Received my soil mix order on time and in the quantity I ordered. The soil mix has a good composition generally. It had a little more sticks/mulch than I would have liked, but was at a very fair price. I have ordered from other companies that shorted me on soil, but Hughes provided me the quantity ordered. I would recommend them for anyones soil needs.

My go to for soil and mulch products.Was chastised that they were closed when I showed up at 4:50pm. They still took care of me which I appreciated. I checked their website before making the drive over and their website says they are open til 5:00pm. I would appreciate not being chastised when they advertise being open. Please update your website.

DO NOT BUY TOPSOIL HERE. They dont have what the definition of topsoil is. They use a clay, wood, dirt mix that get delivered in huge chunks and is impossible to use, without first renting a tiller to turn this product into actual topsoil. Found this out the hard way when 4 yards were dropped in my driveway the day I had to use it.

A holes make wood chips when the wind is blowing towards people and it makes it hard to breathe. epa was called, they followed their rules while they were in town but stopped as soon as they left.

Way over priced. Unfortunately can go to the dump for way cheaper.

You’re better off dumping mulch at Omaha Tree or River City Recycling. Hughes is 3-4x the price.

For a 12 foot trailer with 6 limbs on it was $45 to dump! OUTRAGEOUS. They’ve give up in price every year the last couple years!
