years and know I dont have to worry about issues relating to rot, manufacturing defects or install as long as I live here. I had wood windows before and after many years of maintenance where I literally rebuilt frames due to rot. I am pleased to say I never have to do it again thanks to these beauties!

Go anywhere else! Roof leaks after they put new roof on! They’re warranty is worthless. They left food everywhere, Some broken beer bottles, and nails were still finding even today from the old roof. Our exhaust fan was damaged when they removed the original roof, had to have someone come out and repair it. The crew supervisor came out and talked down to me when he came out for the warranty inspection of the leaking. After I told him where he was looking wasn’t where the leak was coming from, that was the stove exhaust fan they broke. No I’m not a roofer, but I have eyes! Like I can see the roof in one section is wavy!!

I am writing this today because I have been waiting for 5 months for my bay window to be fixed. I contracted for siding and windows a few years back. The bay window was defective from the beginning. When it rained, water would flood into the window seat. Eventually after many tries, Champion came out and caulked the window, but last winter due to the extreme temperatures, the window cracked on the inside up the middle. I was able to contact Kim at Champion Windows in Omaha. I was told there would be no need to come out and measure and that they would use the information on my contract. March 2020 came and two workers with the new glass came out, but the glass did not fit. The two men left and said they would inform Champion of the problem.A month goes by and I hear nothing, so I contact them. This is during the pandemic now, so I am considerate of this problem, as well. I do talk with someone, and she is helpful in telling me there is no record or service invoice of the problem with the bay window. She does help me and writes up a new invoice. The representative knew I had been working out of the Omaha office with Kim, so she told me that someone would be contacting me to arrange to fix my window. I never heard from them, so I called the number I had used before, but this time there is no answer. I find another number to call but can only get an automation. I leave my information and am told that I would get a call back within 48 hours. I called on a Friday and today is Thursday of the following week.I go online and decide it is time to get in touch with the better business bureau and find a this site for complaints which has a different number from the others I used before. I call it and once again I am told I can wait or leave a message. I decide to wait. I eventually speak with Samantha who had my information to come up for the order, but she tells me it was sent to the wrong location which is why I have never received a call back on the service order. She said she would send the information to the correct office, and if no one calls me back by next Wednesday then I am to get in touch with them again by calling the number I had used to contact her.I am writing this out because due to the lack of service and so many mix ups on this simple service call to fix my defective window, I do not trust Champion to be forth coming. If and when I finally have this problem fixed as specified by Champions guarantee as a company with integrity then I will do the right thing of letting others know, that Champion can be trusted to keep their word and stand behind their products and services even after the contracted work has been completed.

Wonderful service from beginning to end! No pushy sales. In fact, Amie was so patient and knowledgeable about all the Champion products and services. The improvements were completed within the time stated and Amie was right there during install. The whole process has been pleasant and weve recommended Amie and Champion to friends and family. We highly recommend their windows, gutters, downspouts, and fascia. We will use them in the future for anything our home needs.

I would not recommend them to anyone, worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Sign a proposal in April for windows, siding and doors. They installed siding first last week of May (did not finish all the trim and damaged my new gutters from roof install). Windows and Doors in first week of June( wrong sized doors for rear part of home, so no screen door for 7 weeks so had to be outside at all times with my pets, forgot a window all together). Next communication to me was after calling in to ask when are you going to finish trim, replace my gutters screen door and do other window. They now came out and put in screen door(3rd week of July), nothing on gutters, trim or other window. Called in again they sent someone out for trim but only did some of it. Called in again Aug 2nd, they return and did other part of trim in wrong color and was a hack job looking like a little kid cut the metal. This time they called me told them about the trim, they said there gutter guy for color match was on vacation(mind you this is at least 8 weeks after I told them they were damaged) and sent someone to measure other window and create a bid and wanting MORE MONEY. So here we are now 6 1/2 weeks later STILL NO resolution to trim, gutters still damaged and still no window and no communication from them at all to me. So we are over 5 months now and the project is still not done.They are there just to grab your money and run. Dont make the mistake I did find a contractor that truly cares about there customers!!!

Overall - bring your patience! The sales staff and willingness to provide me the exact door I was looking for was a great experience. I unfortunately assumed since Champion has their own manufacturing facility, they would be accurate when estimating the time it takes to deliver what I purchased. I started this process at the end of August with the idea that I would have my patio door installed long before Thanksgiving. Although I still dont have my door 12 weeks later, I remain hopeful that I will see my door before I make my 3rd payment.Update: I finally received my door the week after Thanksgiving. Despite the grueling wait, I LOVE MY DOOR! It is exactly what I asked for and the quality is truly worth the money. I have added one star to my review because Im very happy to have the door I wanted.
