The employees in this store really care. They check to see if you need help finding anything, offer tips for whatever youre looking for, and dont talk to people like theyre stupid. Great customer service!

My usual go to hardware store. Very helpful staff (except a lone cashier who gave me attitude when I asked her to wear her mask over her nose) and quite a good selection thats kept in stock. Manager even helped find something in the clearance section based off my wonky description!

Fun store and the seasonal items they have to choose from are unique. Can always find a one of a kind item here. Employees are always kind :):):):)and willing to help with any questions about finding a product or what is needed to get a particular home project done. Conveniently located not far from the interstate.

Even though I knew what I wanted and where it was. The staff did ask if I needed help find anything. And they were everywhere. Store was well stocked and in clean order.

Although smaller than the infamous big box hardware stores, they have a diverse selection, friendly staff and ease of locating what youre looking for.

Very helpful man in fasteners dept, as usual. Paint guys, hardware guys always friendly and know where everything is. Much prefer to big box stores.

This is a great, neighborhood hardware store. I am always stopping by to pick up things for all sorts of projects. The store is clean, with a good turnaround on seasonal products. Most staff are nice and helpful, especially the owner. Overall, this is a very good store.
