The experience from our initial consultation was thorough and professional and precise. They answered all of our questions and gave us a timeline of when things would occur. We were even surprised when the cost of materials was slightly different due to a measurement change and they were ethical and honest enough to reduce our final installation cost by that amount. Our window and door replacement is being done in two phases. For phase 1, Don Fellows came out and listened to our issues, there was no pressure and he made sure we knew our options. He presented a solution that fulfilled our needs for phase 1. His phase 1 installation team was topnotch and they worked at making sure the installation clean and finished. The phase 1 sales and installation experience was excellent. We are looking forward to phase 2.

We had A window replacement insulation estimate done today by Duane Rowe. He was very polite and gave us all the information we needed to make our choice to go with Pella windows. We build our house with Widhalm Custom Homes. Ordered windows and doors for our home from Pella. After we made our selections almost a month later Pella informed us that they stop making the doors that we selected and are replacing it with Thermadoor brand. Pella said that since the other door is more expensive than the one that we picked they will cover the price.When the door came it was not packaged like normally new doors are, we didnt get the hardware that we ordered,they had only two hinges out of eight required, one strike plate was missing and technicians that came to install the door had only couple right screws for the hinges and finished the job with whatever screws they could find in the truck! Few days later Pella came back with two more correct hinges (thats a progress but we still missing four hinges) and still no right screws! When tech was installing the hinges one of the locks broke. And we still dont have upper strike plate!After this we inspected the door further and found more damage. So it looks like the door was taken from other house and given to us!Nice try Pella! Hopefully it will get resolved, and I mean we are going to get a new door and we will not accept nothing less!

My husband and I are super happy with our new windows and the process to get them. We started looking in October of 2020 and had a lot of questions. They were our first company we had out. Right off the bat we liked them. Duane was our sales rep and he was very thorough with explaining the whole process and what makes their windows superior to others. Duane reached out to me multiple times throughout the process to ensure that all my questions were answered (and I had a lot of them). Duane was sure to get us the best deal possible, and he did. Out of the 5 different companies we had out to do bid Pella was the best in both professionalism and politeness. 10/10 would recommend. And we plan to have our front door installed by them as well.The installation crew (C-2-Glass) was also very amazing. They arrived on time and made sure to show us what they were doing along the way. They also came to finish our windows after it snowed and was very cold outside. They too, were very professional and polite. And they cleaned up after they were done.If youre looking for someone to help you in your window and door needs call Duane hell help you out.

Customer service has been terrible. 5 return visits and we still need another one. Warranties are terrible we keep getting billed for poor installation.

We have chosen Pella windows and doors since 1990. After changing every window in our previous house to Pella we started adding their doors.Our current home is no exception. We replaced two aging sliding doors, a year a part, with Pella hinged doors. The most recent ended up being a custom door, since the opening was brick and left no room for error. Our salesman, Nick was responsive throughout the process. When the installation day came, after tearing out the old door, the custom door was discovered damaged. While Nick & Pella were very fair in compensating us for the damage and inconvenience, the real surprise was the installation. Not only did Adam and his partner do a beautiful job with materials and workmanship but the clean up and attention to detail was second to none. It’s the reason we choose Pella again and again!

We looked at three companies for quality wood windows for our 1924 home and Pella Windows & Doors of Omaha won our business, hands-down. Our salesman, Steve Masloskie, was wonderful to work with as we asked questions and learned what we needed. It was so nice to have a quote in my email by the time he left after our first meeting. After our initial meeting, I wanted to make some adjustments and changes to the original order. Steves responsiveness was heads above the other sales reps. Any time I reached out, he responded almost immediately. One night, he was responding to our questions and changes by email at 10pm, which was unexpected, but so appreciated. Other window reps would take two or three days to get back to me about even simple questions. Steve, also, helped us stay within budget, while still offering a quality product. We have not yet had the windows installed, but if the installation goes as smoothly as the sales process, we will be calling Steve again to help us replace the rest of the windows in our home. If you want a service-oriented, turnkey experience, this is the way to go.

This was my builders choice, who is an exceptional builder. House is 13 years old now, but the screen door locks went out really early. Easy to replace myself, but the new ones werent too smooth either. I have some rather large encasement windows in LR and Kit, and they have a slight wavey look to them. Seems poor qualitiy. I have had to call for other service and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time. Using the email for service didnt work, so i ended up calling two days later after no response.

Years ago we had Scott Dunfield replace all the windows and several doors in our house. Everything we were promised by Scott was exactly what we got. The windows and doors made a huge difference in keeping the house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We were so impressed we had Scott do work on some rental property we owned and we have recommended him to many others. The quality and service is the same today as it was when we did our first install. Scott and the installation crew do a great job. They tell you how much, what they will do and when they will do the job and then follow through. If we ever need to replace windows or doors on any property our first call will be to Scott as it always is. He and his team make the process so easy and the end results are beautiful, efficient windows and doors.

I had been needing to replace about half of my homes original windows and knew I wanted vinyl. I did my research and chose Pella. From my initial meeting with Robert Reyna to the installation by the two teams (Mike, Andy and Pat Team #1 and Andy and crew Team #2 today), I knew I made the right decision. Everyone at Pella was professional, responsive, and made me feel like a valued customer. There was a problem with one of the windows that was measured and ordered correctly and even marked correctly on the delivery packaging but was not the correct window. Pella apologized so many times I was embarrassed for them, but today, the final (correct!) window was installed. Im loving looking at the world through my beautiful new Pella windows!

Pella did some work to repair some windows that had hail damage, in the process they broke a window in my daughters room, the window is still broke. Weve been trying to get a quote to fix our sliding glass door but if they cant fix a window they broke, whats the point.

Aside from the first visit by the salesman & the ladies who answer/direct calls, this company has been awful to work with over the last several months. They have been late by at least 35 minutes for each appointment, leave you on hold for an extended period of time (roughly 7-25 minutes per call), do not wear masks during the pandemic and get very clearly angry when asked to wear them prior to home entry, the windows & trim were installed damaged and scratched, the screen doors do not properly slide open & we paid CASH! Over $20k in cash & they act like they’re doing us a favor by disrespecting our home and doing substandard work. When you relay the issues back, the poor ladies on the phone can’t say or do anything to make the situation better. Save your hassle. Go with Andersen or even Hanson. We just ate over $20k on windows that you can buy for 1/5 price at Lowe’s, install yourself and be happier with. We spoke with corporate and local customer service - again - nothing done to make this right. Highly dissatisfied. We chose them based off reviews - hopefully you don’t get taken like we did.
