I was in search of a non-standard (or less common) downspout to complete a job on a Friday afternoon. I was referred to The Gutter Company by a competitor who did not stock the item. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful, AND they had the item I needed on hand. This is clearly an old-school business that performs best for a consumer or contractor who is inclined to work one on one, and not exclusively by the internet. I know capable fabrication shops when I see one, and these folks are the real deal. For the consumer who is accustomed to a Home Depot type experience, this may come across as being foreign. But... I will gleefully keep them at the top of my list for work moving forward. Thanks to all. Lucas

Caleb Gansemer drove right past me while I was waiting to make a left turn in my lane, not his. Caleb Gansemer never slowed down when he passed me. There was no impact or damage to my truck. I saw his mirror fall off the truck about a block and a half ahead of me after he passed. I told the insurance company. They ruled in my favor.

October of 2020 I had a terrible experience with this company, Cynthia Jarmin, who I’m assuming works for the company pulled out in front of me last second on the hwy causing me to slam on my brakes and swerve and she still managed to hit me, knocking my mirror into pieces... We pulled over, traded information, insurance, and phone numbers even. She said she was so sorry and that things would be fixed... a day or so later I try and text her if she had heard anything and my phone number was blocked. So I went ahead and called my insurance so they could talk to the company’s insurance and their insurance basically said Cynthia had no idea what I was talking about. I have pictures, and her insurance card. Based off of these morals alone, along with their reviews. These are not good people. I would never do business with these guys cause odds are they’ll screw you over.

He did all right on the gutters and he said he could put leaf guard on my gutters. I told him to go ahead and install the leaf guard. He said OK. Weeks. Went by and no leaf guards. I called at least ten times and left messages. He never called back. I never heard from him again...Hes a ghost.

This company seriously lacks communication and customer relations skills. You should never be stressed about work being done on your home. Will never use again. Hired another company to correct mistakes.

Great shop thats willing to do any kind of special request @ a great price! One doesnt find this kind of attitude in O very often!

Paid 1100.00 for the worst gutters ever. 7 years ago I hired them and the gutters have leaked since day one. Supposedly they have a lifetime warranty, but they are unwilling to repair their errors. All of the gutters leak and one is splitting.

Didnt have downspouts ready as promised.
