This is my hardware store- 2 guys in the store both super helpful and knowledgeable. I took a 40-50 year old outside faucet there. 5 minutes later- I have new seals, gasket and tips on install and it worked like a charm. It is not near me- But I would have saved tons of time and money if I went there first. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Plumber wanted $380, total cost was under $14. THANKS!!

P & M Hard Hardware is one of a kind. Years ago I was somewhat afraid to go into this store. It just felt abandoned and/or maybe haunted. The first time I went in I was immediately met at the door by an employee and thought I had done something wrong. They literally run from the back of the store to the front door to greet you and make sure you know that any attempt at thievery would be in vain. Kinda fun to watch. Except unless you are a thief. I suppose a thief would see no humor in this. Ok. For real now. This place is very cool. The employees are very helpful and easy to talk to. Prices a bit higher than the chain stores but not excessively. The place is a true survivor. Looks and smells like a hardware store should. Great service nice people and hardware galore. I like it very much. AGAIN HARDWARE!! CHECK IT OUT.

Its like going to a business that knows your name and they do South Omahas greatest hardware store by my snow blowers and personal items for my shop they service all of my small engine equipment at this location I still great to see a service of this type which you cant get at a big box store

Its a hardware store thats a hardware store....its what Ace, Lowes, Home Depot and Menards strive to be but will never achieve....and service, you cant go wrong here. When P&M say service after the sale ...they mean it.

Love this place. Very courteous and helpful staff. Needed a piece of glass and cut to specs -- no problem -- had it ready in 15 minutes. Perfect fit. Easy parking front and back. Large inventory. Will be doing all my hardware shopping there. Thanks P&M.

Small shop with a little bit of everything. Love stores like this. You must keep stores like this around try here before you go anywhere.. if they dont have it it can be ordered.

Ive been going to Pete & Mikes for as long as i can remember. I love that they have everything: keys, glass cut, small motor shop, mortar, plumbing, everything!!! The guys have always shown me the utmost respect. They are intelligent men who are more than willing to help you figure out what will work on the offhand chance they dont have what Im looking for.

Great staff, Doug is great to work with, friendly, helpful, and knowledge. Never had an issue with any work theyve done on mower or snowblower in the five plus years Ive used them. They are truly a great find for those of us who want to keep our equipment running for years. Much better than another local repair shop that didnt seem to actually fix things.

Great family owned hardware store. Dan is great at finding that hard to find item and Doug will stop everything hes doing to help you. I bought a Toro snowblower over the phone in the morning and it was assembled, gassed up and ready to go by 3 oclock. Doug helped me load it and I got home just in time to use my new toy on the driveway. Thanks a lot for the great service and the personal touch!

These are some good folks in town. Talk about old timey. Nails by the pound instead of having to buy a whole box, chain by the inch or foot, bolts and screws that will match what you are trying to fix up from 50 or more years ago. This place is a hardware store stuck in a time warp. a god send for pretty much anything. From a small engine repair shop (see Doug!) to any size window screens to prices that will not hurt your pocket book. And if by some small chance that they dont have it, they will tell you where you may find it, not caring if they lose a sell. Why?!? Thats the $24 question. I am assuming, it is because you will be back. I know I will. Thanks Doug and the the other folks :) (I forgot their names, I have a small brain tumor and cant remember much these days, but Doug made an impression, a good one). Drop off is behind 24th Street, just go down the alley, park and go inside. Doug will help you unload/load.

Had bought a snowblower years ago and needed a couple of part, primer blub and rubber paddles and they had them in stock, even gave helpful info on installing, great place for your hardware needs.
