Our garage door finally kicked the can after a few months of being finicky and my car was trapped inside. David came to our home within an hour on Labor Day and replaced the springs so we were able to manually use and then returned the next day early morning to replace the operator. The service was so fast, it maybe took an hour combined for both days. Highly recommend them if your looking for reliable quality work. They were kind, fast and reasonably priced. If you live in the Millard area, don’t hesitate to use their services!

It’s difficult to describe how horrible this company’s installations are. I am embarrassed for my entire trade seeing what they do. This “company” is a an absolute and utter disgrace to the door industry.Sure, not every job goes 100% the way it was intended. However, I’ve had to fix their installations before, and pictured is the worst installation I’ve ever seen. Not the worst installation just by Premier Door, but the worst installation I’ve seen in my entire life. It is unsafe, improperly installed, and the wrong size. As a door tech, an install like this, if that’s what I can even call it, is performed by someone that does not care. This is the worst and LAZIEST install I have ever seen, and likely ever will see in years to come.I am tired of absolute hacks like these guys giving the door industry a bad name. I understand this might not be the most professional medium, but enough is enough. Please, I beg you, never use Premier Door for anything even remotely related to garage doors.

Quick to schedule. David was personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Got our broken springs replaced and noted a couple other items we were meaning to address. We will be calling him back in the next couple months; and he said we wouldn’t be charged service fee or labor for that visit. Seems like people we can trust. Great service. I had a garage door spring break on a Saturday afternoon and I called Premier Garage Door and they came out on a Sunday morning and had the door working again very quickly. Fair pricing and fantastic service.

I purchased a 8500 Liftmaster wall mount garage door opener from Premier Garage door a couple of years ago and David the owner gave me a great deal on it. So when I decided to replace my garage door I called Premier and told them that I needed a garage door. David gave me a quote and we set up an appointment for him to come out and measure my door. The new door was installed and the bottom rubber seal wasnt sealing like it should. The installer and David both said give it about a week and the heat (outside temperature) should take care of the problem. After about two weeks I called David and informed him that the seal was still not sealing correctly. He had his installer come out and sure enough he said I needed a new seal and that he would get one ordered. Today David and Mike the installer came out with the new seal and installed it and lubed all parts of my door. This seal that they ordered was a lot better seal than what comes with this garage door. Even brought me out a can of garage door touch up paint for a small scratch that was on the door. This is what I call great service. I will be doing all of my repairs and future purchases (hopefully I will not have any for awhile) with Premier Garage Door. Great service and David gave me a great price on this door. Could not be happier with the door or the service. Thanks David and Mike for the great great Service. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE READ TO THE END. I talked to 4 garage door installers, and I choose this one because they could come sooner than the rest. Little did I know it would be a month long process of excuses and calling them to fix issues that should have be done the first time. They always said to me they want me to be 100% satisfied with the end product…. They installed the sensors on the top of my opener with out me knowing, this was a huge safety risk, as I have a 2 year old running around. They were never able to get my doors installed in a way that they are level as they open and close. They asked for a 50% deposit, which Im fine with, but then I looked at my bank statement, and they took the rest without my consent or with out finishing the job.

We’ve had the crew at Premier garage door install new side mount garage doors about 6-8 months ago. Since the system was installed we’ve had them out to our house 4-5 times for maintenance because the garage doors will not shut. Each time it’s because “we’ve done something to the sensor”. As an example, they were out this week, fixed it, a day later it won’t close. No one has even been in the garage, let alone bumped the sensor. But still, it’s our fault. Calling a 6th time today, I was told I have attitude - I do! I want the $$$ system to work - which it still doesn’t.Equally frustrating - were trying to sell our home snd this has been the key complaints of our house - the garage will not close. Really disappointed.

David was VERY PROMPT, my issue was diagnoised on Mon & repaired the next morning. David explained everything well & answered all my questions. I would recommend this company. The ONLY thing I would add is for David 2 wear a mask when talking 2 me.

Quick Service! Answered my call at 6 PM on a Saturday night and was there as promised at 8:00 am Monday after having to pick up parts from a warehouse before 8 am Monday. Repaired the broken door, rebuilt the poor original installation by others, and made both my doors quiet and perfect by 10:00 am. VERY FRIENDLY AND GREAT TO WORK WITH!! Reasonably priced. I will not call anyone else in the future. Im an Automobile Service Director so Im very mechanical. These guys are experts at their trade. A++++

We have all used companies that SEEM like they know what they’re doing until they take your money and start screwing up – ya know, fail to answer phone calls, show up late (or not at all), do a horrible job and fail to acknowledge it. This is a company that stays AMAZING from the first phone call to the end – I could not be happier with these guys – STELLAR from beginning to end – I trusted these guys to stay at my house while I was at work – in and out in 30 minutes and they did a great job – installed the pin pad perfect – gave me great instructions on programming it. Quickest response Ive ever received! Actually too quick because I they were available immediately and I couldnt get off of work. They worked with my schedule and were very motivated to get our garage operational again. They provided several financial options for us to consider and then they contacted our home warranty company to see about getting everything covered. Within the hour I was given the thumbs up and their crew was at my house repairing our garage. The crew was fast and amazing!!! Wow! Called at 6:45am, left a message that the spring on the garage door was broken and we needed help. Dave called back in five minutes and was at the house by 8:00am. The job was completed within a half hour. Best of all no extra charge for driving over to Iowa. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend this company.

I had a torsion spring that broke during the evening. I called the next morning and David was out the same day to fix my problem. Their prices were competitive with other providers and their service was excellent. If I have additional garage door problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Premier Garage Door Solutions again.

Never again. They were at our house less than 15 minutes for a very simple repair with no parts needed. My husband was supposed to do it, but he is a master procrastinator and I got tired of manually opening the door. We specifically chose the business because the were closer to us than all the others. They charged us $112, $65 for time and labor and $40 for travel. Last time I checked it didnt cost $40 to drive 7 miles.

Loud noise from the garage today at 3 pm, the Spring on the garage door completely broke. Couldn’t lift the garage door due to the issue and a car was stuck inside. Reached out to Premier Garage Door Solutions and David answered. David was with another client but called me back five minutes later was at my house 15 minutes later and the garage door was fixed in less than 30 minutes, after that. Signed the paperwork, charged the card and from broken to fixed in less than an hour. Excellent job! I left a message late Saturday night on their website that the spring on our garage door was broken. They called back on Sunday and were there at 8:15 am Monday morning to fix it. Cory was there right on time. Got our door repaired just the way youd want it at a fair price. No surprise fees, no trying to sell an upgrade or telling us our opener was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. These people know what customer service is all about.
