I have purchased a couple pieces of equipment, particularly a True treadmill. The treadmill is great and the service and support from Body Basics has been wonderful. No way you can get this quality or service from a big box sports store. They are punctual, reasonably priced and know what they are doing. Great service!

I was looking to buy a WaterRower and noticed the one I was looking on at amazon was sold through this company. I had a few questions about the rower so I looked up Body Basics and called. Joe Rauth answered and was very helpful. Body Basics is an official seller of WaterRower and actually keeps them in stock so shipping is much faster. Theres a $25 discount if you order straight from them instead of through amazon, which I did. The shipping was very fast (I do only live one state away though). I had my first of two boxes only a couple days after placing the order. Both boxes and the rower itself came in great condition and setup was easy. The customer service at this place is wonderful! The process of shipping was explained excellently and Joe even followed up to make sure it was delivered and that I was able to get it setup okay. I would definitely order from Body Basics again!

Still working great today. My wife wanted to start using it again and Jared brought her in 12 years late to retrain her on it. That is service.Purchase a True elliptical over the holidays. Has a lot of equipment options but really too expensive to justify getting anything in the store. After going inside to see the selection physically, I was able to find exactly what I needed for at other places for cheaper

About two-three months ago out Sole treadmill quit working. We called Body Basics and they sent tech David Becker out to see what the problem was. David found that the main electrical supply/computer was bad. David called Sole to order new board and they were out of stock. For approximately ten last two months David has called us a d kept us updated on when parts might be available. I know has called Sole numerous times checking to see when parts would be available for our treadmill. David finally called us and said part was in and would be shipped. The part finally arrived and David was out today and installed part and our treadmill is up and running g like brand new. We do not know what we would have done without David’s help. If we ha e any other trouble with our treadmill we will not hesitate to call Body. ASICS to co e out and we will definitely ask for David to be out technician. Thanks so much David for the excellent help and persistence. You are certainly appreciated.

I damaged a treadmill, trying to assemble it myself at home. I called them on a Saturday afternoon, they called me back on Monday morning and had a technician at my house AT THE SCHEDULED TIME on Tuesday. He was polite, friendly, proficient, quick, and did I mention that he was on time?!?!? He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the machine on the spot, and was done in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding job. Thank you!

I am so happy I found Body Basics. They sent Dale to my house for the repair and he was the best! The only thing that came close to overshadowing the quality of Dales workmanship is his devastatingly good looks and charm! He is not only great technician but also very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He explained why toning is a myth, being vegan is morally superior, and training bare-foot makes you impervious to injury. I cant wait for my adductor/abductor machine to break again so I can have Dale back.HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

I have an old Nautilus recumbent bike that I got by way of Craigs list a couple of years ago. They dont make this model or its parts any more. Last week it finally gave up the ghost - or so I thought! Dale came over, diagnosed the faulty power supply, and had it going again in no time. And the whole thing was completely vegan: no animals were harmed! He is a top-notch technician.

My husband and I just purchased a water rower. It was our first time purchasing from this store and wow! We were so impressed. Jared was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the rowers and there was absolutely no pressure. Besides that the customer service was great! Body Basics is a locally owned business. Their service is excellent. They remember their customers and take good care of them. They are incredibly helpful (even reset my pedometer when I didnt know how to do it!) Their equipment is excellent - loved our treadmill! First class eqipment and first class service. There is just no reason to go to any other fitness store.

I’ve been working with Jared at Body Basics in Omaha for years. Everything in our home gym is purchased from him. Prices are fair but value is sky high. On our recent purchase this month there were a couple of items that didn’t ship on time for delivery to our house. What I loved is that I didn’t have to chase them to get them delivered to us later when they came in. They kept in touch and let me know exactly when they would be here and then delivered as promised.Beautiful show room, knowledgeable people, quality equipment & fair prices. Body Basics helped us set up our home gym, and I feel the single most important piece from a health perspective is the sauna. Even on off days from training, some light stretching followed up with 15 minutes in the sauna is a game changer. Another benefit of having the sauna at home is the recovery benefits while being sick. Like many of us, I battled a bad cold/chest congestion this past winter. Spending time in the heat of the sauna speeded my recovery time and made the symptoms more bearable. Overall, my only regret with the sauna purchase was not making it sooner. Ask for Joe!

I was looking at buying a spin bike and was seriously considering the Peloton. I was hesitant about buying a bike before trying it out. A friend recommended that I go talk to David at Body Basics before making the purchase. David spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of the all of the bikes Body Basics sells as well as the Peloton. After thinking about all of the information, I decided to buy the Stages SC3 with an IPad holder. This combination provides me with an outstanding bike and the flexibility to use any online classes including the Peloton classes. I also love the fact that I made a local purchase and if I have any issues with the bike I know who to call. I highly recommend Body Basics!
