Called in August to check on our handrails which were ordered Spring 2021. We were told they’d be here mid-September. Checked back in mid-September, and we were given the runaround and finally told they’re on back-order. Found them on Amazon and had them 5 days later. Tom, who answered the phone, actually told me he was too busy to talk to me. It was a disappointing experience after having spent so much money with their company.

Original order placed. Told 2 weeks for delivery. Here it is 4 weeks later. Order was inadvertently cancelled, reordered, never shipped. No follow up! No phone calls! I still do not have product.

If there was 10 stars I would give it to them. Some of the best people Ive ever worked with. Jared, Tom, Jerry, Patrick, Grady, Renee, and the rest of the gang are very nice, courteous, extremely helpful.
