We recently switched to Skradski for hvac maintenance. First furnace inspection completed today. Josh was prompt to the appointment, courteous, and spent a full hour going over unit. The previous companies we used were in and out in a half hour or less and always seemed to be in a rush. Josh also took the time to show me how to take apart the humidifier and change the filter on my own when requested without making me feel like it was an inconvenience or like I should have known how as others had in the past. Thrilled we finally decided to switch companies!

When I contacted the company, as a first time client, to do a yearly service on my furnace in preparation for the winter season, they were able to get me scheduled two days later. They set me up on a yearly contract that would save me money and they will contact me in the Spring to set up a time when it will work to check my air conditioning. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough check of my furnace. He was friendly, but didn’t waste any time getting to work and getting things done. I was pleased that I was contacted by phone when the technician was headed my way and received a picture and the name of the technician before he arrivedby text.

I had a technician come in February because my furnace was making noises upon startup. He said I needed a new heating module. Funds were low so I couldn’t get it fixed then and since it was still working okay he advised that it was something that needed to be replaced before next winter. So I just had them out to install the new module. 😊 Customer service is great and their technicians are very knowledgeable.I appreciated the honesty from the tech who came in February. I also appreciated the text message with a picture of the technician who was on his way to my house. Work was done in a timely manner. Definitely will use them again!

I appreciate how they call when the tech is on their way. Ryan did a fantastic job educating and walking me through the steps needing to be done before completing them. I figured I needed a new air conditioner, but he diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor. Quicker, cheaper fix than I thought!

About five years ago I was having a health issue and it was about 14° outside and the blower motor in our 30 year old furnace was going out the bearings were starting to seize up, Skradski heating and cooling showed up almost right away and did a very reasonable correct repair and did not take advantage of the situation. They were fair professional and prompt. Two years ago my wife and I decided that we need to replace our entire heating and air-conditioning system Scradski sent a couple of their guys and they knocked it out and did an amazing installation in less than a day. We had Skradski Heating & Cooling come out same day I called and had the best experience with our technician, Mike R. He was on time, friendly and professional! He took the time to explain everything that he found and even recommended that since our A/C unit was only 2 years old that we call the company that installed it because often they have labor warranties along with parts warranties. We would have never thought to do this and in the end Mike saved us $900!!! He even put a compressor on hold for us if the other company did not take care of our issue. I will return to Skradski Heating & Cooling based on their honesty and integrity and recommend them to friends and family!

Unfortunately, the 28 year old unit at our lake property finally met its maker. It was diagnosed as being on its last leg on Friday. The following Tuesday we were speaking with Wes from Skradski. He handled his estimate professionally and was the best price of the 5 bids we received. By the following Tuesday the new Rheem system was in place. The installers (Curt and Alec) were on time and on point. They didnt dilly dally and had cool air circulating in just 3 hours. It was sure nice to have a repair team with personality. Just Wow! We recently came back from being out of town for 7 days to find our furnace not working in the midst of record cold temps. Our house was 52 degrees. We called Skradski at 6:30 pm and Jose showed up in about 30-45 mins to assess what had happened. We needed a new inducer motor and after endless searching he managed to find one across town. He went to get it and had our furnace repaired by 10:30 pm just in time for bed - thank goodness! Everyone else we called (and we called several companies) said they could not help that night....but our house and children were freezing. Jose saved the day and we cant thank him enough! Amazing service that likely saved our pipes from bursting!

They were very informative, low pressure when describing the replacement furnace and air. Listened to our needs, and discussed options. The install technicians were very polite, sweet guys. They also were able to work us in quickly as we had been without air conditioning for 4 days. Would highly recommend.

I was very happy to get an appointment the same day I called. The technician was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. My only reason for not rating you five stars was the price you charged for the pressure switch. While I didnt expect to pay the online price, I thought the price you charged was excessive.

The man they sent to look at my furnace said I need a circuit board and igniter replaced. $575. Emailed me that proposal. Now I had them do the repair and am very pleased. He came the very next morning, fixed it up in good time, and didnt try to tack on any more charges. Theyll be the only heating and cooling contractor Ill ever call

Skradskis was wonderful! The technician took the time to walk me through the issue and explain exactly what was wrong with our AC. During the repairs, each technician was friendly and professional. Our system is very old and took a few visits to completely address the issue, but everything was completed very quickly and without issue. The estimator and installers did a great job installing an AC system. The estimator worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Had 4 estimates and they were almost $1000 less than the next lowest estimate. I received a 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year warranty on labor. The installers were fast, efficient and cleaned up well after the installation. There was one area on the AC system that was not sealed and they sent a technician out immediately once I notified them.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Skradski. Needed a new furnace, they were the quickest to do an estimate, were always responsive, answered all my questions clearly, gave a variety of options with no pushy sales tactics, and were super on the actual install. That would be worth paying more for, but I didnt have to because they were still extremely competitive on price and billed me exactly what they had quoted. Great to find such a good company to work with.

I was very impressed by how quickly I was able to schedule service and that the technician was polite and professional. For the parts he recommended I replace, I saw him remove them from the equipment and I could visually see the wear and tear. The A/C and furnace have been working great since!

Im not one to spend my time writing reviews but this after the horrible experience with this very second Skradski tech I had to warn consumers out there in need of HVAC repairs. My AC unit went down. Called Skradski as we were going to have them do an installation on other side of my house. I have worked with other HVAC companies in the past for work and never had such a hard time. First Skradski tech diagnosed unit and recharged it. Charged me about $560. Which I paid on the spot. About 1 week later all the expensive FREON I paid for LEAKED right out and the unit froze over and wasnt cooling. Called it in to same Skradski company and waited a couple days for another tech to come take a look. Second tech was completely Unprofessional and Rude. Talked back a lot. And he recommended I do NOT call Skradski back to replace the coils. Basically, this second Skradski tech was Upset that I was unhappy with their Failed attempt at successfully diagnosing and fixing my unit the first time. So he made it clear. I feel so robbed of $560 for NOTHING! As if that isnt enough, this extremely rude tech left my unit on HEAT (while it was over 80 degrees outside) so not only did they fail to deliver a fixed unit, they dont care what state they leave your unit. was I robbed of $560, now my house is at 82 degrees. A word to the wise?---------------UPDATE----- Owner reached out to resolve the above issue. They ordered the coils in and fixed the leak. He also did NOT charge me for the new Freon that was put in the unit. Unit works great so far. Our thanks to the owner for stepping in and resolving this issue.

Ive been planning (and saving) for some time to have my AC and heating replaced, as both were almost 20 years old when I bought my new house. I did research and talked to my dads friend an AC repairman in Florida, who strongly suggested an offbrand such ad Goodman which is made in the same factory as the name brand. When I had Ron out to the house and explained why I wanted a Goodman, not a Rheem, he was very polite about it and did *not* try to hard-sell me the more expensive unit. I took the quote and saved it.Events prevented me from having the HVAC change made for almost two years, but when I re-contacted them, they still had all the notes and were able to update the quote quickly. Scheduling was relatively swift. The installers (Dana and assistants) were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Paying upfront (not by credit) also lessened the cost, and they did NOT try to replace my thermostat just because with a new one of lower quality (although I wouldnt have known any better), which further lowered my final cost.In short, and assuming nothing blows up in the future (ha), they strike me as an honest company, not attempting to overcharge or push more expensive units (or unneeded upgrades) just to make a few more bucks.This is how a business keeps a customer.
