Paid $545.00 to come out same day and fill 200 gallons only to come home and find my tank still empty. They said they came out and found there was a leak. I paid a plumber to come out only t tell me there was no leaks. Paid another company to come out and test it and fill it the same day for $300. I emailed the email they tell everyone on here to email with no response. I called and they said they credited my account 200.00.I asked to refund the full amount. No response no refund. Next step is hire an attorney.Buyer beware

I took 4 30 g tanks to be filled at Ferrelgas. 2 of them needed new valves. I asked the gentlemen what we needed to do to fix it and he told me that he couldnt fill them and couldnt take them back home with my other tanks because it was too much per DOT or something, so I could pay $5 a tank to leave them there. He finally figured out that he could replace the valves which is what I asked about initially. He said he could order them and I could pick up the tanks with new valves filled probably within a few days and I would get a phone call. A couple weeks go by, so I reached out and got a call back that the valves were on backorder and they had no idea when they would arrive but would call me when they were in and ready. So another few weeks go by, and when I contact them again they said my tanks were ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick them up, a nice man got them for me and let me know that he was told to resell the tanks because the lady never came to pick them back up. I was shocked, I let him know that was ridiculous because no one called me and that I appreciate that he didnt resell those tanks.

I have used Ferrellgas for many years both personally and in business. Recently have had a temporary tank for a new home build and have recieved terrible service both filling and removal of the tank from jobsite. I call and call and they never get the request for removal of the tank completed. Still waiting after 2 weeks.

Horrible customer service, even after speaking to the same people in the office, I kept following up with Kelly.Orders are always wrong or late. The 800 number customer service just referred you to the local office which is of no help at all. Several billing errors.They do not place the protective plastic caps back on the threads either.The entire office goes to lunch at the same time, they do not leave anyone behind to do a staggered lunch, so they are closed for an hour everyday.

Our builder used Ferrellgas for a temporary propane tank during the construction of our home. When the tank was removed it was 70% full of propane and I was told that I would receive a refund. I never received a credit but they did send me a bill for $91.77.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! CANT SEEM TO MAKE IT ON THE WEEKLY THURSDAY DROP AT US ROAD IN OMAHA. HAD TO CALL FOR DELIVERY ON JUNE 4TH THEN MISSED US FOR 2 WEEKS. CALLED AGAIN AND DELIVERED JUNE 22ND. THEN MISSED DELIVERY ON JULY 2ND. VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN CALLING ON ACCOUNT. THEN LIE AND STATE SOMEONE HAS BEEN THERE BUT CANT PROVIDE PROOF. THATS CAUSE NOBODY WAS HERE. THEY GO THRU MANY DRIVERS WEEKLY.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Placing orders for propane is a joke, if you can even get through over the phone. Their drivers have shown up for delivery with the wrong order multiple times, always unapologetic and blame their office staff for not knowing what their doing. Theyve also delivered empty propane tanks before, which we eventually got credited for, but still ridiculous. Please get it together!

Had them inspect my tank and update the date. They did that with ease. They also filled it, it was the most I have ever paid for propane.

Second time in a row they left the gate open so my dogs could get out. The guy saw my dogs in the window and smiled at us. Then left gate open. Again.
